Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Profissional em Saúde. / Esta pesquisa analisou a incorporação da Educação Corporativa como uma política pública situada no âmbito do Ministério do Desenvolvimento, Indústria e Comércio Exterior. Esta análise considerou o período de 2003 a 2009, momento em que Luís Inácio “Lula” da Silva ocupou a Presidência da República (2003-2010). A expansão das unidades de Educação Corporativa vem sendo considerada uma “revolução silenciosa” nas empresas brasileiras. Há muitos estudos não-críticos, com base na teoria do capital humano/ capital intelectual que defendem a implantação de unidades de educação corporativa, entretanto, poucos são os estudos que procuram analisar este fenômeno sob a luz das reformas de ajuste estrutural, especialmente aquelas advindas do cumprimento da agenda das políticas neoliberais. Este estudo investigou esta proposta numa perspectiva crítico-emancipatória, analisando seu contexto de surgimento, sua influência e impacto na formação do trabalhador. A educação profissional em saúde estando inserida neste movimento maior das políticas e propostas de formação e qualificação dos trabalhadores é fortemente influenciada pelos processos de reestruturação mais amplos com desdobramentos significativos na prática profissional. / This research examined the incorporation of Corporate Education as a public politic located in the extend of the Ministry of Development, Industry and External Trade. This analysis considered the period from 2003 to 2009, when Luiz Inacio "Lula" da Silva held the presidency (2003-2010). The expansion of the unit Corporate Education has been considered a "silent revolution" in Brazilian companies. There are many non-critical studies, based on human capital theory / intellectual capital that favor the deployment of units of corporate education, however, there are few studies to examine this phenomenon in light of structural adjustment reforms, especially those coming compliance with the agenda of neoliberal politics. This study investigated this issue in a critical-emancipatory perspective, analyzing the context of its appearance, its influence and impact on worker training. Professional education in health being placed in this larger movement of the politics and proposals for training and qualification of workers is strongly influenced by wider processes of restructuring with significant developments in professional practice.

The methodology used was qualitative exploratory, for which at all times we equip of data through consultation and analysis of company documents, questionnaire to student employees, interviews with managers of the institution. The theoretical reference that guided the analysis is based on the assumptions of the Knowledge Society, Distance Education and Organizational Culture. The results indicate changes in the attitudes of managers and staff, improving the training of persons involved, a significant increase in scope and frequency of training and development program and serving as a stimulus to other areas in the implementation of new distance learning courses. It Could infer that despite these contributions, we are faced with a scenario in which the human and technological infrastructure needs to be expanded. The study found, finally, there is need for inclusion of an awareness program with the leadership positioning the value of e-learning mode, the mass training to employees in order to familiarize them with the virtual environment for teaching and learning - Moodle, and the formalization of policies that strengthen and encourage participation in online courses. These needs are decisive factors for the consolidation of e-learning in the Mackenzie Presbyterian Institute. / O presente estudo interdisciplinar trata de uma pesquisa qualitativa de cunho exploratório que investiga as contribuições e dificuldades que a implantação do e-learning desencadeou no sistema educacional do Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie. A metodologia utilizada foi a qualitativa exploratória, pela qual busca-se a todo o momento nos municiar de dados por meio de consultas e análise de documentos da empresa, questionários a funcionários-alunos e entrevistas a gestores da Instituição. O referencial teórico em que se pautou a análise está fundamentado nos pressupostos da Sociedade do Conhecimento, Educação à Distância e Cultura Organizacional. Os resultados apontam mudanças de atitudes nos gestores e funcionários, aperfeiçoamento na formação das pessoas envolvidas, aumento significativo na abrangência e na frequência do programa de treinamento e desenvolvimento e serve de estímulo para outras áreas na implantação de novos cursos à distância. Pôde se aferir que apesar destas contribuições, depara-se com um cenário em que a estrutura tecnológica e humana necessita ser ampliada. O trabalho constatou, por fim, que há necessidade de inserção de um programa de conscientização junto à liderança posicionando o valor da modalidade e-learning, de capacitação em massa aos funcionários, a fim de familiarizá-los com o ambiente virtual de ensino e aprendizagem Moodle e, a formalização de políticas que reforcem e incentivem a participação nos cursos on-line. Essas necessidades são fatores decisivos para a consolidação do e-learning no Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie.

In modern conditions, the formation and development of human capital within the enterprise is becoming increasingly important due to the fact that the required and specific competencies of employees are the basis for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop guidelines for the formation and development of human capital of employees based on corporate education. The thesis examines the theoretical and methodological issues of human capital research, as well as the ways of its formation and development on the basis of corporate education. The sources used were teaching and research literature, regulatory acts, corporate statistics, official statistics of the Federal State Statistics Service and the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistics System on the topic of the study. In the master's thesis, methodological recommendations were developed on the formation and development of human capital of employees of an information technology enterprise based on corporate education, which allows us to improve the forms and methods of corporate training implemented at the enterprise, and increase the effectiveness of managerial decisions in the field of personnel policy. / В современных условиях формирование и развитие человеческого капитала внутри предприятия приобретает все большую значимость ввиду того, что необходимые востребованные и специфические компетенции сотрудников являются основой для обеспечения конкурентоспособности предприятия. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методических рекомендаций по формированию и развитию человеческого капитала сотрудников предприятия на основе корпоративного образования. В работе рассматривается теоретические и методические вопросы исследования человеческого капитала, а также способы его формирования и развития на основе корпоративного образования. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, нормативно-правовые акты, данные корпоративной статистики, официальные статистические данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики и Единой межведомственной информационно-статистической системы по теме исследования. В магистерской диссертации были разработаны методические рекомендации по формированию и развитию человеческого капитала сотрудников предприятия сферы информационных технологий на основе корпоративного образования, что позволяет совершенствовать формы и методы корпоративного обучения, реализуемого на предприятии, повышать эффективность управленческих решений в сфере кадровой политики.
