Strategie Evropa 2020: Jsou národní cíle přiměřené? / Europe 2020 Strategy: Are National Goals Reasonable?

Břízová, Pavla January 2013 (has links)
The current economic strategy of the European Union - the Europe 2020 Strategy - has defined five measurable Headline Targets to enhance economic growth and allowed the Member States to set their own national numerical values for these targets. This thesis analyses quality of this target setting process. First, it tries to figure out whether the targets have been set better than in the preceding Lisbon Strategy. Second, it examines whether the National Targets have been defined clearly and unequivocally. Third and the most important, based on original empirical analysis, the thesis evaluates whether the National Targets have been determined reasonably with respect to general capacities of individual European economies. The main results reveal that some learning from the Lisbon Strategy has been made, but the quality of the National Targets is insufficient and should be increased. Vliv pracovní pozice na způsob stravování a možnosti edukace zaměstnanců ve vybraném regionu / Influence of the job position on the way of eating and the possibilities of educating employees in the selected region

Jirkovská, Markéta January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of catering of employees, three selected workplaces, with regard to the job position, the way of meals and also the possible health problems related to the performance of their work. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out whether there is an influence of the working environment on employees' meals, as well as how eating habits reflect their health status during working hours. The theoretical part deals with health issues, the Health 2020 program and also with procedures to protect and prevent disease. The practical part analyzes and evaluates the data obtained through the questionnaire survey among the three selected workplaces. It is clear from the questionnaire survey that the position affects not only the way of eating, but also the possible health problems. Erfarenheter från flerbostadshus som passivhus : En handflata och sex värmeljus / Experiences from apartment houses as passive house : A palm and six tea lights

Westerén, Markus, Löfgren, Oskar January 2013 (has links)
All new households were to be constructed with "near zero energy house standards" (NZE-house) by the year of 2020. The ambition to construct energy-efficient buildings had to increase rapidly in the spring of 2013.The purpose of this report was to increase the interest for building contractors to construct apartment buildings with passive house standards. By locating and evaluating experiences from an existing passive house a case study including interviews, field visits and document analysis was made. Research of literature regarding other passive houses in Sweden also helped to answer the following questions: - What positive and negative experiences have the study of the passive house meant to the involved stakeholders and residents? - What improvements can be made based on identified experiences? - How can an apartment building be designed as a passive house based on possible improvements? By collecting good and bad experiences, as well as improvements and potential design proposals, a diagram was created designed as a tool for developers when constructing apartment buildings with passive house standards. The diagram was organized in the categories; material, immaterial and image. Positive experiences from the case study were for instance that estimated time table, budget and planned energy level were achieved mainly due to a designed prefabricated sandwich element of concrete and the organizational form called partnering. Negative experiences were for example problems with high temperatures in staircase areas due to glassed facades and the lack of ventilation hatches, problems with condense and frost on windows, insufficient knowledge in using technical equipment and relatively high investment costs. Improvements and potential design proposals recommended by the authors were for example vertical lamellas for sunscreen and screening of the night sky, energy watchers in each apartment for higher energy awareness and a minor use of passive house independent qualities, in order to avoid the risk of building contractors not wanting to build passive houses due to high costs.   The experiences in the result diagram emphasized what building contractors should focus on in order to succeed with constructing apartment buildings, with similar requirements as the building in the case study, as a passive house.

Úroveň lidských zdrojů a jejich úloha v regionálním rozvoji Jihomoravského kraje / The standard of human resourses and their role in the regional development of the South Moravian Region

Surý, Jan January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of human resources in South Moravian Region (SMR). The thesis presents recommendations for changes in regional politics in the area of human resource development, based on the research of selected literature, analysis of current trends and strategic documents in the EU, the Czech Republic and the SMR, analysis and comparison of development potentials of LAU 1 regions in the SMR as well as my own survey. Final recommendations proceed from all of the theoretical and practical information presented in this thesis and suggest following changes: reducing disparities at lower regional level; refinement and optimisation of the overall evaluation process and final monitoring reports of implemented programmes; better support of regions in which lower development potential was detected; stronger promotion of information about the current situation in the labour market, wages and demand for employees in selected fields; simplification of information about the currently implemented operational programmes and promotion of simpler and more understandable forms of communication in order to enhance the activity of micro-enterprises leading to an increase in the total number of applicants for grants under the operational programmes. The advantage of this study compared to studies of a similar nature is the focus on the local market. Despite an above-average concept of human resource development in the SMR in comparison with other NUTS III regions these results allow to further optimise the local policy in this region.

Spielerischer Zugang zu MINT-Studiengängen: das Serious Game des Learn&Play Projekts als Anwendungsbeispiel

Seidel, Anna, Weidle, Franziska, Börner, Claudia 17 February 2021 (has links)

Vliv Evropské komise na přijetí služebního zákona v České republice / Influence of the European Commission on the Adoption of the Public Service Law in the Czech Republic

Havelka, Vít January 2017 (has links)
The master's thesis focuses on the role of the European Commission in the adoption of the Public Service Law (zákon č. 234/2014 Sb., o státní službě) in the Czech Republic. Its goal is to identify particular European Commission's tools of influence and their utilisation in the analysed case. The case study puts stress not only on hard methods (such as ex ante conditionality), but also on soft forms of influence (e.g. socialisation or persuasion). The Commission's tools were sorted according to Frank Schimmelfennig and Ulrich Sedelmeier's typology: 1) External-Incentive-Model; 2) Social-Learning- Model and 3) Lesson-Drawing-Model. The thesis combines two methodological approaches - process tracing and discursive analysis of relevant Czech actors. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and publically accessible documents.

Interaktive Online Formate zur Wissensteilung: Systematisierung und Handlungsempfehlung für geeignete IT-Tools

Mion, Eva, Pinnecke, Mareike, Reeb, Samuel, Niemeier, Joachim, Schoop, Eric 28 January 2021 (has links)

Jump starting e-learning: The impact of COVID-19 on perceived learning success: A real-time case study

Hieke, Sophie, Schmidkonz, Christian 12 March 2021 (has links)
The global upheaval caused by COVID-19 in 2020 has by many been considered as the biggest accelerator for digitalization in various areas, and Higher Education Institutions (HEI) are no exception to this. Universities had to abruptly shift to digital formats also termed e-learning. Some universities have been better prepared for online teaching than others, but for most within the educational community it has been a new experience to study or teach most if not all courses online without any further physical touch points. Due to the semester schedule, lecturers and students at Munich Business School had to adapt during an on-going semester and switch their way of teaching and learning more or less overnight, from offline teaching only to online teaching only. This situation has offered a unique opportunity to add to the literature on effective learning as well as e-learning by comparing exclusively offline and online learning environments across the same student population and measuring their impact on perceived learning success. This unique situation has further allowed for the development of a new model to explain possible drivers of perceived learning success under such circumstances. While an unexpected upheaval like COVID-19 may not happen in this exact same scenario again, new pandemics and global crises can easily impact future teaching environments in a similar manner, at least with regards to the limited time available to make such a switch. Consequently, the model presented here encourages further research and, if sufficiently validated in future research, has the power to provide insights into how to design an effective learning environment in HEI.
