本文主要在探討公私經濟部門間資源之調配狀況，及其投入與產出之關係，並進而估
計公經濟部門產出對私經濟部間投資及產出水準所產生之外部性效果。在實證模型中
，亦引入時差變數與延變數，以估計傳遞過程的時徑。
第一章、緒論。第二章、文獻評介。本章主畏探討排擠效困的定義與形成的因素，以
及台灣相關研究的評介。第三章、排擠效果理論模型之建立。第四章、台灣實證研究
。第五章、結論。
