O ensino e as práticas da fisioterapia aplicada a criança na formação do profissional do fisioterapeuta no Estado de Alagoas

Tem como objetivo investigar o ensino e a aprendizagem da Fisioterapia aplicada a crianca, nos Cursos de Fisioterapia de Alagoas, visando a elaboracao de proposta de aprimoramento. A populacao de estudo e composta por professores responsaveis pelo ensino de Fisioterapia aplicada a crianca e egressos dos Cursos de Fisioterapia do Estado de Alagoas. O procedimento adotado e a analise documental do plano de ensino do curso; aplicacao de questionario utilizando escala de Lirket aos alunos e entrevistas aos professores, obedecendo a nucleos direcionadores para analise de conteudo. Foi percebido neste estudo que o ensino de Fisioterapia aplicada a crianca em Alagoas sofre as consequencias do crescimento explosivo do numero de cursos, ocorrido nesta ultima decada. O ensino demonstra praticas tradicionais da Fisioterapia, voltada para as doencas, entre estas as neurologicas e afeccoes respiratorias. Os professores com formacao docente demonstraram, nas suas praticas de ensino, iniciativas em metodologias ativas e visao mais intregral da Saúde das criancas. Docentes e egressos sugerem alteracoes no projeto pedagogico, com ampliacao e antecipacao das vivencias praticas, insercao de novos conteudos disciplinares e ampliacao da carga horaria; mudancas na metodologia de ensino com ampliacao da problematizacao no ensino e mais apoio institucional a essas mudancas; implementacao de acoes inter e multidisciplinares; melhorias na articulacao teorico-pratica / This is an exploratory, descriptive study constructed from a qualitative and quantitative approach. Aimed to investigate the teaching and learning of physical therapy applied to children, in the Courses of Physiotherapy of Alagoas, aiming the elaboration of proposals for improvement. The study population was composed by teachers responsible for teaching children and Physiotherapy Course graduates of the State of Alagoas. The procedure used was documentary analysis of the syllabus of the course. Using a Lirket scale questionnaire students and teachers’ interviews, observing the core drivers for content analysis. This study perceived that the teaching of physical therapy applied to children in Alagoas are influenced by the consequences of the quick growth in the number of courses occurring within the last decade. The teaching of traditional practices demonstrated Physiotherapy facing illnesses as well as, neurological and respiratory diseases. Duly trained teachers demonstrated in their teaching practices and initiatives on active methodologies a wider view for children's health. Teachers and students suggest changes in the educational project, with expansion, and anticipation of practical experience, insertion of new subject matter and expanding workload, changes in teaching method with An increase of questioning in teaching and more institutional support to these changes, implementing action inter-and multidisciplinary, improvements in joint theoreticalpractical measures. / BV UNIFESP: Teses e dissertações
