No primeiro capítulo, buscaremos apontar o lugar que o poeta, também chamado de El Payador, ocupa dentro do regionalismo gaúcho, relacionando as obras do autor com o que era produzido pelos autores do grupo de 20 e do grupo do Partenon Literário; no segundo, colocaremos em destaque os elementos estéticos baseados na idealização da figura do habitante do Rio Grande do Sul, que veio a originar o "Mito do Herói Gaúcho", conforme aparece nas obras de Jaime. Essa análise dar-se-á de acordo com o que nos diz Antonio Candido a respeito das ideologias que possibilitaram o surgimento do Indianismo no Brasil e de como esse elemento estético aparece nas poesias de Jaime, discutiremos, ainda, nesse capítulo, como se deu o desenvolvimento no sul do país de uma obra poética com algumas das características percebidas dos textos literários celebrados na fase chamada por Candido de consciência amena do atraso; no terceiro capítulo, trabalharemos dando ênfase à comparação entre o que é discutido nas poesias de Jaime sobre o destino dos peões e trabalhadores rurais que se veem obrigados a deixarem a terra em que trabalharam a vida inteira, relacionando a representação do personagem gaúcho com a situação política vivenciada no Brasil, em que o homem do campo passa a viver na cidade devido à total falta de uma política efetiva e justa de reforma agrária. Portanto, neste trabalho, procurar-se-á desmistificar a possibilidade de uma suposta relação harmônica entre os personagens antagônicos que se digladiaram, alguns em uma luta ferrenha pela sobrevivência e outros movidos pela ambição desmedida, na formação da configuração agrária do Rio Grande do Sul. ____________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This paper consists of three chapters, in which we will try to discuss the relationship of regionalist gaucho poet, Jaime Caetano Braun's work, with the problem of unequal land distribution in Rio Grande do Sul. In the first chapter, we will try to discuss the place the poet, also called El Payador occupies within the gaucho regionalism, relating the author's works with that one produced by groups of 20 and the Literary Parthenon; in the second, the emphasis is on the aesthetic elements based on the idealization of the Rio Grande do Sul inhabitants figure, who came to give the "Myth of the Gaucho Hero", as it appears in the works of Jaime. This analysis will take place, according to Antonio Candido who tells us about the ideologies that enabled the emergence of Indianism in Brazil and how this aesthetic element appears in the poetry of Jaime, this chapter will also discuss how the development in the south of a poetic work with some of the perceived characteristics of the celebrated literary texts in the phase named by Candido delay mild awareness; the third chapter, will emphasize the comparison between what is discussed in the poetry of Jaime on the fate of peasants and farm workers who are forced to leave the land they worked on for their whole life, relating the representation of the Gaucho character with the situation Brazil experienced in politics, in which the farmer moves to the city because of the total lack of a serious policy which deals with land reform. Therefore, this work will seek to demystify the possibility of any alleged harmonious relationship between the antagonistic characters who battled, some in a fierce struggle for survival and others driven by excessive ambition, feature of a society already deeply contaminated by the capitalism germ.

The first part will mainly dedicate the church, which according to the literature replace today's baroque church, but by the Archaeological Survey apparently found another place. Followed by a description of the course of construction, its architectural analysis and a brief mention of zhe buildings that inspired the church. The biggest part will be devoted to interior decoration of the church and a detailed description of each part of the decoration. Next chapter closer to building cloisters, their paintings and other aquipment. Final chapter is devoted Palladium of Czech land, legends associated with him, its history and pilgramages, which took place in Stará Boleslav. Christina von Braun verspricht ihren Leserinnen und Lesern eine Kulturgeschichte von Verwandtschaftsvorstellungen im westlichen Kulturraum über die letzten ca. 3000 Jahre. Angesichts eines sich immer weiter ausdifferenzierenden Forschungsfeldes „Verwandtschaftsgeschichte“ erhoffte sich der Rezensent von dem Buch daher sowohl eine Synthese der aktuellen Forschungsliteratur als auch Thesen respektive Perspektiven, anhand derer sich die Geschichte der Verwandtschaft in der longue durée strukturieren und zukünftig erforschen ließe.

