我國中央教育經費的預算與分配問題之研究

第一章為「緒論」，說明本論文的研究動機、目的、方法、範圍與限制。第二章為「 有關教育經費預算與分配的文獻探討」，分「教育經費概說」、「教育經費的預算」 與「教育經費的分配」三節，以期建立教育經費預算與分配的理論基礎。第三章為「 當前主要國家中央教育經費的預算與分配」，分別討論美國、英國、法國、西德及日 本五國中央教育經費預算與分配的概況，以明瞭世界先進國家中央教育經費預算與分 配的發展趨勢，並做為我國改進的參考。第四章為「我國中央教育經費預算與分配」 ，以期發現我國中央教育經費預算與分配的有關問題。第五章為「結論與建議」，分 析我國中央教育經費預算與分配的利弊得失，並參照理論基礎與各國趨勢，予以檢定 及建議，以為今後教育改革的參考。
