RESUMO A úlcera de pressão é uma complicação comum em pacientes críticos hospitalizados, tornando-se um problema sério para os mesmos e a prevenção deste tipo de complicações um desafio para a assistência de enfermagem. Este estudo tem como objetivos caracterizar a produção do conhecimento sobre a úlcera de pressão em pacientes críticos hospitalizados, publicados no período de 1994 a 1998 em periódicos nacionais e internacionais, identificar os fatores de risco para úlceras de pressão, analisar definições e características associadas à essas e analisar as publicações com base nas categorias temáticas das diretrizes da AHCPR. A análise foi feita segundo as categorias temáticas das diretrizes para previsão e prevenção de úlceras de pressão da Agência Americana para o Cuidado, Política e Pesquisa em Saúde. Foram identificadas as definições, características e fatores de risco para o desenvolvimento de úlceras de pressão que estavam relacionados ao paciente, à estrutura da instituição e ao processo de cuidar. Encontramos na amostra uma hegemonia de autores americanos, enfermeiros com mestrado ou médicos, que atuavam em hospitais. A maior parte dos trabalhos foi a úlcera de pressão como indicador da qualidade do cuidado. Os resultados da análise apontam que a adoção de protocolos sistematizados referentes ao processo e estrutura do cuidar, desenvolvidos a partir de pesquisa são eficazes para a prevenção da úlcera, evidenciando pela redução dos índices ou da incidência. / Pressure ulcer are common complication and serious problem in hospitalized critical patients. The prevention has become a challenge for nursing. The goals of this study were: to decribe the characteristics of knowledge production about pressure ulcer from 1994 to 1998 in national and international publications; the identification of the risk factors; analizing the articles based on recommendations of AHCPR and definitions ans characteristics related to them. The analyse was done using a method proposed by GANONG in one sample of 47 articles, considering the same recommendations for prediction and prevention of pressure ulcer of AHCPR. Definitions, characteristics and risk factors for the pressure ulcer development related to a patient were identified, as well as the ones related to the structure of the institution and to the care process. It was found in the sample, a hegemony from American authors, nurses and physicians, who had worked in the hospitals. The main approach of those articles were pressure ulcer as an quality indicator. The results showed that the use of protocols, related to the process and to the care structure, which were develop from the research, are efficient to the pressure ulcer prevention.

The Al₂SiO₅ polymorphs have been examined to provide new insights into their chemical bonding, their crystal chemistry, their equations of state, and the incorporation of water in the form of hydroxyl in their structures. The Al₂SiO₅ polymorphs provide a unique structural assemblage for a crystal chemical examination due to the variation in Al coordination in the structures where Al is in 4-fold, 5-fold, and 6-fold in sillimanite, andalusite, and kyanite, respectively. Consequently, the Al₂SiO₅ polymorphs have been examined with a combination of experimental (high pressure X-ray diffraction and Polarized FTIR spectroscopy) and theoretical (VASP and Crystal 98) methods. An experimental high pressure X-ray diffraction study on andalusite and sillimanite has constrained their equation of state and the pressure derivatives of their bulk modulus with pressure. Additionally, the effect of pressure on the crystal structures has been examined, where the main structural response is compression of the AlO₆ octahedra. Comparatively, compression of the AlO₆ octahedra in andalusite is more anisotropic, while the major direction of axial compressibility in both structures is dependent on the orientation of the AlO6 octahedra. In order to better understand the crystal chemistry of the Al-O and Si-O bonds in the polymorphs, ELF isosurfaces were examined. ELF isosurfaces represent a graphical representation of the localized electron probability density. Six distinct types of ELF isosurfaces were observed in the Al₂SiO₅ polymorphs resulting from differences in the geometry, coordination, and coordinated cation atomic number surrounding the oxygens within the crystal structures. The ELF was also shown to be isostructurally related to electron density difference maps. In a combined experimental and theoretical investigation of the Al₂SiO₅ polymorphs, potential protonation sites within the crystal structures were determined at an atomic level with polarized FTIR spectroscopy and analysis of (3,-3) critical points of the negative Laplacian. The polarized FTIR spectra indicate the orientation of the OH dipole in the three polymorphs and the (3,-3) critical points indicate regions of locally concentrated electron density. Potential protonation sites were determined based on the value of the negative Laplacian, the underbonded nature of the oxygens, and the number of surrounding cations. / Ph. D.

Esta nova tendência literária multicultural e intergêneros, ultrapassa os limites da forma e da estética tradicional, e adentra os caminhos da interculturalidade aliando-os ao hibridismo que transforma, inclusive, os gêneros. Evidenciando a natureza problematizadora de sua literatura, marcada muitas vezes, por questões de cunho metalinguístico, como da impossibilidade de o discurso literário dar conta de uma objetividade que se recusa a ser captada pela palavra. Discutir a existência de uma multiplicidade de influências na escrita de Sérgio Sant Anna fazendo ressoar o texto literário com alguns conceitos psicanalíticos, buscando alargar a análise do texto com o uso dos conceitos, assim como estender o conceito e a reflexão teórica que estão em jogo ao se trabalhar com a literatura. Portanto, analisar Um Crime Delicado, de Sérgio Sant Anna, à luz de um recorte psicanalítico, assinalando as intersecções possíveis, permite e reforça o diálogo intercultural, objetivo deste trabalho.

In teachers’ duty it is significant to create good conditions for student to become included. The schools value work is therefore not only important but shall permeate the whole education. This study, focus on value work during reading aloud, from books in grade three, primary school, with a norm-critical perspective.  To enable this, I have done a survey to map which books the teachers used for reading aloud in connection to value work. Then a norm-critical discourse analysis of the main character in the most popular books where done. The survey indicates that teachers work with value questions during aloud reading of books.  The discourse analysis show that norms and values were similar. The study implicates, the significant of wise and well-founded choices of books for value work, that enable all student to identify themselves with the main characters in the books. The result shows that the most popular books are not that multifaceted. The characters in these books do not represent the diversity in classroom.   The discourse analyse clarifies the implicit and explicit norms and values the books supports. A teacher can work with figure of thought, literal norm-critique, in book talks with the students. / En viktig del av lärares uppdrag är att skapa goda förutsättningar, för att eleverna ska känna sig inkluderade. Skolans värdegrundsarbete är därför avgörande och något som ska genomsyra all undervisning. Studien fokuserar på högläsning i årskurs 3, där arbetet fokuserar på värdegrundsfrågor ur ett normkritiskt perspektiv. Jag har använt en survey för att kartlägga vilka böcker som lärare använder för högläsning i samband med värdegrundsarbetet. En norm-kritisk diskursanalys, av huvudkaraktärerna, i de två populäraste böckerna, genomfördes. Surveystudien indikerade att nästan alla lärare i studien arbetade med värdegrundsfrågor i samband med högläsningen. Studien resulterade i två böcker inom fantasygenren, där liknande normer och värderingar synliggörs genom diskursanalysen. Slutsatsen visar hur väsentligt det är att lärare gör kloka och välgrundade urval av högläsningsböcker, för att alla elever ska kunna identifiera sig med huvudkaraktärerna i böckerna. De populäraste böckerna, är inte tillräckligt mångfacetterade, för att motsvara den mångfald som finns i klassrummen idag. Skolans värdegrundsarbete kan, om lärare metodiskt väljer ut böcker, utvecklas så att eleverna kan reflektera över karaktärernas handlande och de normer som återfinns i böckerna. Diskursanalysen synliggör implicita och explicita värderingar som böckerna förmedlar. Tillsammans med eleverna, kan lärare, arbeta med tankefiguren litterär normkritik, i boksamtalen.
