A partir de pontos específicos da teoria bakhtiniana e de elementos da semiótica da cultura traçados pela Escola de Tártu-Moscou, o presente trabalho reúne fundamentos para desenvolver uma concepção de cultura em consonância com o preconizado pela Constituição Federal. A construção da noção de cultura estimulável, pela precípua análise dos enunciados constitucionais, objetiva à superação de uma concepção antropológica de cultura, passadista e incompatível com os postulados da igualdade e da liberdade. Neste intento, ingressa-se no estudo dos modos de intervenção estatal na sociedade e, mais especificamente, das normas atinentes ao estímulo fiscal à cultura objeto imediato do presente trabalho. A classificação dos incentivos fiscais, bem como o escrutínio da legislação ordinária revelam o viés analítico do tratamento dispensado ao tema. Por sua vez, a investigação semântica de expressões como incentivo fiscal, cultura nacional, cultura popular, todas encontradas em dispositivos constitucionais, assoalha a preocupação hermenêutica e possibilita que se faça a devida crítica da doutrina especializada. Concluir-se-á que o conceito de cultura supera o dado, a memória. A cultura será tomada em seu sentido praticamente avesso às noções correntes de herança e tradição. Para fazer jus ao incentivo fiscal, a cultura deverá carnavalizar a ordem será a vez do rompimento icástico. / From particular points in Bakhtinian theory and elements of semiotics of culture outlined by the School of Tartu-Moscow, this paper presents the basis for the development of a culture conception in agreement with the provisions of the Federal Constitution. The construction of the concept of inducible culture by means of the essential analysis of constitutional propositions aims to overcome an anthropological conception of culture, outdated and incompatible with the postulates of equality and freedom. In this regard, this study advances into the forms of state intervention in society and, more specifically, into the rules relating to the fiscal incentives to culture, which is the immediate object of this study. The tax incentives classificationl, as well as the scrutiny of ordinary legislation, reveal the bias of the analytical treatment of the subject. On its turn, the semantical research of terms such as \"tax incentives\", \"national culture\", \"popular culture\", all found in constitutional provisions, are the basis of hermeneutic concerns and allows that the appropriate criticism to specialized doctrine is effected. It will be concluded that the concept of culture exceeds the data, the memory. Culture will be considered under concepts opposite to the current notions of \"heritage\" and \"tradition\". To be eligible to fiscal incentives, culture shall carnivalize order it will be the turn of the iconic break.

Por outro lado, e apenas como contraponto a esse primeiro contingente, trato de um novo fluxo migratório de argentinos para o Brasil que se configura após o auge da crise econômica desencadeada no final do ano de 2001. Através da reconstrução das histórias de vida, das memórias e das trajetórias de migração de um grupo de argentinos que chegou entre os anos 1974 e 1981, hoje residentes nas cidades de Campinas e São Paulo, e de alguns jovens argentinos que chegaram após o ano de 2001 em São Paulo procuro compreender como estes sujeitos reconstroem suas identidades tendo como base o compartilhamento de experiências que consideram cruciais por redirecionarem e redefinirem suas trajetórias individuais. Através de uma abordagem que enfatiza a ação e a representação social, também analiso as maneiras como estes indivíduos ressignificam a nação de origem, reapropiam e reelaboram as narrativas mestras da nação argentina e suas representações nacionais no processo de reconstrução de suas identidades e de interpretação de suas próprias experiências / Abstract: In the present thesis I investigate the Argentinean migration to São Paulo along the 70s. This corresponds to a migratory group of individuals who left Argentina mainly as a result of the political violence against the opponents of the military regime established in 1976. On the other hand, and just as a comparison to this first group, I deal with a new migratory flow of Argentineans to Brazil which appeared after the peak of the economic crisis triggered at the end of 2001. Through the reconstruction of stories, memories and migration trajectories of a group of Argentineans, now living in Campinas and São Paulo, who arrived in Brazil between 74 and 81, and some young Argentineans who have arrived after 2001 in São Paulo, I try to comprehend how these subjects reconstructed their identities based on sharing experiences considered crucial for redefining and reorientating their own individual trajectories. Through an approach that stresses action and social representation, I also analyze the ways by which these individuals bestow another meaning to their country, reappropriate and reelaborate the key narratives of the Argentinean nation and its national representation in the process of reconstructing their identities and interpreting their own experiences / Mestrado / Mestre em Antropologia Social

