Os dispositivos m?veis digitais, com suas estruturas h?bridas, miniaturizadas e com possibilidade de conex?o sem fio ? Internet (WiFi, 3G e 4G), s?o instrumentos cada vez mais presentes no processo de constru??o do conte?do informativo pelas empresas jornal?sticas. Isso ocorre porque tais aparelhos reconfiguram as no??es espa?o-temporais de desenvolvimento e dissemina??o dos materiais produzidos, proporcionando uma produ??o mais c?lere e instant?nea. Contudo, essa atividade tem modificado o modus operandi das corpora??es jornal?sticas, a rela??o dos profissionais com a tecnologia, o surgimento de novas potencialidades ligadas aos formatos e linguagens dos produtos jornal?sticos e a exig?ncia, por parte do mercado, de um perfil profissional diferenciado. Neste trabalho, visamos a elabora??o de uma Cartografia da mobilidade jornal?stica, inspirados pelas virtualidades anal?ticas da Cartografia Simb?lica (SANTOS, 2011) associada ? entrevista, pesquisa bibliogr?fica e registro fotogr?fico para a coleta de dados. Tendo em vista a aproxima??o com o objeto de pesquisa, todos os processos foram totalmente realizados com dispositivos m?veis. Como campo emp?rico de pesquisa, optamos por um recorte em ?mbito local e estudamos as empresas Tribuna do Norte e Novo, ambas atuantes nas plataformas impressa e digital. Neste trabalho, o foco est? na dimens?o das pr?ticas sociais da cultura do jornalismo m?vel. Como resultados, analisamos a forma??o de comportamentos que se tornaram simb?licos a partir dessa pr?tica, os quais foram analisados por meio de um vi?s reflexivo ?anal?tico, que s?o: o jornalista polivalente-indolente; os n?veis de conte?do; a pr?tica do selfiejornalismo; o rep?rter de imagem; a abertura dos canais informacionais; e o jornalismo de reda??o. / This masters dissertation investigate the practice?s impacts of digital mobile journalism, in which mobile technologies, such as smartphones and tablets, are appropriated by journalists in the production and distribution of their routines at job. Digital mobile devices, with their hybrid-miniaturized structures and the possibility of wireless Internet connection (WiFi, 3G and 4G), are increasingly present instruments in the process of construction of information content by journalistic companies. This situation happens because such devices reconfigure spatiotemporal notions of the development and dissemination of the materials produced, providing a faster and more instantaneous production. However, this activity has modified the modus operandi of journalistic corporations, the relationship of professionals with technology, the emergence of new potentialities linked to the formats and languages of journalistic products and the demand by the market for a differentiated professional profile. In the presentreport, we aim to prepare a Cartography of journalistic mobility, inspired by the analytical virtualities of Symbolic Cartography (SANTOS, 2011) associated to the interview, bibliographical research and photographic record for data collection. Looking for the approach to the research object, all processes were totally accomplished with mobile devices. As an empirical field of research, we opted for a cut in the local scope and studied the companies Tribuna do Norte and Novo, both active in the printed and digital platforms about journalism. In this work, the focus is on the social dimension of the mobile journalism culture. As results, we observed the formation of behaviors that became symbolic from this practice, that were analyzed through a reflexive -analytic approach, which are: the polyvalent-indolent journalist; content levels; the practice of selfiejournalism; the image reporter; the opening of information channels; and the newsroom journalism.

Verifica-se o alinhamento ao conhecimento regula??o, todavia; h? aproxima??es ao conhecimento emancipa??o iminente ?s reflex?es do pensamento cr?tico em administra??o. / We study the epistemological perspectives of knowledge production Administration, which seems to receive greatly influences a coloniality of thought which underlies other possibilities visions in a more critical and reflective perspective on organizational issues and their implications for the socio-cultural context, expressed both on the routes of ideas, as in the productivist logic of linear thinking and the utilitarian training courses of higher education. There have as objective to elaborate a symbolic mapping of knowledge management ideas in an attempt to identify approaches with knowledge regulation, but also approaches slopes with knowledge emancipation. It is proposed to map the epistemological perspectives of knowledge in Administration in Brazil, with the theoretical and epistemological contribution classic and contemporary authors propose the decolonization of thought, especially the proposal of Boaventura de Sousa Santos to work as opposed to this colonialism hegemonic the "southern epistemology", complemented by other epistemic referents of Santos, namely the concepts of Sociology of Absences, Sociology of Emergencies, ecology of knowledge, and translation, as well as regarding other authors of Modernity / Coloniality movement. To understand the constitution of this knowledge, it looks as empirical field, the experiences found in the International Colloquium on Epistemology and Sociology of Management Science (2011-2015). While research strategy configure the data of empirical research in a symbolic cartography, as proposed by Santos (2009a), for it allows the demonstration of "[...] analytical and theoretical virtues of a sociological approach to take for matrix reference to construction and representation of space?. There has been an update to the epistemological perspectives of knowledge in administration, in order to seek the epistemic bases that promote their constitution, as well as; compression and dialogue with other areas of knowledge and methodologies strategies. Highlighting issues such as public management, solidarity economy, rationality and specific areas of management such as finance, entrepreneurship and strategy. Check the alignment knowledge regulation, however; There are approaches to knowledge imminent emancipation to the reflections of critical thinking in management.

