本論文計一冊，共約五萬字，分五章十四節。第一章緒論，內分三節，分別敘述研究 動機與研究目的，研究架構與研究方法，及本研究之限制。第二章文獻探討，分別敘 述資訊部門在組織中所扮演的角色，及績效評估方法的討論。第三章為研究結果的分 析，內分五節，第一節討論資訊部門在組織中的角色，第二節討論資訊部門的目標層 級，第三節討論資訊部門的限制條件，第四節討論資訊部門績效評估使用的準則，第 五節討論資訊部門績效改進的行動方向。第四章為研究結論。第五章為研究建議。 本研究乃利用問卷及專家意見來指出資訊部門在績效評估時應使用何種指標，及可能 的改進方向。並評估各指標的優先順序及改進方案的可行性。