No contexto contemporâneo em que o corpo torna-se alvo privilegiado de investimento e intervenção, assumindo centralidade nos processos de construção identitária, uma investigação antropológica destas perturbações permite pensar como a constituição de sujeitos corporificados é perpassada por múltiplas normatividades de gênero, classe, regionalidade, raça e etnicidade, presentes na socialidade cotidiana e nas práticas e discursos biomédicos. Tomando como eixo central a composição de três histórias de vida, em colaboração com mulheres que tiveram experiências pessoais com transtornos alimentares, é possível ter acesso ao processo através do qual pessoas vivenciam formas particulares de assujeitamento, compostas por distintas articulações entre múltiplas dimensões de poder, deforma inseparável, constituindo-se, assim, como sujeitos de ação em meio a conformações e resistências. Ainda que o fio condutor da tese encontre-se nas histórias de vida, escritas ao longo de quatro anos em colaboração com três interlocutoras voluntárias, sua trama é composta pelos diversos percursos teóricos e empíricos de uma etnografia multi-situada (HANNERZ, 2003), que transitou pelo universo de comunidades virtuais brasileiras sobre transtornos alimentares, um serviço ambulatorial de um hospital universitário, congressos de psiquiatria, uma vasta bibliografia e uma agência feminista de base comunitária para tratamento, educação e prevenção de transtornos alimentares na Nova Zelândia. / Abstract The aim of this thesis is to investigate in greater depth some aspects of the intricate relation between embodiment, gender and subjectification, through the analysis of the group of perturbations named "eating disorders". In the contemporary context, in which the body becomes the privileged target of investment and intervention, assuming a central role in the processes of identity construction, an anthropological investigation of these perturbations allows us to evaluate how the constitution of embodied subjects is fraught with multiple normativities of gender, class, regionality, race and ethnicity, present in daily sociality and in biomedical practices and discourses. Taking as a central axis the composition of three life-histories, in collaboration with women who had personal experiences with eating disorders, it is possible to gain access to the process by means which persons live particular forms of subjectification, composed by distinct inseparable articulations of multiple dimensions of power, becoming, thus, subjects of agency amidst conformation and resistance. If the connecting thread of the thesis is found in the life histories, written with the voluntary research collaborators along four years, its warp is the woven out of the different theoretical and empirical paths of a multi-sited ethnography (HANNERZ, 2003), along the universe of Brazilian virtual communities about eating disorders, an outpatient treatment unit at an University hospital, Psychiatry congresses, a wide bibliography and a feminist community based service for the education, prevention and counseling for eating difficulties in New Zealand. / Doutorado / Estudos de Gênero / Doutor em Ciências Sociais

O objetivo é compreender os processos sociais que levam essas organizações a assumirem o lugar de protagonistas na construção das memórias sobre o passado ditatorial, bem como analisar as disputas que envolvem a consolidação de uma memória pública sobre a ditadura nesse espaço nacional. Partindo de uma perspectiva histórica e processual da cultura, o intuito é analisar como os familiares de desaparecidos, ancorados nas relações de parentesco com as vítimas da repressão, atribuem sentido às suas próprias experiências e identidades, ao passo que encontram legitimidade social para suas demandas e ações políticas. Exploro assim como noções sobre política, parentesco, sangue, identidade e verdade atravessam os embates pelas memórias da ditadura na Argentina / Abstract: The thesis deals with the political activism of the Argentinean human rights organizations composed of the families of the disappeared people in the last military dictatorship (1976-1983). The goal is to understand the social processes that lead these organizations to play a major role in the construction of the memories concerning the dictatorial past, as well as analyzing the disputes over the definition of a public memory about the dictatorship in this national space. From a historical and procedural perspective of the culture, the intention is to analyze how the family members of the disappeared people, anchored in the kinship relations with the victims of the repression, give meaning to their own identities and experiences, whilst finding social legitimacy for their political actions and demands.
