第一章，緒論中將登記代理人的範圍界定，並陳述研究的動機及目的。次說明其社會 意義及發展簡史。第二章，由當前土地登記代理人的經營上的結構，業者出身，及全 台灣地區業者的分佈、年齡、教育程度、執業年限等說明現況、發掘問題。 第三章，將上述問題進一步的研討分析其弊端，就當前法律規定述及所造成的困擾、 影響。 第四章，就當前的問題，參酌國外 似制度的長處及國內專門行業管理方式，提出可 能的解決方式，冀求此行業者與一般大眾均能蒙受其惠。 第五章，將以上論述作一總結。
