Moksleiviai susiduria su rimtomis problemomis, susijusiomis su profesijos, tolesnio mokymosi krypties pasirinkimu, įsidarbinimu. Dažnai profesijos pasirinkimas ir profesinių mokyklų mokymo programų turinys neatitinka mokinių karjeros lūkesčių. Todėl atlikome tyrimą, kuris atskleidė profesijos rinkimosi subjektyviuosius bei objektyviuosius veiksnius, kurie turi įtakos karjeros lūkesčiams. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad profesinės mokyklos mokinių tarpe dominuoja subjektyvieji profesijos pasirinkimo veiksniai. Išanalizavus tyrimo duomenis paaiškėjo jog profesinėje raiškoje labiau dominuoja pragmatiškos vertybės. / Students encounter serious problems, which relate to their choice of profession, the direction that their studies should take and also eventual employment. Quite often the choice of profession and curriculum of the chosen educational institute, do not satisfy the students expectations in the chosen career. This is the reason why the study was conducted. It exposed subjective and objective factors which have an influence on career expectations. The results of the study showed that, students of institutes of professional learning are dominated by subjective career choice factors. Having analysed the results of the survey, it became clear that the professional sphere is dominated by pragmatic values.

Šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje vis daugiau kalbama ne tik apie profesinę, tačiau ir apie asmeninę karjerą: galimybę realizuotis darbe ir šeimoje, gilinti žinias ir tobulinti įgūdžius, nuolat mokytis ir siekti aukštesnių rezultatų visose gyvenimo srityse. Taigi labai aktualu išsamiau tirti moterų gebėjimą derinti darbinę veiklą ir universitetines studijas, nes būtent universitetinės studijos yra orientuotos į bendrą visuminį asmens pasirengimą veikti visuomenėje, visapusiškai atliepti laikmečio iššūkius. Darbo objektas – moters akademinių studijų ir darbinės veiklos dermė. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti moterų gebėjimą sėkmingai derinti universitetines studijas ir darbinę veiklą, kaip sėkmingos jų asmeninės karjeros plėtros sąlygą. Darbe keliami šie uždaviniai: Išanalizuoti moters asmeninės karjeros sampratą bei jos plėtrą sąlygojančius veiksnius šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje. Išnagrinėti moters, kuriančios asmeninę karjerą, universitetinių studijų ir darbinės veiklos dermės galimybių sąlygas. Ištirti akademines studijas bei darbinę veiklą derinančių moterų požiūrį į šių veiklų dermės galimybes asmeninės karjeros plėtros atžvilgiu. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, trys skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas, santrauka lietuvių ir anglų kalbomis, priedai. Beresnevičienės (1995, p. 276-279) sudaryta anketa, ją modifikavus ir, remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize, pritaikius šiam tyrimui. / Thereof work purpose - compare Lithuanian ir Polish school pupils career typesetting act. Thereof investigative instrument choose professorial habil. dr. D. Beresnevičienės (1995, p. 276-279) made questionnaire her modification and, sustaining nonfiction analysis fitting this inquest. / Das Ziel dieser Arbeit besteht darin die Entscheidungsfaktoren über die Berufswahl von Schülern an litauischen und polnischen Schulen zu erforschen. Als Forschungsinstrument dient bei der Arbeit ein Fragebogen, der von Professorin habil. Dr. D. Beresnevičienė (1995, p. 276-279) verfasst wurde. Aufgrund der Analyse von wissenschaftlicher Literatur wurde der Fragebogen modifiziert und der Forschung angepasst.
