O presente trabalho final de mestrado profissional tem como objetivo analisar a ética cristã e a ética empresarial, buscando aportes para a elaboração de uma possível ética empresarial cristã. O tema é muito atual e carece de fundamentação dentro de padrões que considerem a questão da responsabilidade social em âmbito teológico. A metodologia usada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e conceitual. Os resultados da pesquisa se mostram a partir da consideração da responsabilidade social em viés teológico e sua possível vinculação com o mundo dos negócios. Concluímos por considerar a possibilidade de uma ética encarnada no seio da gestão empresarial e dos stakeholders, problematizando as várias dificuldades reais e as complexidades normativas de uma organização que prioriza a lógica da maximização dos lucros. Na distinção entre moral e ética, realizamos os aportes necessários à construção de sugestões que permeiem possíveis programas de ética empresarial cristã, elencando questões concretas como salário equânime, participação nas tomadas de decisão, incentivo à organização lúdica e à priorização da dignidade humana. / This final paper for the professional Masters program has as its goal to analyze the Christian Ethic and the Business Ethic seeking contributions for the elaboration of a possible Christian Business Ethic. The theme is very current and lacks foundation within standards which consider the issue of social responsibility in the theological area. The methodology used was bibliographic and conceptual research. The results of the research show up based on the consideration of social responsibility from the theological viewpoint and its possible tie to the business world. We conclude considering the possibility of an ethics incarnated in the bosom of business management and of the stakeholders, problematizing the various real difficulties and the normative complexities of an organization which prioritizes the logic of maximizing the profits. Within the distinction between morality and ethics, we fulfill the necessary contributions which permeate possible programs of Christian business ethics, laying out concrete issues such as equitable salary, participation in the decision making, encouragement for organization of play and the prioritization of human dignity.

It has been especially aimed at applying the concept of the noble superior being described by Nietzsche, the ubermensch, to the hero s ontological nature, Augusto Matraga. Nietzsche s postulates of the will to power, the elements suggested of the trial between Dionysus and Apollo and the ascetic ideal, will be especially relevant to this work, which intends to establish until what point the hero can be conceived as a good ascetic person, in so far as his noble ontological nature trespass the Christian morality, bringing him closer to the man who, according to Nietzsche, is beyond good and evil. Some Heideggerian concepts will also be relevant in order to reinforce the idea that the judgment created about Matraga is just an appearance that does not contemplate his essential Being, contributing to veil his real tragic-ontological valour, what implies that the aesthetic power of the short has been under valued / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo comparar a filosofia de Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) e o conto de Jo?o Guimar?es Rosa (1908-1967), A hora e vez de Augusto Matraga (1946), no intuito de revelar a possibilidade da aplica??o da filosofia nieztscheana para expandir o valor est?tico do conto e possibilitar a compreens?o do protagonista, Augusto Matraga, como o prot?tipo do ser superior nobre descrito por Nietzsche, o ubermensch. Substantiality of the thesis is the question of moral and ethic in the sphere of developing genetic and inheritance research. Thesis is especially focused on ethics consequences which result from the application of this research. Thesis is divided in two parts. First part contains general information about genetics science and it is more likely descriptive. This part outlines fundamental principles of genetic, its evolution and genetics breakthroughs and their today exploitation. Thereinafter are mentioned genetics techniques divided in singles areas of interest with main focus on human genetic manipulation {--} main topic of the thesis. Close of this part is dedicated to the theoretical aspects of the ambition in the field of human changing and the description of achieved goals. There are mentioned controlling and regulating mechanisms as conclusions of the first part of the thesis. Opinion on regulation of clerical representatives, civil law, laic public and scientists themselves are referred-to. Second part of the thesis is focused directly on the ethics risks of the practical use of genetic technologies and their impact on human being. The principles of catholic ethic are foreshadowed. The expectations of human genetic improvement are confronted gradually by those principles. [90] Statement, that the human improvement by the genetic manipulation is non tenable by means of the Christian ethics is a conclusion of this thesis.