O dom?nio da leitura e da escrita : por que n?o eu?

This research focuses on young and adult subjects who cannot read or write, although they had had access to and attended schools in Natal/RN. The locus of the research are the Municipal Schools that develop the Youth and Adults Education program EJA, having representatives from the North, South, East and West zones of the city, in a total of 6 municipal schools. It analyzes these subjects' replies to the questions: "Why are there young and adults who attended school but still cannot read or write?", What are the exclusion situations they face by not being able to read or write?". From a dialectic view on the subject, the research's strategy for data collection is the semi-structured interview to collect the replies given by the interviewees; replies that are separated by analysis categories presented charts of ideas. The research's results are analyzed and lead us to the conclusion that the affective, organic, cognitive, social, political and pedagogical factors are mentioned by the subjects as reasons why they can not dominate the reading or writing skills. The youth and adults interviewed are not happy with their school failure; the reading and writing learning is something that eases their social inclusion into a society that privileges such abilities, and that with it they could avoid the social exclusion they faced at school, in the work place, at home, in church, at health centers, on the street, at their children's school and in public assistance institutions / O campo de pesquisa e estudos da educa??o ? vasto e rico, principalmente quando adentra-se no campo emp?rico da realidade social. Nessa investiga??o o corpus de aten??o s?o os sujeitos jovens e adultos que n?o dominam a leitura e a escrita, embora tenham tido acesso e freq?entado o espa?o escolar no munic?pio de Natal/RN. O l?cus da pesquisa s?o as Escolas da Rede Municipal de Ensino que desenvolvem a Educa??o de Jovens e Adultos EJA, representantes das zonas Norte, Sul, Leste e Oeste da cidade, perfazendo um total de seis escolas da Rede Municipal de ensino, pertencentes a diferentes regi?es da capital potiguar. Analisam-se as vozes dos sujeitos ao responderem as quest?es Por que existem jovens e adultos escolarizados sem o dom?nio da leitura e da escrita ? Quais as situa??es de exclus?o enfrentadas pelo n?o dom?nio da leitura e da escrita entre os jovens e adultos pesquisados ? A partir de uma vis?o dial?tica do assunto, a estrat?gia de pesquisa para a coleta de dados ? a entrevista semi-estruturada para apreender a voz dos sujeitos da pesquisa, as quais s?o divididas em categorias de an?lise apresentadas em um mapa das id?ias. Analisam-se os resultados da investiga??o, concluindo-se que fatores afetivos, org?nicos, cognitivos, sociais, pol?ticos e pedag?gicos s?o citados pelos sujeitos como motivos para o n?o dom?nio da leitura e da escrita. Aten??o ao usu?rio em um centro de refer?ncia HIV/Aids: perspectiva de profissionais e usu?rios

