臺北市國民小學教師心理契約、教師幸福感與學校創新經營關係之研究 / The Study of the Relationships among Teachers' Psychological contract, Teachers’ Well-being and School Innovative management in Elementary schools in Taipei City

本研究旨在探討臺北市國民小學教師心理契約、教師幸福感與學校創新經營之關係,採用問卷調查法,以臺北市國民小學教師作為研究對象,共發出600份問卷,回收421份有效問卷,問卷回收可用率為70.17%。資料處理統計方法採用描述性統計分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)、Pearson積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析。本研究分析結果分述如下: 一、臺北市國民小學教師心理契約屬中高程度,以「體察教師使命」最高,「接受學校期望」最低。 二、臺北市國民小學教師幸福感屬中高程度,以「樂觀表現」最高,「身心健康」最低。 三、臺北市國民小學學校創新經營屬中高程度,以「課程與教學活動創新」最高,「行政管理與環境創新」最低。 四、不同「年齡」、「服務年資」之教師知覺心理契約的整體或分層面上有顯著差異。 五、不同「性別」、「年齡」與「學校規模」之教師知覺教師幸福感的整體或分層面上有顯著差異。 六、不同「性別」、「年齡」、「年資」與「學校規模」之教師知覺學校創新經營的整體或分層面有顯著差異。 七、臺北市國民小學教師心理契約、教師幸福感與學校創新經營呈現中度正相關。 八、臺北市國民小學教師心理契約、教師幸福感對學校創新經營具有預測作用。 / The purposes of this study was to explore the relationships among teachers’ psychological contract, teachers’ well-being and school innovative management in elementary schools in Taipei City. The questionnaire survey method was applied. Elementary School teachers in Taipei City were adopted as the research objects.600 questionnaires were sent out. Valid questionnaires of 421 were collected. The validity of the responded questionnaires was 70.17%. The data was analyzed by using statistic method of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Elementary schools teachers’ perception of teachers’ psychological contract is above average, in which the item “observe the teacher mission” was the highest, and “accept school expectations” was the lowest. 2.Elementary schools teachers’ perception of teachers’ well-being is above average, in which the item “positive cognition” was the highest, and “Physical and mental health” was the lowest. 3.Elementary schools teachers’ perception of school innovative management, in which the item “innovation of curriculum and teaching activities” was the highest, and “administrative management and environmental innovation” was the lowest. 4.There are significant differences in the elementary schools teachers’ perception of teachers’ psychological contract in terms of age and the length of service of school. 5.There are significant differences in the elementary schools teachers’ perception of teachers’ well-being in terms of gender, age and the scale of the schools. 6.There are significant differences in the elementary schools teachers’ perception of school innovative management in terms of gender, age, length of service of school and the scale of the schools. 7.There is a positive correlation among the teachers’ psychological contract, teachers’ well-being, and school innovative management. 8.Teachers’ psychological contract and teachers’ well-being have a predictive effect on school innovative management.

臺北市國民中學校長正向領導、教師 幸福感與教師組織承諾關係之研究 / The Study of the Relationships among Principals’ Positive Leadership, Teachers’ Well-being and Teachers’ Organizational Commitment in Junior High Schools in Taipei City

本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民中學校長正向領導、教師幸福感與教師組織承諾關係之現況,分析不同背景變項之教師在知覺校長正向領導、教師幸福感與教師組織承諾關係之差異情形,並探討三者之間的關係及影響,最後藉由校長正向領導與教師幸福感對教師組織承諾進行預測。 本研究採調查研究法,研究對象為臺北市國民中學教師,共計發出611份問卷,回收487份有效問卷,問卷有效率達80.0%。資料處理分別以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方式進行統計分析。 本研究獲致以下之結論: 一、臺北市國民中學教師對校長正向領導、教師幸福感與教師組織承諾的知覺程度皆屬於中高程度。 二、以校長正向領導、教師幸福感與教師組織承諾三變項而言,年齡與擔任職務皆是重要影響因素,皆已51歲以上與擔任主任或組長職務之教師知覺程度較高。 三、臺北市國民中學校長正向領導、教師幸福感與教師組織承諾的整體及各分層面,彼此之間具有正相關的關係。 四、臺北市國民中學校長正向領導與教師幸福感對教師組織承諾具有預測作用,以「校長正向領導」的預測力最佳。 最後依據研究結果與結論,提出具體建議,以供教育行政機關、學校校長與教師以及未來研究參考。 / The purpose of this study was to investigate the current development of principal’s positive leadership, teachers’ well-being and teachers’ organizational commitment in junior high schools in Taipei City, and to analyze the difference between teachers of different background variables, and to explore the relationship among the three variables. This study has aimed to predict teachers’ organizational commitment through principal’s positive leadership and teachers’ well-being. Through the use of questionnaire survey method, data were collected teacher from junior high schools in Taipei City, distributing 611 questionnaires in total. Valid questionnaires of 487 were collected, with a usable rate of 80.0%. All data were analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Junior high school teachers’ perception of principal’s positive leadership, teachers’ well-being, teachers’ organizational commitment is above average 2. There are significant differences in the junior high school teachers’ perception of principal’s positive leadership, , teachers’ well-being, teachers’ organizational commitment in terms of age, and position. 3. There is a positive correlation among the principal’s positive leadership, teachers’ well-being, and teachers’ organizational commitment. 4. Principal’s positive leadership and teachers’ well-being have a predictive effect on teachers’ organizational commitment.

