干開發中國家的資料，從橫斷面及時間序列，作一些實證的分析。
本文共分五章，於第二章討論金融結構的意義，衡量方法，及其決定因素，第三章則
利用各國實際資料，對各國金融結構，以及其與各經濟部門的關係，作實證分析，依
實證結果，於第四章檢討各國金融結構的特質與其轉變，作一結論。
