The development of new technologies determined the appearing of new possible ways for delivering, saving and transferring information. By creating and developing new technologies able to protect human lives and lessen the severity of injuries, we may prevent road accidents, soften their consequences and make rescue works easier. A very important and urgent step in this field would be the introduction of general(united) telephone number 112 for emergency calls and the aid system in all the states – members of the EU. In this work „A model of international implementation of service 112“ the comparative analysis of functioning of the service 112 is acomplished, the range of operating is measured and problems tackled. Also, the main acting objects, types of users and cooperation among the different types of users are being dealt with. According to the formulated requirements, a model of implementation of the service is offered. Agreeably to which, a prototype of the international system of the service 112 is created. With the help of the prototype, it has been concluded that the presented model would partially solve the problems identified during the analysis.

Syftet med studien var att granska ambulanspersonalens följsamhet gällande riktlinjer när en patient lämnades i hemmet efter ett 112-samtal som resulterat i en ambulansuttryckning. Metoden var en empirisk kvantitativ studie med en retrospektiv journalgranskning. Totalt granskades 224 journaler, från Januari, 2013 till November, 2013, av dessa journaler exkluderas 11 stycken. Resultatet visade att i cirka 75% av fallen dokumenterades vitalparametrar och endast i 42,4% av fallen kontaktades läkare. I 68.5% av fallen bestämde patienten själv att inte följa med in till sjukhus. Totalt fanns 32 olika utalarmeringskoder hos patienter som lämnades i hemmet. Den vanligaste åldersgruppen att lämna i hemmet efter ett ambulanslarm var patienter i åldern16-30 år. Det fanns ingen signifikant skillnad gällande utalarmeringskod och kön men däremot gällande utalarmeringskod och ålder. Den vanligaste tiden på dygnet att lämna en patient i hemmet var klockan 09:00 och 21:00 och den minst vanligaste tiden var klockan 07:00. Slutsatsen är att dokumentationen hos ambulanspersonalen gällande vitalparametrar och upplåta kontakt med läkare när en patient lämnades i hemmet var bristfällig. För kvalitetssäkring och kvalitetsutveckling av arbetsplatsen krävs mer utbildning av ambulanspersonalen gällande dokumentation och riktlinjer som skall följas när en patient lämnas i hemmet efter ett ambulanslarm.

The aim of the presented work was to evaluate measured data in a Paulovnia plantation clone in vitro 112 grown in Strelice u Brna during the years of 2016 and 2017. This clone is a hybrid of Paulownia elongata × Paulownia fortunei. In 2016, 686 carefully marked plants were planted at the plot. The whole area of plantation was separated into the four sectors according to micro-relief of the terrain and use of a different drill diameter during the planting, what results has been reflected. Furthermore, three different approaches of protection against frost damage, specifically bandage of stem by non-woven fabric, cower of stem base part (root neck) by peat or soil, were applied. From the obtained results, during the first two years after planting, come out that root system of clone in vitro 112 is resistant to frost damage despite to applied cower of soil or peat, and that above part of plant can be protected by bandage, but it is necessary to investigate the best time for bandage removing as during this procedure flushing shoots were mostly broken. Bandage did not protect the tested plants against frost damage as well as all the rest tested protection approaches. On the average, the frost damaged about 72 % of plant height downward from the top. Total mortality of plants planted in 2016 was 4 % in the autumn of 2017, therefore we can deduce that mortality will be not limiting factor for Paulovnia growing in CR. Next considering parameter was an occurrence of stem forking (two or three sprouts per stem), which occurred only on 2 % of plants. When keeping the basic silvicultural technology during plantation and consequent tending of plantation, Paulownia clone in vitro 112 can grow under conditions of the Czech Republic.

This thesis deals with the electronic registration of sales that has recently been introduced to Czech law in order to increase the revenues of public budgets, reduce the shadow economy and to safeguard a fair competitive environment for all businesses. This thesis is divided into two essential parts. The first part hereof deals with general issues of registration of sales whereas the second part analyses particular aspects of the new legislation. In the first chapter, general matters of the registration of sales are discussed. The main objectives of the registration of sales as well as possible means of such registration are introduced. Moreover, one part of this chapter is dedicated to the recordkeeping obligation as it is to be found in Czech law. The second chapter deals with the Act No. 112/2016 Coll., on Registration of Sales. Firstly, the Act is introduced in general terms and its place in the Czech legal order as well as the legislative process is discussed. Secondly, it analyses some provisions of the Act, in particular those relating to the entities that have the obligation to register their sales under the Act and those covering the subject-matter, i.e. the registered sale as such. The OMX-case entailed considerable uncertainty about the relationship between tax treaties and Swedish domestic law. Previous approaches to handle rule conflict between them was put out of action for the first time when an internal rule took precedence over tax treaties. The Greece-case came a few years later where there were hopes that it would be decided in plenary session to return to the view that prevailed before the OMX-case, which did not happen. Instead the Supreme Administrative Court ruled that the tax treaties shall in principle be given preference, but that in exceptional situations tax treaties can be infringed to an internal rule's benefit, so called tax treaty override. Such procedure is acceptable if the legislature gives "clear expression" of the intention of a certain type of income is to be taxed in Sweden, or that a particular new rule applies regardless of the provisions in tax treaties. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the supreme administrative courts management of rule collision between domestic law and tax treaties in the Greece-case. Further analysis of the requirement "clear expression" shall take place and the basis of why the supreme administrative court justifies tax treaty override shall also be analyzed. The conclusion presented in this thesis initially includes problems that arise to conclude the meaning of the term "clear expression" and that application difficulties arise because the supreme administrative court did not provide further guidance of its meaning. Secondly, that the supreme administrative court justify tax treaty override occasionally since there is no constitutional or procedural obstacles for a newer internal law to expand the Swedish taxation when an already implemented taxation agreement restricts it.
