significativas, y presentaron magnitudes grandes.
The purpose of this research was to examine the connection between Basic Psychological
Needs (BPN) and Depressive Symptoms (DS) in a group of students who are part of a
university located in Metropolitan Lima. For this purpose, a total of 109 college students aged
between 18 and 25 participated. The instruments used were the "Basic Psychological Needs
Satisfaction and Frustration Scale" (BPNSFS), and the "Beck Depression Inventory II" (BDIII), which showed sufficient evidence regarding reliability in the sample. It was found that the
correlations between BPN and DS were significant, and they exhibited large magnitudes.
Additionally, it was found that the Satisfaction and Frustration of these Needs predict the
presence of DS. Comparative analyses of sociodemographic variables such as gender and
cohabitation were also conducted with the psychological variables of the study (BPN and DS);
however, no significant discrepancies were found. Finally, the purpose of the study was
achieved by demonstrating significant correlations between the dimensions of BPN and DS.

The present study scrutinizes the factors that undermined the Ministry of
Economy and Finance, the administrative body overseeing the financial resources of
the Peruvian State, vis-à-vis the 2020-2021 Complementary Congress amid the
extraordinary circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic. This inquiry delves into
external factors such as the conjunctural and institutional, as well as internal factors
like the utilization of the presidential relative veto on legislation and the radicalized
opposition. This opposition exerted its force from ordinary parliamentary committees
such as Economy and Banking, Budget, as well as Consumer Defense. The thesis
employs a qualitative approach methodology, incorporating semi-structured interviews
with key political figures and information gleaned from primary sources via state
transparency portals. Analysis of this data yields findings that demonstrate a decline
in the capacity, authority, and influence of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the
legislative approval process related to its purview. The new Congress clandestinely
maneuvered to bolster its influence and popularity by intervening in economic and
fiscal matters, resulting in laws that were subsequently contested or questioned before
the Constitutional Tribunal.

Abstract This study is part of a field of research focusing on organizational health at work. Particularly, the objective of this master's research is to identify; in the context of the pandemic linked to Covid-19; the demands and resources present in the daily life of police officers in Quebec having an impact on their health and well-being at work. Also, this research makes it possible to identify the adaptation strategies put in place by the actors to work on their overwhelming situations and balance their well being. To understand this problem, we were inspired by two theoretical models, namely JD-R (Bakker & Demerouti, 2007) which postulates that the characteristics of work are classified as demands and resources, and Job Crafting model (Tims& Bakker, 2010), who argues that individuals rely on coping strategies to improve their well-being at work and balance their workload. As a result, we adopted an exploratory qualitative methodology and carried out semi-structured interviews in videoconference mode with 20 police officers patrolling in one of the largest cities in Quebec, including 5 female officers and 15 male officers. Data collection took place during the months of july, August, and september 2020. The results of this study show that the constraints and demands raised in the daily life of police officers such as the transformation of work, the adjustment of schedules, the reorganization of teams have impacts on their health and well-being, namely professional stress and problems of work-family balance. Also, it was concluded that the police have a wide range of resources categorized into four IGLO types (Nielsen et al., 2017), namely individual resources (experiences, personal background, training and skills and also family support), group resources (team cohesion and social support), leadership resources (recognition of superiors) and organizational resources (call screening). Likewise, our study has shown that police officers rely on adaptation strategies that can be individual (personalized work techniques, defensive strategies) or collective (mutual aid).

The generation of this program was developed in the context of the pandemic caused
by COVID-19 and our concern for contingency measures in order to prevent the
spread of the disease in the population, which made us see the population of the boys,
girls and adolescents, being the most sensitive to the development of mental and
behavioral disorders, having formed a difficulty in early detection and intervention in
mental health problems in this population group. That is why the main objective was
to implement a primary prevention program through roaming buses that allow
transporting multidisciplinary personnel and resources for the development of
preventive activities in the districts of Lima. For this, the methodology includes an
approach developed by the School of Government and Public Policies of the Pontifical
Catholic University of Peru, which focuses on the generation of public value in order
to provide an innovative solution. For this, the design of a prototype was proposed that
resulted in a high desirability, feasibility at 90% interest in investors and a feasible
development given the offer of the main resources (buses) to carry out everything
proposed. In this way, concluding that the program is viable enough for its application.