台灣教師人格特質及社會支持與幸福感關係之後設分析 / A Meta-analysis of Personality traits, Social support, Well-being for teachers in Taiwan

本研究係以「後設分析」為研究方法,共採納國內二十四篇「人格特質與教師幸福感」與「社會支持與教師幸福感」的相關研究,以探究我國當前人格特質、社會支持與教師幸福感的現況,並探討不同調節變項對「人格特質與教師幸福感」或「社會支持與教師幸福感」的相關性之影響情形,其分析結果如下: 整體人格特質與教師幸福感在隨機效果模式下,其平均效應值為0.4330,表示教師的人格特質對其幸福感具有中高程度(.10<0.4330<.50)的正向影響。然整體人格特質與教師幸福感間卻存在高異質性(Q=65.22;p<.001),經研究結果發現,具有顯著差異的調節變項有:教師性別、婚姻狀況、教育程度以及任教階段共四項。 此外,人格特質的細部構面(神經質、外向性、開放性、友善性、嚴謹性)與教師幸福感在隨機效果模式下,除神經質對教師幸福感具有中程度(.10<|-0.3952|<.50)的負向影響外;其他人格特質,如外向性、開放性、友善性、嚴謹性等都對教師幸福感具有中至高程度的正向影響。然人格特質的細部構面(神經質、外向性、開放性、友善性、嚴謹性)與教師幸福感間卻都存在高異質性(p<.001),經研究結果發現,具有顯著差異的調節變項有:教師性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、任教階段以及任教地區共六項。 而社會支持與教師幸福感在隨機效果模式下,其平均效應值為0.5564,表示教師若獲得社會支持的程度愈高,其幸福感也會愈高,兩者間具有高程度(0.5564>.50)的正向影響。然儘管社會支持與教師幸福感間存在高異質性(Q=326.45;p<.001),經研究後,受限於所納入的資料,未能發現具有顯著差異的調節變項。 最後,根據研究發現提出具體建議,以供教師、學校、相關教育行政單位及未來研究者參考。 / The present research employs meta-analysis as methodology based on the findings of 24 researches related to both the relationships between personality trait and teacher’s well-being, and the relationships between social support and teacher’s well-being. The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of the relationships between personality trait, social support and teacher’s well-being in Taiwan. The main findings of this study were summarized as follows: Under the random-effects mode, the average effect value suggests that the mean effect size of personality trait and teacher’s well-being is 0.4330. There is a high heterogeneity between the overall personality traits and teacher’s well-being(Q=65.22;p<.001). For the relationships between personality trait and teacher’s well-being,4 moderators(i.e., teacher gender, marital status, educational level and teaching stage)have a statistically significant impacts on the mean effect size for outcomes. Under the random-effects mode, the average effect results between the detail of personality traits and teacher’s well-being suggests that in personality traits, only neuroticism on teacher’s well-being with moderate (.10 <| -0.3952 | <.50) negative impact; other personality traits, such as extroversion, openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness, etc. have a sense of teacher’s well-being moderate to high degree of positive impact. There is a high heterogeneity between the details of the personality traits and teacher’s well-being(p<.001). For the relationships between The detail of the personality traits and teacher’s well-being, 6 moderators(i.e., teacher gender, age, marital status, educational level, teaching stage and teaching area)have a statistically significant impacts on the mean effect size for outcomes. Under the random-effects mode, the average effect value suggest that the mean ESs of social support and teacher’s well-being is 0.5564. Although there is a high heterogeneity between social support and teacher well-being (Q = 326.45; p <.001). Due to limitations of the study, there shows no significant difference on moderator variables The findings not only provide helpful information to teachers, schools, education authorities, but also generate practical suggestions for future studies.

