A paired-associate list of three-word stimuli and one-word responses comprised the first list of an A-B, A-Br paradigm. Each of the three words from the first-list three-word stimuli was singly re-paired with first-list responses to make up three of the second-list conditions. The fourth second-list condition used the first-list stimuli plus re-paired first-list responses. Results obtained were that: (a) nine of the sixteen subjects spontaneously shifted encoding cues from first to second lists, (b) evidence of significantly greater negative transfer occurred only in the A-B, A1 2 3-Br condition, and (c) although not attaining significance level, across all A -Br conditions there were more errors on second-list learning for those not shifting encoding cues from first to second list. For those who did shift, performance was only slightly lower than the A-B, C-B control condition. Neither the encoding variability nor the associative variability theory was entirely supported. A gestalt interpretation was suggested.

Since 1st January 2014, association law has been entirely governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. It is the first time in history that certain bodies of associations are regulated by law in the Czech legal system. The aim of this theses called "The bodies of association in the Czech law" is to provide critical theoretical analysis of contemporary Czech law regarding the bodies of association. The thesis also focuses on potential practical problems which may arise, including, for example, register of association. The work is divided into eight chapters. The first is dedicated to theoretical approaches of legal persons and provides an answer to the question which theoretical approach influenced Czech lawmakers most. Second chapter deals with the concept of freedom of association and autonomy of associations. This serves to put the main topic into broader constructional context. Third chapter contains brief history of association and analyses conceptual elements of association as well as its establishment. Starting with the fourth chapter, each following chapter is dedicated to particular bodies of association. The development of sport in Donegal, a peripheral Irish county which was rather isolated from the more centralised areas of the British sporting 'revolution', has attracted only limited academic attention. This thesis will examine the origins and development of the GAA in Donegal between 1884 and 1934. The state of Donegal society in the late nineteeth century will be assessed and the factors which benefited, and hindered, the growth of codified sports there will be discussed. The reasons why the GAA failed to become established until the 1920s will be investigated and a comparison with provincial and national trends will be offered. The growth of clubs will be chartered through an assessment of the areas in which Gaelic games were played. The rivalry between organisers of Gaelic football and soccer will be addressed and the impact of the press on this will also be explored. The reasons for the failure of hurling within the county will also be outlined. How the GAA became integrated into Donegal society will be examined through an investigation of the role of the players, administrators and patrons in the Association and the Donegal GAA's involvement in Ireland's fight for independence will be discussed. This thesis will make a valuable contribution to the historiography of the British sporting 'revolution' while adding to the increasing range of academic writing on the development of sport in regional Irish areas.

According to the ¡§Teacher Law¡¨ announced by the president on August 9, 1995, the teachers in Taiwan can establish the organizations of the teachers. It is a common, caring issue for educational administration, teacher groups and social elites to regulate a proper ¡§Teacher Law¡¨ and force the Legislative Yuan to enhance it to the actual law level. When establishing the new law, we should identify the teacher groups with the complete three rights: unite, negotiation, and strike to protect the basic rights of the teachers. It has been ten years since the Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Association( KCTA). Its organization, procedure, and supervision are superficially going well and smoothly. There is still a lot of space for the staff of the KCTA to make ¡§the law of the KCTA¡¨ become better by investigating it through the five structures of the administrative law in detail. This thesis adopts ¡§Qualitative research method¡¨ and make use of three study methods: literature review, interview and observation to gather, generalize, and analyze all the data to proceed writing. This thesis ¡§The law of the Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Association¡¨ apply the administrative law and take the five basic theories: administrative principle, administrative organization, administrative limit, administrative assist and administrative supervision as its outline. There are seven chapters and the summary of each chapter is as follows: Chapter 1 Introduction¡XIt contains the motive, objective of the research, research scope and limits, research frame and methods, relevant phrases explanation, and literature review. Chapter 2 Basic Principles of The Law of Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Association¡XIt simply discusses the background, internationalism, spirit of law and order, and participation of person concerned. Chapter 3 Administrative Organizations of The Law of Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Association¡XIt explains basic concepts of administrative organizations, administrative frame of the law of Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Association, personal system, funds and relative questions. Chapter 4 Administrative Limits of The Law of Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Assocoation¡XIt introduces administrative investigation, administrative plan, administrative legislation, administrative disciplinary action, administrative contract, administrative guidance, assured means of obligation performance and instance enforcement. Chapter 5 Relief and Aftercare of The Law of Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Association¡XIt describes the meaning, types of administrative relief of the Law of Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Association, petition, appeal, administrative lawsuit, national compensation, constitution interpretation, and plebiscite. Chapter 6 Supervision and Evaluation of The Law of Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Association¡XIt introduces the outline of the administrative supervision, internal and external supervision mechanism of the law of Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Association. Chapter 7 Conclusion and Suggestion¡X It combines the statement of the five frames of the administrative law to offer actual methods and suggestions for the development of the Kaohsiung County Teacher¡¦s Association.

The HOAX is an examination of abusive power and lack of regulation in the homeowners' association industry; a business and quasi-government system whose key selling point is the protection of property values. The documentary follows an investigative reporter, homeowners, and HOA reform activists as they illustrate shocking evidence of financial and psychological hardships throughout Texas and Nevada. A few of these people, including the filmmaker, are the subject of adverse actions from various players in this quasi-governmental system.

This detailed report of a registration internship at the New Orleans Opera Association includes an organizational profile, a description of the activities performed during the internship, an analysis of an organization, recommendations for improvement, and a discussion of the short and long term effects of the internship.

This report is based on a three month internship at the New Orleans Opera Association during the summer of 1996. In this report, the intern has attempted to present the Opera's past practices while comparing them to its current ideologies and projecting where the company is headed in the future. She has highlighted the Opera's strengths and objectively analyzed the areas of concern. At the same time she has emphasized the fact that the New Orleans Opera Association is and will remain an extremely successful opera company with loyal and generous supporters. The Association shows every promise of continuing to provide New Orleans and the Gulf South region with first class opera performances by hiring some of the finest voices in the opera world and staging theatrical extravaganzas that will entertain and delight audiences well into the 21st century.
