傳統的量適租稅之探討均著重於所得稅稅率的研究，本文主要研究當所得稅為線性時 ，首先考慮靜態時，其使社會福利極大時之最適租稅條件，其次再考慮涉及經濟成長 時其最適條件，吾人可發現靜態與動態的條件是一樣。 根據最適成長理論，使長期穩定狀態為最適的策略與使整個累積過程為最適在穩定狀 態下所採行之策略一般而言，是不相同的，故吾人建立一最適累積模型來探討最適租 稅的條件。 第一章緒論 第二章靜態的最適線性所得稅 第三章動態的最適線性所得稅 第四章最適累積過程中的線性所得稅 第五章結論