It is intended to acknowledge and analyze the perception of social subjects, users and professionals on the treatment given to a user of a Specialized Outpatient Service (Servi?o Ambulatorial Especializado SAE) in STD/HIV/AIDS state reference in Natal, RN. The study is structured in a transdisciplinary vision of science and knowledge, theoretical and methodological principles that give meaning to the expression of the institutional features of care and health care reconnecting them to the social context. As a research strategy we seek the expressions of 56 subjects of social research, which agreed to participate in the sample, from a symbolic map of the attention, coupled with the techniques of observation and semi-structured interview. For the analysis of the results, five categories of analysis were established: the meaning of the service, care perception, process of communication and interaction, treatment perception and organization and evaluation of the service. It is argued that the attention and care are developed in a technical health care assistance to the disease, focusing on attention based on treatment, on diagnostic and drug therapy of antiretroviral drugs, reflecting the traditional biomedical paradigm of attention to the disease. This is also the mode of organization of practical actions in daily SAE: the therapy proves to be fragmented in several specialties, vertical and feeds the same model, generating tension and overload for professionals; showing impersonal care focused on structured and informative technology, unrelated to an interactive dialogic. From the speech of the subjects, the SAE is understood as the place of confrontation with the disease, but also enables greater elaboration of the illness by meeting their peers. Living with HIV and AIDS is living with concern, apprehension and fear, but mainly with the stigma, prejudice and exclusion, which require that the disease is kept in secret. There is a movement of forces and power, expressed in the knowledge-power of those who dominate the technical and administrative capabilities, devices that concentrate the maintenance of the medicalization of care, rapid consultations and with little attention, making it difficult to interact with and listen to, combined with structural failures, organizational and inadequate management of the service. We conclude that there are dimensions that are not considered in the internal dynamics of the care service multiple forms, characterized by care conflicting models, marked by individual interventions related to the disease. Como estrat?gia de pesquisa, buscam-se as express?es dos 56 sujeitos sociais da investiga??o, que aceitaram participar da amostra, a partir de uma cartografia simb?lica da aten??o, associada a t?cnicas de observa??o e entrevista semi-estruturada. Para an?lise dos resultados, estabeleceram-se cinco categorias de an?lise: significado do servi?o, percep??o do atendimento; processo de comunica??o e intera??o; percep??o do tratamento e organiza??o e avalia??o do servi?o. Discute-se que a aten??o e o cuidado desenvolvem-se em uma assist?ncia tecno-assistencial ? doen?a, centrados em uma aten??o focada no tratamento, na solicita??o de exames e na terap?utica medicamentosa dos anti-retrovirais, reflexo do paradigma tradicional biom?dico de aten??o ? doen?a. Este tamb?m ? o modo de organiza??o das a??es pr?ticas no cotidiano do SAE: a conduta terap?utica mostra-se fragmentada nas diversas especialidades, verticalizada e retro-alimentada no mesmo modelo, gerando tens?o e sobrecarga aos profissionais; evidenciam-se atendimentos impessoais focados em tecnologias estruturadas e informativas, desvinculadas da dial?gica interativa. A partir dos discursos dos sujeitos, o SAE ? interpretado como o lugar do confronto com a doen?a, mas tamb?m possibilita maiores elabora??es do adoecer pelo encontro com os iguais. Conviver com o HIV e Aids ? conviver com receios, apreens?o e medo, mas principalmente com o estigma, o preconceito e a exclus?o, o que requer o sigilo da doen?a. H? circula??o de for?as e de poder, expressos no saber-poder t?cnico-profissional e administrativo, dispositivos que concentram a manuten??o da medicaliza??o do atendimento, consultas r?pidas e com pouca aten??o, o que dificulta a intera??o e a escuta, aliados a falhas estruturais, organizacionais e a um gerenciamento inadequado do servi?o. O renascimento do parto e da (reinven??o da) emancipa??o social na blogosfera brasileira: contra o desperd?cio das experi?ncias

The double spiral of the sociology of absences and the sociology of emergences is detailed, being based, on one hand, on the translation of experiences of knowledge, and, on the other, on the translation of experiences of information and communication, by revealing the movement articulated by Brazilian women on blogs that defend and bring into light initiatives aiming to recover natural and humanized birth. A cartography of the thematic ideas in birth literature is produced, resulting in the elaboration of a synthetic map on obstetric models of care in contemporaneity, pointing out the consequences of the obstetric model that has become hegemonic in contemporary societies, and comparing that model to others that work more efficaciously to mothers and babies. A symbolic cartography of the activism for humanizing birth on the Brazilian blogosphere is configured by the elaboration of an analytical map synthetizing the main mottos defended by the movement: Normal humanized birth; Against obstetrical violence; and Planned home birth. The superposition of the obstetric models of care s map and the rebirth of birth s analytical map indicates it is necessary to reinforce three main measures in order to make a paradigmatic turn in contemporary birth models of care possible: pave the way for the humanistic care of assistance in normal birth, by defending and highlighting practices and professionals that act in compliance with evidence based medicine, respecting the physiology of birth; denaturalize obstetric violence, by showing how routine procedures and interventions can be means of aggression, jeopardizing the autonomy, the protagonism and the respect towards women; and motivate initiatives of planned home birth, the best place for the occurrence of holistic experiences of birth. It is concluded that Internet tools have allowed a pioneer mobilization in respecting women s reproductive rights in Brazil and that the potential of the crowd s biopower that resides on the blogosphere can turn blogs into a hegemonic alternative way to reach more democratic forms of social organization. In that condition of being virtually hegemonic in contesting the established power, these blogs can be understood, therefore, as potentially great contra-hegemonic channels for the rebirth of birth and for the reinvention of social emancipation, as their author s articulate and organize themselves to strive against the waste of experience, trying to create reciprocal intelligibility amongst different experiences of world / Discute-se, ? luz de referenciais te?ricos cl?ssicos e contempor?neos das ci?ncias sociais, os modelos de assist?ncia ao parto, pondo em relevo o parto humanizado.
