本文主旨在探討大台北地區（台北市、淡水、汐止、泰山、五股、樹林、板橋、中和 、永和、新店等地）加油站員工工作滿足之情形，及對中油公司組織融入（認同與承 諾）之程度，並分析工作滿足與組織融入程度二者間之關係。 第一章為導論，說明研究目的、研究範圍及敘述有關之理論。第二章為研究設計，說 明研究環境、研究架構、研究工具、抽樣過程與分析設計。第三章討論工作滿足、組 織融入與個人特徵之關係。第四章討論工作滿足與組織融入二者之關係。第五章為結 論及建議。