學前教師工作壓力、工作滿意度與幸福感之研究 / A study of the relationship between the Kindergarten Teachers’Job Stress, Job Satisfaction and Subjective Well-Being

本研究旨在探討學前教師工作壓力、工作滿意度對於幸福感之影響及三者之關係。首先,瞭解學前教師工作壓力、工作滿意度與幸福感之現況;其次分析不同個人背景變項在三者中之差異情形;第三,探究學前教師工作壓力、工作滿意度與幸福感三者之相關情形;第四,以二因子多變量變異數分析討論學前教師工作壓力與工作滿意度對幸福感之交互作用;最後,以多元迴歸方式,瞭解工作壓力、工作滿意度對幸福感之預測力。 本研究透過文獻探討以及問卷調查法來瞭解上述研究之目的,以「學前教師工作壓力問卷」、「學前教師工作滿意度問卷」與「教師主觀幸福感量表」為研究工具。以臺北市公、私立學前教師為研究母群體,有效樣本為231份,根據受試者之填達結果分別以平均數、標準差、t檢定、皮爾森積差相關、二因子多變量變異數分析以及多元迴歸來分析資料。本研究主要結論如下: 壹、臺北市學前教師工作壓力偏低,其中壓力感受以「工作特性」最大;且工作滿意度偏高,其中以「教學自主」最讓教師感到滿意;且具有中度幸福感,以「情緒幸福感」為主。 貳、公立學前教師較易感受到工作壓力,且以「工作特性」壓力感受最大。資淺教師較易於工作滿意度之「人際關係」中感到滿意。資深教師在「心理幸福感」比資淺教師更感到幸福。已婚教師對於工作滿意度之「獎勵制度」滿意度高於未婚教師。 参、臺北市學前教師工作壓力與工作滿意度及幸福感有顯著負相關;而工作滿意度則與幸福感有顯著正相關。 肆、臺北市學前教師工作壓力與工作滿意度對「整體幸福感」及「心理幸福感」有交互作用。 伍、臺北市學前教師工作壓力與工作滿意度各對幸福感及其三構面具有預測力。 最後,研究者根據上述之研究結果提出具體建議,以提供給幼稚園、學前教師以及後續研究者作為參考。 / The main purposes of this study were to:(a)understand the current situation of the kindergarten teachers’ job stress, job satisfaction and subjective well-being;(b)analyze the data of the kindergarten teachers’ job stress, job satisfaction and subjective well-being between different backgrounds;(c)explore the relationship between these three variables;(d)use MANOVA(Multivariate Analysis of Variance)to analyze the interaction of kindergarten teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction vs. subjective well-being;(e)finally, use Multiple Regression Analysis to explore the predictive power of the kindergarten teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction on subjective well-being. To accomplish these purposes, the methods adopted were a comprehensive literature review and a questionnaire. Three scales were used to measure the following constructs: “Job Stress Scale for Kindergarten Teachers”,“Job Satisfaction Scale for Kindergarten Teachers”,“Subjective Well-Being Scale for Kindergarten Teachers”.There were 231 valid cases from public and private kindergarten teachers participated in this survey in Taipei. The questionnaire data were analyzed by “Mean”, “Standard Deviation”, “T-test”, “Pearson Product-Moment Correlation”, “MANOVA”,“Multiple Regression Analysis”. The major results were summarized as follows: 1、 Kindergarten teachers have middle-low job stress;and have high job satisfaction , highest score appears in “teaching autonomy”;and have middle subjective well-being , highest score appears in “emotional well-being”. 2、 Public kindergarten teachers have high job stress, highest score appears in “job characteristics”. The junior teachers have job satisfaction in “interpersonal relationship”. The senior teachers have more “psychological well-being” than the junior teachers. The married teachers have more “reward system” than the single teacher. 3、 There is a negative correlation between kindergarten teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction in Taipei. There is a negative correlation between kindergarten teachers’ job stress and subjective well-being in Taipei. There is a positive correlation between kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction and subjective well-being in Taipei. 4、 The kindergarten teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction vs. subjective well-being have interaction. 5、kindergarten teachers job stress and job satisfaction have predictive power. At last, to bring up some concrete suggestion according to the study outcomes as references for kindergarten, kindergarten teachers, and correlated study in the future.
