The object of the study is the Cresol Ampere which belongs to a net of credit cooperatives formed by Cresol Baser, its Basis and Singulars. This net of cooperatives appeared in the southeast of Parana in the 1995s and nowadays extends to the entire state of Parana, of Santa Catarina and to the Southeast region of Brazil. The general objective of the thesis was to analyze the Cresol Ampere role as a credit cooperative for the socio-economic development of the familiar agriculture of the homonym municipality. The specific objectives are to present the historical characteristics of the cooperativism and its role as solidary economy cooperativism, the management model of Cresol, the profile of the members and its reflex in the family units. Through the research, we can say the management process adopted by the cooperative that is looking for efficiency in a democratic and transparency proposal, has permitted the cooperative to increase significantly its portfolio, with loan from public financial institutions, reputation and increase of its own ressources from the cooperative. In this sense, the cooperative has acquired respectability from the members and from the local public authorities too. The last years, the governmental actions and the social movement organisation of familiar agriculture in the southeast of Parana, have enabled the economic development of the familiar agriculture in the region. The philosophical viewpoint of local cooperativism is sustained by a model that values the participation of the members, an agroecological vision of environment preservation, a political participation of the member and the maintenance of an agricultural model of small property dedicated to food production market. These factors approximate Cresol to the practices of what we call solidary economy. We can conlude Cresol contributes to the economic, social and sustainable development process insofar as, through the credits, products and services offered to the members, it adds value and income to the familiar properties and these ones, in turn, can promote the sustainable rural development and can increase the movement of goods and products in the municipality / A presente dissertação tem como tema o Cooperativismo de Crédito de Economia Solidária voltada a Agricultura Familiar. O objeto do estudo é a Cresol Ampére a qual faz parte de uma rede de cooperativas de crédito formada pela Cresol Baser, suas Bases e Singulares. Essa rede de cooperativas surgiu no sudoeste paranaense no ano de 1995 e hoje se estende para o todo o estado do Paraná, de Santa Catarina e também para a região sudeste do Brasil. O objetivo geral da dissertação foi analisar o papel da Cresol Ampére como cooperativa de crédito para o desenvolvimento sócio econômico da agricultura familiar no município homônimo. Os objetivos específicos apresentam as características históricas do cooperativismo e seu papel quanto cooperativismo de economia solidária, o modelo de Gestão da Cresol, o perfil dos associados e seu reflexo nas unidades familiares. Através da pesquisa afirma-se que o processo de gestão adotado pela cooperativa que busca eficiência dentro de uma proposta democrática e transparente, permitiu à cooperativa aumentar significativamente sua carteira, com empréstimo de instituições financeiras públicas, idoneidade e aumento de recursos próprios da cooperativa. Nesse sentido, a cooperativa adquiriu respeitabilidade junto aos associados e também aos poderes públicos locais. Nos últimos anos as ações governamentais e a organização dos movimentos sociais da agricultura familiar no sudoeste paranaense, possibilitaram o fomento econômico para a agricultura familiar na região. A visão filosófica do cooperativismo local é sustentada por um modelo que preza pela participação dos cooperados, por uma visão agroecológica de preservação do meio ambiente, pela participação política dos associados e pela manutenção de um modelo agrícola de pequena propriedade voltado ao mercado de produção dos alimentos. Esses fatores aproximam a Cresol das práticas daquilo que se denomina economia solidária. Concluindo assim, que a Cresol contribui para o processo de desenvolvimento sustentável, econômico e social, na medida em que, através dos créditos, produtos e serviços fornecidos aos associados agrega valor e renda as propriedades familiares e essas por sua vez, podem promover o desenvolvimento rural sustentável e aumentar a circulação de produtos e mercadorias no município

The survey covers the southwest region of Paraná, more specifically the city of Santo Antonio Southwest, for its changes in the production of clothing from the 1960s to the year 2013. Some of the workers have in their career working in the field and later industrial work. This experience shows striking changes, especially when they are followed by illness. This result is a form of work organization, pace, pressures and extended daily hours for overtime and poor working conditions. By analyzing the Journal of Beltrao circulating in the southwest region, narratives contradict the speech to some extent convincing. Therefore, the analysis set up in denunciation of these working conditions. Because in addition to not allow the worker to overcome the production process keeps subordinate. For this research it was necessary to the production and analysis of interviews with workers, two editions of the Journal of Beltrao, and Ipardes data / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo descrever e compreender os modos de viver e trabalhar dos trabalhadores envolvidos nas dinâmicas de produção no setor de confecção. A pesquisa abrange a região sudoeste do Paraná, mais especificamente a cidade de Santo Antônio do Sudoeste, por suas mudanças na produção de vestuário dos anos de 1960 até o ano de 2013. Parte dos trabalhadores têm em sua trajetória o trabalho no campo e mais tarde o trabalho industrial. Tal experiência evidencia alterações impactantes, principalmente quando são seguidas de adoecimento. Este resultado se deve a forma de organização do trabalho, o ritmo, as pressões e as jornadas diárias estendidas pelas horas extras e as condições precárias de trabalho. Ao analisar o Jornal de Beltrão que circula na região sudoeste, as narrativas contrapõem o discurso que, em certa medida convence. Portanto, a análise configurou-se em denúncia dessas condições de trabalho. Pois além de não permitir ao trabalhador a superação do processo produtivo o mantém subordinado. Para esta pesquisa se fez necessário a produção e análise de entrevistas com trabalhadores, duas edições do Jornal de Beltrão, além de dados do Ipardes
