(2).pdf: 6630381 bytes, checksum: 370c3715816360d1d3c83fa51942e90a (MD5) Previous issue date: 2017-12-19 / The study focused on this dissertation was carried out at the Col?gio Estadual Alaor Coutinho - CEAC, located in Praia do Forte, municipality of Mata de S?o Jo?o - Bahia, a college in which a large part of the students in the academic years of 2014 and 2015 reported, in the classroom, greater difficulties of understanding the subjects related to Trigonometry and Geometry. In an attempt to reverse this situation and facilitate the learning of existing subjects in Trigonometry and Geometry, basic astronomical knowledge related to sundials, allied to concepts of Geography with respect to Geographic Coordinates and Earth Movements, were used. Activities were carried out with students from Elementary and Middle School, such as: workshops, classes and events related to the construction and positioning of Sun Clocks. As a final product, we made different Equatorial Type Sun Clocks, as well as a Didactic Sequence for teachers of education basic. / O estudo focalizado nesta Disserta??o foi realizado no Col?gio Estadual Alaor Coutinho - CEAC, localizado em Praia do Forte, munic?pio de Mata de S?o Jo?o ? Bahia, col?gio no qual grande parte dos estudantes dos anos letivos de 2014 e 2015 relatou, em sala de aula, maiores dificuldades de entendimento dos assuntos relacionados ? Trigonometria e Geometria. Na tentativa de reverter essa situa??o e facilitar a aprendizagem de assuntos existentes na Trigonometria e na Geometria, foram utilizados conhecimentos b?sicos de Astronomia relacionados a rel?gios de Sol, aliados a conceitos de Geografia com rela??o ?s Coordenadas Geogr?ficas e Movimentos da Terra. Foram realizadas atividades com estudantes do Ensino Fundamental e M?dio, tais como: oficinas, aulas e eventos relacionados com a constru??o e posicionamento dos Rel?gios de Sol. Como produto final, confeccionamos diferentes Rel?gios de Sol do Tipo Equatorial, assim como uma Sequ?ncia Did?tica destinada a professores da educa??o b?sica.

In astronomy, telescopes now equipped with increasingly modern sensors, produce data quantities never seen before, making it impossible to exhaust all the capacity to extract knowledge from the data produced, thus presenting conditions of reuse by their peers or other purposes. The value of this data to Science lies in its unexplored potential. In this sense, this work shares the philosophy of Virtual Observatories, regarding the reuse of old data. Therefore, this dissertation is about the implementation of procedures and computational techniques that allow to organize and search for images from telescopes. Images that were found were of the exclusive period. With this, studies were developed on data structure, computational tools, algorithms and programming languages that could contribute to the development and resolution of the research problem under analysis / Com advento da Computa??o, a forma de fazer Ci?ncia mudou circunstancialmente, revolucionando a pesquisa cient?fica. Na Astronomia, os telesc?pios agora equipados com sensorescada vez mais modernos, produzem quantidades de dados nunca vista antes, tornando imposs?vel exaurir toda ? capacidade de extra??o de conhecimento dos dados produzidos, apresentando assim, condi??es de reutiliza??o pelos seus pares ou outras finalidades. O valor desses dados para a Ci?ncia est? no seu potencial n?o explorado. Nesse sentido, esse trabalho compartilha da filosofia dos Observat?rios Virtuais,no que tange ? reutiliza??o de dados antigos. Uma an?lise te?rica da evolu??o da rota??o estelar

In the observational context, large sets of precise measurements of projected rotational velocity were produced, in particular by the Natal and Geneva groups. From these data, it is now possible to establish the behavior of stellar rotation from the turnoff to the red giant branch. In addition, these data have shown the role of tidal effects on stellar rotation in close binary systems. Nevertheless, relatively little attention has been paid to theoretical studies on the evolution of rotation along the HR Diagram, a topic itself directly associated to the evolution of the stars. Basically, there are two reasons for such a fact, (i) spherical symmetry is not assumed, what leads to a substantial increase in the numerical complexity of equations and (ii) non rotating models have been very successful in explaining relevant observational data, including the mass-luminosity relation and chemical abundances. In spite of these facts, it is clear that considerable work remains to be done on the role of rotation in the later stages of the evolution, where clear disagreements arise from confrontations between theoretical predictions and observations. In the present work we study the evolutionary behavior of stellar rotation along the HR Diagram, taking into account constraint conditions issued from recent observational survey of rotational velocity carried out with high precision procedures and new evolutionary codes / Nos ?ltimos cinq?enta anos, grandes esfor?os foram feitos no intuito de se entender a evolu??o estelar. No contexto observacional, medidas precisas da velocidade rotacional projetada foram produzidas, em particular, pelos grupos de Natal e Genebra. Destes dados ? poss?vel no presente momento estabelecer o comportamento da rota??o estelar do turnoff at? o ramo das gigantes vermelhas. Em adicional, estes dados t?m mostrado o papel dos efeitos de mar?s na rota??o estelar em sistemas bin?rios pr?ximos. Mesmo tendo sido feitos bons avan?os c no ambito observacional, pouca aten?? tem sido dada a estudos te?ricos da evolu??o da rota??o ao longo do diagrama HR, um t?pico que est? intimamente ligado a evolu??o das estrelas. Basicamente, existem dois motivos para tal fato,(i) a n?o suposi??o de simetria esf?rica leva a um aumento substancial da complexidade num?rica das equa??es, e (ii) os modelos sem rota??o t?m tido bastante sucesso na explica??o de relevantes dados observacionais, incluindo as rela??es entre massa e luminosidade e abund?ncias qu?micas. Diante do avan?o do estudo da rota??o, ainda restam trabalhos a serem feitos sobre o seu papel em est?gios mais tardios da evolu??o, uma vez que existem discord?ncias entre predi??es te?ricas e observacionais.