Deutsche Vereinigung 1989 hat grundsätzliche Änderungen in der deutschen Gesellschaft, sowohl kulturelle, soziale als auch wirtschaftliche Entwicklung gebracht. Diese Studie versucht, das literarische Image der deutschen Gesellschaft im Übergang zu analysieren, der durch Arbeiten von Volker Braun vorher und nach der Wiedervereinigung Deutschland vertreten ist. Die Analyse führte mit der ästhetischen und thematischen Annäherung auf mehreren Werke Volker Brauns wie Drama, Prosa und Dichtungssammlung, die mit dem Feld und der Literatur in Deutschland in der 80er Jahren bis zu 90er Jahren vereinigt wird. Die Forschung beschränkt sich auf Werke Volker Brauns in den achtziger Jahren bis kurz nach der Wende. Die Werkauswahl beinhaltet Werke Brauns, die sich in Bänden 8-10 befinden. Die Texte von Volker Braun werden ins Feld der ostdeutschen und Literatur der der Wiedervereinigung gelegt und als ein Teil der kulturellen Produktion analysiert, die immer mit dem Machtfeld Ostdeutschlands entsprechend ist. Forschung konzentriert sich auf Änderungen in thematischen Arbeiten von Volker Braun, nachdem die Vereinigung Deutschlands die Änderung in thematisch und ästhetisch vereinigt mit den großen sozialen Änderungen in Deutschland nach der Vereinigung beschrieb. Die Methode des interpretativen Kommentars bezieht sich auf Pierre Bordieus Theorie über das literarische Feld. Die Forschung versucht aus den Texten Brauns vor und nach der Wende einen Mentalitätswandel herauszuarbeiten und zu zeigen, wie die Texte die „Übergangsphase“ repräsentieren. / German unification in 1989 has brought fundamental changes in German society, both cultural, social and economic development. This study attempts to analyze the literary image of German society in transition, represented by works of Volker Braun before and after reunification Germany. Analysis conducted with the aesthetic and thematic approach on a number of rich Volker Braun such as drama, prose and poetry collection that is associated with the field and literature in Germany in the year of an 80-to 90-an. Texts of works of Volker Braun placed in the field of East German literature and German unification and analized as part of cultural production, which is always correspondent with the field of the repressive East Germany. Research focuses on changes in thematic works of Volker Braun after the unification of Germany described the change in thematic and aesthetic associated with the great social changes in Germany after unification. The method of the interpretative comment refers to Pierre Bordieu''s theory on the literary field. The research tries to work out from the texts of brown before and after the turn a mentality change and to show how the texts represent the "transitional phase".

The principal hypothesis of this thesis was that the Maputaland Centre of Plant Endemism [MC] is characterised by plant communities that match a particular set of environmental variables, and their rich biodiversity with endemic and rare taxa reflecting the geomorphological history of the region. Data assembled supports the hypothesis. Vegetation studies highlighted two plant communities, endemic to the MC as being an important component of the region’s biodiversity, namely Sand Forest and Woody Grassland. A broad approach to the floristic classification of vegetation was adopted for information on the floristics patterns and diversity of the endemic/rare plants and plant communities of the MC. A hierarchical classification, description and ecological interpretation of the plant communities of the Tembe Elephant Park, Sileza Nature Reserve and surrounding areas are presented. Much of the vegetation distribution can be ascribed to the level of the water table, vegetation dynamics and historic evolution of the geomorphology of the region. The hypothesis is presented that Sand Forest may have allelopathic effects on its environment. Data of exploratory germination trials are presented to test this hypothesis. Sand Forest soil inhibits the emergence of seedlings, the inhibiting effect decreasing progressively from Sand Forest through grassland to woodland. Sand Forest was defined as a community, and its possible dynamics are described. Ideas were formulated (albeit largely hypothetical) on the likely origin of this vegetation type. It is proposed that ancient Dune Forest is the precursor of Sand Forest, but that Sand Forest has subsequently become a separate functioning plant community on its own. Sand Forest appears to be a relictual vegetation type of which the historical factors responsible for it’s original establishment and expansion are currently no longer present in the region. The use of woody species by elephant in different vegetation types in Tembe Elephant Park was investigated. A classification of species into utilization categories was produced which enabled assessment of the importance of different species to elephants, and also of the potential impact of elephants on different tree species.