The "revolving door" phenomenon in emergency departments (ED) is preoccupying for many managers and the general public but especially for users themselves and their families. A number of studies have described the characteristics of these frequent users. Knowing that mental health is an important issue for many of them, this research takes a look at frequent users living with mental health issues and gives a voice to their families. This exploratory study seeks to answer two questions: what are the psychosocial vulnerabilities of ED’s frequent users according to their families and what are these families' perspectives on this subject. To answer these questions, eight semi-structured interviews were conducted with family members of frequent users living with mental health issues. Psychosocial vulnerabilities mentioned by family members were mainly regarding socio-economic difficulties, social isolation as well as precarious health. Three main patterns were also highlighted among the users examined in this research: elderly people visiting ED for motives due to aging; users consulting for crises related to their mental health troubles and people visiting the ED for a variety of physical complaints. Concerning the perspective of family members, results mainly show a variety of difficulties encountered trying to navigate through the health care system. Family members expressed being concerned with the users' situations and their willingness to help the users especially in a context of a lack of services and resources. This research supports the idea that frequent users should not be considered a homogeneous group and that it is necessary to offer them and their caregivers services adapted to their specific needs.

By exposing how closely related society and the religious community are, the present case study explores the dynamics surrounding the land tenancy and the development of the buildings forming the monastery of the Ursulines of Three-Rivers. Today, the future threatens the survival of their heritage and this issue is a common one for many religious communities in the province of Quebec : the conversion and change of purpose begs the question as to what parts of their heritage must be preserved. By studying the structuring role of this Catholic institution in the formation of the urban cultural landscape of Three-Rivers, the research will undeniably contribute to understanding the processes of the urban morphology of Quebec. The study will attempt to establish guidelines for a possible future requalification of the site and a likely change of use for the buildings following the decline ofthe religious community. Inspired by the diachronic methodology and the analytical approaches created by Saverio Muratori and the Italian school of urban morphology, the research exposes the morphology of their estate and their monastery. The morphology of the building, the site and the city exposes periods of continuity and rupture through time (construction/demolition, fires/reconstruction, expansion, etc.). The case study seeks to describe and understand how the land and properties supported the development of nuns’ monastery missions and affected the urbanization of their surroundings. The research explores how the amount of support through cash, resources and other means for the building of the Ursulines’ Monastery and the maintenance of their educational and charitable missions is directly tied to the number of deeds and the material transformations of the Ursuline’s properties in the city and the countryside. Is there a relation between the community’s resources fluctuation and the evolution of their estate? The initial research question foresees the existence of a dynamic interaction between the resources of the community, the development of their estate and the evolution of a part of the city. The exchanges represented by the deeds on the Ursulines’estate structure the production of space. An interdisciplinary approach is inevitable as architecture, history, and geography are closely related disciplines. Subsequently, material evidence is used to make a qualitative assessment aiming to contribute to the operational history. This study method provides an opportunity to reflect on the heritage of religious communities and the feasibility of hypothetical projects using research knowledge as well as sound architectural reasoning. Indeed, the evolution of the site will reflect of the local will, between enlightened and informed preservation or progressive disappearing.

Ainsi, nous n'avons pas détecté d'effets de la pandémie sur la santé mentale parentale / Future parents and parents of young children have been particularly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic's restrictive measures, such as cancellation of in-person group prenatal education sessions, lockdowns, and closing of schools and daycares. Perinatal and parental stress can have harmful consequences for parents' mental health and children's development; it is therefore important to understand to what extent the pandemic may have affected the mental health of future parents and parents of young children. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of future parents and parents of young children in the Province of Quebec. To do so, we brought together two separate initiatives, carried out during the pandemic, involving future parents of a first child (PASS-COVID) and parents of at least one young child (MAVIPAN). Specifically, our objectives were (i) to determine the impact of the first COVID-19 lockdown on the evolution of perinatal mental health (distress, anxiety and depression) (PASSCOVID cohort) and (ii) to estimate the evolution of mental health (depression, anxiety, stress and mental wellbeing) of parents of young children during the first 18 months of the COVID-19 pandemic (MAVIPAN cohort). A total of 862 participants (862 women, mean age of 29 years old) have been included in the PASS-COVID analysis, and 113 participants (102 women, mean age of 36 years old) for the MAVIPAN analysis. Linear models (mixed and repeated measures) adjusting for potential cofounders were performed. We found statistically significant results for depression and anxiety in future parents, and for depression and mental well-being in parents of young children. However, the differences in scores being very small, this suggests that the results are not clinically significant. Thus, we did not find any impact of the pandemic on parental mental health for these two populations.
