Une lecture comparative de la « Poudre d’intelligence » de Kateb Yacine, de Pélagie-La-Charrette d’Antonine Maillet, de Midnight’s Children de Salman Rushdie et de Texaco de Patrick Chamoiseau, révèle le rôle fondamental des contingences qui produisent l’humour à travers un contexte déclencheur commun. En tant que processus, l’humour voile et dévoile, tout comme le procédé optique de l’anamorphose. Or un même bouleversement épistémologique affecte l’humour et l’anamorphose, chacun partageant le même principe de recréation des formes, du monde distendu ; un observateur ou un lecteur est alors indispensable à leur réalisation. Ces deux phénomènes convergent ainsi vers un humour anamorphique rendu sensible par les oeuvres du corpus. Rêve poétique et lucidité politique, l’humour marque une quête de communion porteuse de toutes les espérances. Son pouvoir évocateur émerveille et invite à entrer en contact avec la totalité du monde. La phénoménologie de l’humour anamorphique est sonapparition/disparition. Nous nous intéressons à son déploiement en suivant le mode de lecture du processus anamorphique. Suivre des yeux l’humour anamorphique revient à s’attacher à l’expression d’un bouleversement dans la vision du monde et dans le rapport aux signes. C’est en ce sens que l’humour se placerait sous le signe d’Hermès, originellement évoqué par des petits tas de pierres déposés au seuil des maisons et des temples.Symbole de seuil, de transition, de circulation, de mouvement, Hermès transparaît en agitateur del’humour anamorphique. / A comparative reading of '' La Poudre d'intelligence'' by Kateb Yacine, Pélagie-La-Charette by Antonine Maillet, Midnight's Children by Salman Rushdie and Texaco by Patrick Chamoiseau brings to light the crucial role of the contingencies that make humour trigger from a common context. As a process, humour veils and unveils reality, just as the optical process of anamorphosis does. Now, identical epistemological disruption affects humour and anamorphosis, both sharing principle of re-Creating forms and a distorted world. An observer or reader proves therefore necessary to their realization. These two phenomena converge towards an anamorphic humour that stands out from the corpus' works. A poetical dream and a political clear-Headedness, humour initiates a quest for a communion filled with every possible hope. One marvels at its suggestive power and is invited to get into close acquaintance with the whole world. The phenomenology of anamorphic humour lies into its appearance/disappearance.Through the lens of the process of anamorphosis the focus will be set on how humour unfolds. Observing anamorphic humour amounts to studying the expression of a disruption in how the world is viewed as well as in the relationship to signs. It is in this sense that anamorphic humour could be associated with Hermes, who was originally evoked through small piles of stones on houses' and temples' thresholds. A symbol of threshold, transition, flow and movement, Hermes appears as an agitator of anamorphic humour, which is the hallmark of a passage, a change in direction, of a place where different meanings intertwine.

Cette recherche porte sur les conséquences de la création du barrage des Trois Gorges (Chine). Une enquête de terrain menée au cœur du Réservoir, dans le district de Yunyang (Chongqing), a permis d’étudier différents registres interprétatifs et formes de résilience (par sublimation, dramatisation ou immanence) développés tant par les habitants que par les autorités pour appréhender les bouleversements récents et faire face à ce contexte de profonde rupture. Cette étude interroge, d’un point de vue anthropologique, la perception sociale du barrage et de ses conséquences topographiques, écologiques, économiques et sociales (notamment impliquées par le déplacement, l’éclatement social et familial) aussi bien que les processus de reconfigurations territoriales et de reconstruction de l’espace régional et local après la montée des eaux. Elle traite également des modalités de réinscription au sein des territoires transformés, alors que le district est séparé de son ancienne entité administrative régionale de référence, le Sichuan, et qu’une partie de la population est forcée de quitter définitivement la région. Ces thèmes sont envisagés par le biais d’un angle d’approche particulier, celui de la manipulations « d’artefacts culturels ». Le culte rendu aux divinités (et notamment à Zhang Fei, héros national divinisé localement), l’emploi de toponymes, de concepts, le récit d’adages, de mythes, de légendes et de chansons, l’interprétation géomantique et architecturale, ou encore l’évocation portant sur l’histoire, constituent autant de biais, sujets à des interprétations et à des reconstructions circonstancielles de la part des habitants et des autorités, pour mettre en mot le bouleversement et agir sur la nouvelle réalité / This research explores the conceptualization and the experience of the consequences brought about by the Three Gorges Dam (China) construction. Through my fieldwork conducted at the core of the Reservoir, in Yunyang County (Chongqing), I have studied different modalities of interpretation and of resilience developed both by the local population and by the authorities trying to understand and deal with this profound disruption. Through an anthropological point of view, this study analyzes the social perceptions of the Dam, its topographical, ecological, economical and social (forced migration, breaking up of families) consequences. It consider as well the territorial reconfiguration and reconstruction after the rising of the water while the county is being pulled out from its ancient regional administration - Sichuan, and a part of the local population is being forced to leave the county for good. These themes are considered through a specific approach: the analyze of cultural artifacts such as the cults of gods (in particular Zhang Fei, a national hero locally deified), the use of toponyms, concepts, adages, myths, legends, geomancy, or retail of the past. In many ways those ways are interpreted and adapted by the Yunyang people and by its government to “narrate” the upheaval

Bien que la modification du contrat administratif soit par principe libre, elle ne peut s’exercer que dans le cadre de certaines limites. En France, les règles de publicité et mise en concurrence imposent des conditions de fond, de forme et de procédure qui déterminent la légalité de l’instrument modificatif. L’interdiction d’un objet nouveau, les restrictions au bouleversement de l’économie du contrat, la fixation des seuils par le juge, etc. révèlent un contrôle rigoureux des modifications. En Colombie, par contre, il semble que la liberté des parties est beaucoup plus étendue. Un seuil général de cinquante pour cent du montant initial, la possibilité des parties de bouleverser l’économie du contrat et même la modification fondamentale de l’objet, font partie d’un système juridique qui tend à supprimer toutes les restrictions à la volonté des parties à l’égard de la modification. S’il est même de l’essence du contrat administratif d’admettre des modifications aux conditions fixées initialement, un sujet d’une grande importance sera celui de la nature de la modification en droit colombien pour dévoiler tous les défis de sa mise en oeuvre. / Although the modification of the public contract is in principle free, it can only take place under certain limitations. In France, the rules of advertising and competition impose substantive conditions of form and procedure to determine the legality of the modifying instrument. The prohibition of agreeing to a new object, restrictions on altering the economic balance, setting financial thresholds, etc., reveal a rigorous control for any modifications. In Colombia, however, it appears that the freedom of the parties is much broader. A general threshold of fifty percent of the initial price, the possibility of altering the economics of the contract and even the fundamental modification of the object, are part of a legal system that tends to abolish all restrictions to the will of the parties regarding modification. Although it is of the essence of contract modifications to disclose the conditions initially established, a major theme is that of the nature of the change in Colombian law to reveal all the challenges of its implementation.
