<p>För att på ett effektivt sätt kunna konstruera komplexa lösningar för webben krävs det tekniker med stora krav på förändringsbarhet. Det gäller att de tekniker som används ger utrymme till att dynamiskt modifiera sidor, och att alltför statiska lösningar undviks då dessa oftast resulterar i att senare uppdateringar försvåras. Andra krav som ställs är kraven på hastighet. För att en teknik skall accepteras räcker det sällan med att den endast bidrar till en dynamisk lösning. Den skall även öka prestanda hos applikationen. En teknik som stämmer väl in på dessa krav är CSS. CSS är ett språk som kompletterar HTML på de punkter där HTML är som svagast, nämligen designdelen.</p><p>I det här arbetet används en exempelsida helt konstruerad med HTML. Genom arbetet konverteras denna sida till en lösning innehållande en HTML-del och en CSS-del. Syftet är att studera vilka fördelar en sådan konvertering resulterar i. Rapporten visar att CSS fungerar mycket väl som en komplettering av HTML.</p>

abstract: The Internet is transforming its look, in a short span of time we have come very far from black and white web forms with plain buttons to responsive, colorful and appealing user interface elements. With the sudden rise in demand of web applications, developers are making full use of the power of HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3 to cater to their users on various platforms. There was never a need of classifying the ways in which these languages can be interconnected to each other as the size of the front end code base was relatively small and did not involve critical business logic. This thesis focuses on listing and defining all dependencies between HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3 that will help developers better understand the interconnections within these languages. We also explore the present techniques available to a developer to make his code free of dependency related defects. We build a prototype tool, HJCDepend, based on our model, which aims at helping developers discover and remove defects early in the development cycle. / Dissertation/Thesis / M.C.St. Computing Studies 2014

Syftet med detta projekt har varit att skapa en jämförelse mellan två olika webbutvecklingsmetoder, no code och klassisk webbprogrammering, jämförelsen har skapats via en fallstudie hos företaget Lyxrummet där två webbutiker har skapats med dessa två olika metoder. No code-plattformen som använts har varit Wordpress och den klassiska webbprogrammerings metoden som använts har varit med språken PHP, HTML och CSS. För att kunna få fram resultatet av jämförelsen mellan webbutikerna så har användartester med 8 deltagare utförts samt mätningar på utvecklingstiden och kodrader. Slut resultatet visade att klassisk webbprogrammering var en mer lockande sida för deltagarna från användartestet men no code webbutiken var en snabbare och billigare variant för utveckling då ingen teknisk kunskap krävs. / The purpose of this project has been to create a comparison between the two different web development methods, no code and classical web development. The comparing has been done through a case study with the company Lyxrummet where two web shops have been created with these two methods. The no code platform that has been used is WordPress who is a leading platform for web development, and for the classical web development the language PHP, HTML, and CSS has been used. To be able to reach a result by the comprising between the web shops user testing have been done of 8 participates and measurement of the development time and code lines. The finishing result showed that the classical web developed web shop was the most liked by the user testing, but the no code web shop was a faster and cheaper alternative for web development because no technical knowledge person is needed.

Cílem této práce je vytvořit nástroj pro vývoj aplikací  na určité minoritní platformy, primárně Smart TV a HbbTV. Ty jsou implementovány v klienském JavaScriptu. Cílovou skupinou jsou tedy vývojáři takových aplikací, nikoli koncoví uživatelé. Zmíněný nástroj bude mít za cíl zjednodušit a urychlit vývojové procesy, hlavně ladění výkonu aplikací.

Denna uppsats presenterar utvecklingen av ett webbläsartillägg som integrerar en lokal språkmodell, specifikt GPT-4All, för att förbättra hantering och analys av privat och akademisk information direkt i användarens webbläsare. Syftet är att erbjuda en mer personlig och säker användarupplevelse genom att tillämpa avancerade teknologier för att skydda användarnas integritet och datasekretess. Genom tekniska förklaringar och metodiska framställningar beskrivs skapandet av ett funktionellt webbläsartillägg som använder teknologier som HTML, CSS, och JavaScript, samt en lokal installation av språkmodellen för att hantera data från Ladok. Resultaten indikerar att tillägget effektivt kan processa och analysera information, vilket bidrar till en förbättrad akademisk informationshantering. Projektet understryker potentialen hos lokala språkmodeller i utvecklingen av digitala verktyg, med särskild betoning på etiska och säkerhetsmässiga aspekter. Framtida forskning uppmanas utforska ytterligare applikationer och effekter av dessa teknologier inom olika användarområden. / This paper presents the development of a browser extension that integrates a local language model, specifically GPT-4All, to improve the management and analysis of private and academic information directly in the user’s browser. The aim is to offer a more personalized and secure user experience by applying advanced technologies to protect user privacy and data confidentiality. Through technical explanations and methodological presentations, the creation of a functional browser extension using technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as a local installation of the language model to handle data from Ladok, is described. The results indicate that the extension can efficiently process and analyze information, contributing to an improved academic information management. The project underlines the potential of local language models in the development of digital tools, with particular emphasis on ethical and security aspects. Future research is encouraged to explore further applications and impacts of these technologies in different user domains.

