本文以「新聞客觀性」耙梳。透過網路空間裡新聞的特殊性，為網路新聞品質另覓思路。首先討論傳統新聞客觀性，認為新聞客觀性是動態的實踐過程；繼而轉向網路場域，襄助於 Martin Buber 和 Michael Bakhtin等學者的「對話」哲學，歸納出別於過去客觀形式的「互動對話」觀點。藉此指明：網路客觀性是植基於互動對話，透過近用報導、編修補充、理性認知、憑據且驗證與多媒體傳達元素等方式，呼喚出網路使用者彼此肯任下的「事實」，以完善網路新聞敘事。

從新聞報導實例探討新聞客觀性之體現

本論文共分六大章節。 第一章緒論首先介紹研究動機，對新聞如何發生，新聞的特性，新聞報導與事件的關 係，並以「機場事件」、「環山事件」為新聞實例說明。 第二章介紹研究方法，主要是以文獻探討為主。 第三章擬從哲學觀點談客觀，從西洋哲學史五○○年前普羅塔哥拉斯介紹起至今二十 世紀，幾位較具代表性的哲學家對「客觀性」此一理念的探討。 第四章則從新聞觀點談客觀，如在新聞學中客觀性的由來及其演變，客觀性報導在今 日以何種面貌呈現。 第五章則詳細分析「機場事件」與「環山事件」報導各報間的差異，以及分析背後原 因。 第六章為結論。
