Salvador

Dieu ou le signe d'adieu : sur les signes de ponctuation de la grammaire de l'être : la pensée contemporaine face à Dieu et au temps / God or the sign of farewell (god-bye) : on the puncheons signs of th being's grammar : the contemporary thinking facing God and the time

Husson, Valentin 12 December 2015 (has links)
We would have try, in our area where murderous acts are committed in the name of God, to reevaluate his understanding in contemporary philosophy from Kant to Levinas. In point of fact, there were formerly God solved the meaning regime of life and death, up to determine the sense ofthis life's sacrifice, the contemporary philosophy tempts to clarify - it is at the very least our mainthesis - a deceptive God ( Kant ) and neither all-mighty. This God thus wouldn't justify the meaning of life, but deceived it's meaning in opening it not to the promise of life after death, but to a finiteness as such. This divine opening to finiteness, opens in itself ethical and political injunctions. If "God is dead", so, it is a such that, is his death, he also opens the instant of death in general : mine and others - all the more so - ordering each and everyone to attend to a Good-attending, mindful of Other's morality. In the consequence of what, we would lately have wanted to think, asour metaphysic patriarchal tradition, not anymore a God-the-Father, but a God as a Mother, whosemotherhood, according to Levinas, would be an unconditional welcome of the Other, infinite responsibility for it's life and death.

The Impact of Financial Transaction Tax on Companies - A Discussion

Said Formosa, Carmel 03 June 2015 (has links) (PDF)
In February 2013, eleven Member States agreed to adopt the Commissions' Proposal for a Council Directive implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of financial transaction tax, COM (2013)71 final. This article reviews three thematic areas frequently discussed by practitioners and academia alike on the impact that the Proposal could have on companies operating within participating Member States. This includes the impact on capital and related costs, business strategy and compliance considerations. I ask the question whether the unintentional repercussions could be mitigated by making adjustments to the current Proposal including the expansion of exemptions and the adoption of an implementation framework that takes inspiration from the Value Added Tax System that is already implemented across Member States. Hydatius : a late Roman chronicler in post-Roman Spain : an historiographical study and new critical edition of the chronicle

Burgess, Richard W. January 1989 (has links)
Late Roman chronicles are little studied and greatly misunderstood. The purpose of this dissertation is to treat a Late Roman chronicler, Hydatius, as a living, breathing person and to use the chronicle as a means of revealing this individual: his beliefs, his interests, his fears, his attitudes, his view of the Empire, and his abilities as an historian. Hydatius was a bishop in Gallaecia, writing in 468-9 amidst the Suevic depredations of Spain. As a result he is a unique source in that he is the earliest extant historian who wrote in a post- Roman (i.e. Mediaeval) world. His chronicle is the only detailed source for Spanish history in the fifth century and the only detailed source written about the fifth-century barbarian invasions and settlements. Though extremely isolated he had remarkable contacts with the outside world and his chronicle is a unique source for much non- Spanish information. It is also one of the most personal of all the Late Antique chronicles and therefore an excellent gateway for an examination of the Late Roman world as seen through the eyes of a contemporary. For these reasons, Hydatius' vivid and often emotive account of the sufferings of Gallaecia at the hands of the Sueves and Goths, framed by the parallel military, religious and imperial history of the Eastern and Western empires and set within the eschatological context of the imminent Apocalypse, deserves detailed study. The production of a new critical edition, based on only the third, complete, first-hand examination of the sole major manuscript (B) since 1615 and the first produced from all known manuscript evidence, complete with apparatuses on the manuscripts, chronology and orthography, was necessitated by the perverse Sources chrétiennes edition of 1974 and the discovery of new evidence from a careful study of manuscript B.

Postoje české veřejnosti k projektu "Lidé místo zdí". / The attitude of the Czech public towards project "The people instead of walls"

VARGA, Tibor January 2010 (has links)
The Attitudes of the Czech Public towards the Project ``The People instead of Walls`` The thesis deals with the research in the area of juvenile delinquency and its redemption. The main objectives were two. The first was to find out about the attitude of the Czech public towards the project ``The people instead of walls{\crqq}. It deals with the redemption of juvenile delinquency in an alternative form, which substitutes the stay of a juvenile in the custody. The second was to find out if the Czech and professional public expect the lowering rate of juvenile delinquency on the basis of the eventual project implementation. The technique of data collection and their analysis was used. The next techniques were the questionnaires, the inquiries with data sheets and first of all the personal interview with randomly selected respondents of the Czech public and semi-standardized interviews with the representatives of professional public. For finding out the present state, the detailed study of related rules of law and the analysis of the documents that govern the area of the research were carried out. In this context the amendment of criminal law and the Act No. 218/2003 Coll., on judiciary regarding juveniles and other related laws and rules were assessed. In the course of the research the present state of juvenile custody and the way the juveniles are treated in custody seen from the aspect of their re-integration were investigated. In the final part, the positives and negatives of present prison practice were assessed and possible measures which can positively influence the lowering of juvenile delinquency were suggested. The research proved both stated hypotheses.

De l'écologie à l'écosophie : l'intuition de Raimon Panikkar / From ecology to ecosophy : the Raimon Panikkar’s intuition

Valverde Campos, Juan Carlos 07 October 2016 (has links)
The environmental crisis has disrupted the lives and activities of man. The ecological movement has proposed solutions to the problems we face, but it always uses the same Logos that got us into these difficulties. Theology, however has focused on this question only recently. It answered to criticisms with a renewed theology of creation. Our author of interest, Raimon Panikkar, proposes to complement this approach with a new Trinitarian theology. What he called the “cosmotheandric intuition” establishes a constitutive close relationship between God, man and the cosmos. This intuition means paying special attention to wisdom. It is therefore urgent that ecology walks hand in hand with ecosophy. To this end, mankind ought to cultivates the virtues that will allow it to reconnect with the others dimensions of reality. This new approach has two fondamental corollaries : an ecosophical ethics and a ecosophical political theology, that we intend to develop in order to prolong on Panikkar’s thought.

Konkurrensklausuler i anställningsavtal : En rättsdogmatisk studie / Non-Compete Clauses in Contracts of Employement : a Legal Dogmatic Study

Andrén, Gustav January 2009 (has links)

This essay aim to clear the regulations that adjusts the use of non-compete clauses in contracts of employement. The historical developement shows tendencies that more employees have contracts that includes non-compete clauses. This developement does not always correspond with what is allowed concerning these clauses. Non-compete clauses is adjusted by the regulations in the collective agreement known as the agreement of 1969. The agreement has also been accepted outside its regular field of application. Apart from the just mentioned agreement, unreasonable conditions of contracts kan be adapted to what is fair accordning to the swedish constitution of agreements. The paragraphs in question is the 36 and the 38 §§, that adjusts when you can shift the conditions. The 38 § is more applyable when it comes to conditions about non-compete clauses. The use of non-compete clauses is also regulated by practice in the court of law, the labour court. Many of the regulations are unspecified in their design. It is possible that these unspecified concepts are essential to maintain the possibility of applying the concepts to a larger amount of cases. The metaphysical concepts of the jurisprudence has been criticized several times during the historical developement, for example by the upholders of the positivistic Uppsala school of philosophy (the Scandinavian legal realism). The facts remains that because of its open device of concepts, the jurisprudence becomes dynamic and useable in a lot more contexts.