The aim of this work is to design and implement applications for the creation of web page layout facilities using JavaScript. The work includes the descriptions of the available methods of object positioning using the CSS given possibilities, the CSS 2.1 standard, and the difficulties of object positioning using CSS. Further, it includes the analysis of how the object placement is solved in the Java programming language using grid based layout managers GridLayout and GridBagLayout. Based on the obtained knowledge, designs are created for the solving of object placement in the creation of web pages using the grid principle. The object placement is solved by defining new HTML attributes for position determination, and also by creating a graphical editor for object placement. All the solutions are implemented using JavaScript.

Målet med denna undersökning har varit att bygga en enkel hemsida åt Skandinaviska Fin Art förening som är en privat förening. Sidan ska innehålla information om föreningen och deras aktiviteter som de sysslar med. Syftet med sidan är att fler ska känna till föreningen, kunna se vilka aktiviteter de har och kunna ta kontakt med föreningen. Föreningen startades med hjälp av studieförbundet NBV som har som syfte att få människors idéer och intresse att växa 22. Metoden som användes till att bygga hemsidan har börjat med en enkel skiss som jag kunnat visa för föreningen som ett förslag och när den accepterades då började kodningen. Programmeringsspråk som användes är Html, CSS, JavaScript, PHP och MySQL. Resultatet blev som det var tänkt från början förutom en sida för registrering som endast skulle skapas om tiden räckte till.

Cadmium Selenide is a binary compound. It has a band gap of 1.7 eV. This is one of the suitable materials for an absorber layer in the top cell of a tandem solar cell. CIGS with a low Gallium content has a band gap of 1 eV suits well as an absorber layer for the bottom cell. CIGS cells have already attained an efficiency of 15% [1,2]. Since years, research has been done in developing the bottom cell. The results of the bottom cell are promising. So the fabrication of an efficient top cell in a tandem solar cell is a challenge. To achieve a high tandem efficiency of above 25 %, the top cell has to contribute at least 2/3 of the total efficiency, which necessitates the top cell to have at least 16 to 18 % efficiency [3]. Development of a defect free absorber layer is a crucial step in this process to achieve the above goals besides optimizing other layers. Selenium vacancies in CdSe make the absorber layer n-type. CdSe is deposited by closed space sublimation. Deposition of CdSe at higher substrate temperatures in comparison to the standard conditions was studied. ZnSe acts as an insulating layer. It is thermally evaporated in an Evaporation system. Copper acts as a metal contact on top of the insulator resulting in a MIS structure. Copper is also deposited by Thermal Evaporation. Devices are fabricated on different substrates like SnO2: F, AZO etc. Fabricated cells are characterized by J-V and Spectral response measurements. Devices fabricated on SnO2: F substrates show typical open circuit voltages of around 220 mV, short circuit current densities of 10.02 mA/cm2 and fill factors around 33 %. N-type CdS when deposited on SnO2: F below the absorber layer further improved Voc's to around 330 mV. Annealing of these devices improved Voc's to about 350 mV but Jsc's remained 7.21 mA/cm2.

<p>Ett community är en mötesplats på Internet där människor kan hålla kontakt, lära känna nya människor, diskutera osv. Det finns idag en mängd olika communities med många olika inriktningar. Communityn är idag mycket populära sidor på nätet och vissa har enormt mycket besökare och tjänar stora pengar. Det kan därför vara svårt att locka medlemmar om inte communityt innehåller nyheter som inte redan finns. Målet med det här arbetet har varit att skapa en tilltalande och användarvänlig design till ett community med ett sommar, fest och rese- tema. Delvis används en enkätundersökning för att ta reda på hur viktig det är med en design som sticker ut för att locka medlemmar. Resultatet av arbetet har blivit att en design med ett tema till sommar, fest och resor har skapats. Designen går i huvudsak i färgerna gul, blå och vit. Designen är till största del uppbyggd av CSS, ASP.NET och HTML.</p>

<p>Syftet med examensarbetet var att ta fram ett webbaserat säljstödssystem åt Koneo i Gävle.Systemet skulle underlätta för säljarna i deras dagliga arbete med att samla information om kunder på ett ställe. Vidare kan de där redigera information, skicka e-post, ta fram olika dokument m.m. De tekniker vi använt oss av är ASP.NET, SQL-lagrade procedurer,JavaScript, CSS och VBScript. Resultatet av arbetet är ett fullt fungerande system som kommer att tas i bruk av företaget inom kort.</p>
