Fitogeninių preparatų įtaka maisto medžiagų pasisavinimui paukščių organizme / The influence of phytogenic preparations for digest of the nutrient in the birds organizmStankevičienė, Jurgita 12 June 2006 (has links)
Today’s poultry is in the need of the finding new ways to increase the bird’s productivity and the production quality. The growth performance, nutrient and energy utilization as well as product quality are mainly the reasons, why animal feed additives are widely used. With the trend towards more “natural” poultry production systems, antibiotics are being banned. All active substances in phytogenic preparations are of plant original, which do not cause antibiotic resistance and do not residues in poultry products.
In this job was analyzed facility of the phytogenic preparations (Digestarom Geflügel Premium – 1317 and Aviance) utilization in the Rosso kroso chickens feed. The following phytogenic preparations impact on the chickens growing input of the feed, digest of the nutrient and quality of the meat was tested to motivate in physiology.
The test results showed that when we had used the phytogenic preparations the resorption of amino acids, lipids had mended, the stock of nucleic acids, triglycerides, lipids in blood had increased, the biosynthesis of protein had intensified.
Chicken broilers mass who was 42 day years old was 7,2 % bigger neither control mass for impact of the phytogenic feed additive Digestarom Geflügel Premium – 1317. And the same chickens mass was 4,5 % bigger neither control mass for impact of the second phytogenic feed additive – Aviance.
The chickens who was fed feed with Digestarom Geflügel Premium – 1317 and who was 42 day years old digested feed... [to full text]

Probiotikų poveikis paukščių fiziologinėms funkcijoms / The effect of probiotics to the birds physiology functionsŽukovska, Halina 12 June 2006 (has links)
In today’s poultry new ways are finding how to increase the bird’s productivity, to improve the quality of production. The feed additives which stimulate the growth, consolidate the immunity, improve the quality of meat are using for better appropriation of nutrient.
It is necessary to regard that preparation witch are bringing into feeds would be natural, their garbage wouldn’t stay in the terminal product, wouldn’t raise resistance for antibiotics and wouldn’t do other effect for consumer health. Before antibiotics were used for this purpose, but nowadays more often they are exchanging into natural probiotical preparations.
In this job are analyzed practice facilities of the probiotic Bio Plus 2 B in the Ross chicken broilers feeds and was trying to motivate in physiology this probiotic preparation influence to the growth of chickens, to the index of blood and to the quality of meat.
Researches of the blood index was showed: the stock of the nucleic acid was increased from 12,69 % (P<0,05) to 22,41 % (P<0,001), total proteins – from 8,50 % (P<0,05) to 17,68 % (P<0,001), lipids – from 8,69 % (P<0,05) to 25,43 % (P<0,001) and triglycerides – from 5,00 (P<0,05) % to 16,38 % (P<0,001). The alive mass was increased from 6,7 % (P<0,05) to 14,51 % (P<0,001).
Researches of the meat chemical composition was showed that the stock of dry material in chickens breast muscles was increased for the effect of probiotic preparation from 23,67 % to 24,01 %, from 21,87 % to 22,37 %... [to full text]

Pašarinių mielių, išaugintų ant spirito gamybos atliekų, įtaka viščiukų broilerių produktyvumui bei virškinimo procesams / Effect of distiller‘s yeast for productivity and digestion processes of chicken broilersŠalčiuvienė, Živilė 21 March 2006 (has links)
Yeast is considered to be a valuable raw protein, having high nutritional value. However, data about yeast use in poultry feeding are inconsistent and depend on a number of factors, such as yeast origin, substrates and technological parameters.
The purpose of the study was to define nutritional yeast value, analyze the influence of yeast addition to diet on broiler chicken productivity and feed consumption, determine the effect of feeding yeast on broiler chicken digestibility and meat quality.
While achieving the purpose of the study nutritional value of the yeast was established (quantity of protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, organic substance, fat acids). The data of the study show that yeast has a relatively high protein level from 42,44 to 46,79%. Quantity of crude fat varied from 5,30 to 6,50%. Analysis of mineral materials indicated calcium amount of 2,11-2,24% and phosphorus amount of 0,80-0,88%. Linoleic acid and linolenic acid made 60,32-60,81% and 3,80-4,17% respectively, of all fat acids. The main amino acids compiled 0,22-0,27% of lyzine, 0,49-0,55% of metionine, 0,56-0,62% of treonine.
After experiments on meat quality, muscle maturation and chemical composition have been performed and chicken broilers’ breasts and thighs anlysed it was estimated that these indices did not vary to a higher quantity of yeast addition. Data of the sensory evaluation show that in presence of more than 6% of yeast, broiler breast muscles were of a sour taste. While assessing other... [to full text]

Fermentinių ir prebiotinių preparatų įtaka viščiukų – broilerių produktyvumui bei mėsos kokybei / The influence of fermental and prebiotic preparations on the production and the quality of meat of chicken-broilersCiparis, Vytautas 19 April 2007 (has links)
Many feed additives are designed to secure animal’s health status and to optimize growth performance. Among others, antibiotics have been used as growth promoters for a number of years in intensive animal production systems. However, the increasing public concern over the production of food from animals has led to worries about the routine use of antibiotics in animal production. It is now feared that antibiotic residues could get into food for human consumption. The use of antibiotics as promoters of animal performance in the EU was banned by January 2006 (Øverland et al., 2003). Inborr (2000) has reported that with the aid of number of alternatives including probiotics, prebiotics (mainly oligosaccharides) and feed enzymes not only has the general health status of the poultry been maintained, but also the growth performance and feed efficiency improved.
The aim of our research project was to determine the effect of different prebiotics - mannanooligosccharides, fructooligosaccharides and enzymes on broiler chickens growth performance and meat sensory attributes. To realize this aim, we conducted two experiments: 1. Effects of enzymes RovabioTMExcel AP and prebiotics mannanoligosaccharides Agrimoss on broiler chickens body weight, feed conversion (kg feed/kg weight gain), mortality, breast and leg meat pH, breast fatty acids concentration and breast and leg meat sensory attributes. 400 broiler chickens were allocated to two groups and for 35 days were fed basal diet...
