Participantes de universidade federal da regi?o nordeste representaram a categoria pesquisada. O pressuposto te?rico aqui compartilhado enfatizou a centralidade do trabalho para a constru??o da identidade psicossocial do indiv?duo, e, em decorr?ncia para sua subjetividade, sa?de e adoecimento f?sico e psicol?gico. Dados anteriores indicam que as doen?as mentais e o sofrimento ps?quico t?m especial relev?ncia como fatores incapacitantes para o trabalho. Transtornos mentais e comportamentais aparecem como respons?veis pelas principais causas para as faltas de servidores ao trabalho nos ?rg?os p?blicos brasileiros, o que correspondente a 60% dos motivos de afastamento. Nesse contexto de problematiza??o, a presente pesquisa realizou an?lises descritiva e cl?nico-interpretativa da atividade laboral de servidores p?blicos da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, que apresentaram hist?rico de queixa de adoecimento ps?quico relacionado ao seu contexto laboral. Essa an?lise comportou dois estudos: o primeiro de car?ter descritivo-quantitativo e o segundo, cl?nico-qualitativo. Os resultados corroboraram os dados epidemiol?gicos de estudos anteriores quanto ? alta preval?ncia dos transtornos mentais e comportamentais (TMC) dentre as principais causas de afastamentos do trabalho dos servidores. Na institui??o pesquisada, os TMC representam o segundo lugar dentre as ocorr?ncias de Licen?a para Tratamento da pr?pria Sa?de, concedidas aos servidores entre os anos de 2012 a 2014. Por sua vez, a an?lise cl?nica qualitativa assinalou a potencialidade metodol?gica da cl?nica da atividade em contextos de sofrimento e/ou adoecimento ps?quico no trabalho, ao proporcionar um suporte terap?utico aos participantes e auxiliar na explica??o dos dados quantitativos. / This research work aimed to describe relevant aspects concerning mental health, psychological suffering and labor activity in the context of technical workers engaged in a Brazilian public federal university service. The main theoretical principle framing the present research established the centrality of working activity in building psychosocial identity of the individual, together with his/her subjectivity, health and both psychological and somatic illnesses. Previous research data indicate that mental illnesses and psychological suffering are among the most important aspects concerning suspension of working activity in Brazilian public service. Mental and behavioral conditions appear as disturbances justifying absence and medical license in Brazilian public service, corresponding to 60% of all mentioned causes of absence due to illnesses. In this context, the presented research performed both quantitative-descriptive and clinical-qualitative analysis of labor activity of public servants from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, having received formal working license due to medical reasons as registered by specific medical control service. These analysis corroborate previous epidemiological available data concerning elevated prevalence of mental and behavioral disturbances (TMC) among the whole list f medical licenses of work activity at local public service. TMC appeared as second-place more frequently mentioned justification for Health Care Treatment License in the period from 2012 to 2014. Clinical qualitative analysis, on the other hand, showed the potential of Clinic of Activity approach in order to both help explaining quantitative data and provide therapeutic support.

Aponta-se para a necessidade de criar e fortalecer coletivos de trabalho nas escolas visando ao desenvolvimento e constru??o de referenciais para a a??o, al?m da mobiliza??o pol?tica por melhores condi??es de trabalho. / The democratization of education possesses contradictory interests that involve both, mechanisms that reproduce inequalities and forces geared towards social transformation. In this context, the precariousness of the teaching work can produce situations of alienation which influence the work experiences. The present research focuses on the work of "polyvalent" elementary school teachers of Natal (RN-Brasil) municipal schools. It comprehends the clinic of activity perspective, an approach that explores the activity subjective dimension, enabling the expansion of consciousness and power over activity, revealing mediations and experiences. The objective of this study is to explore and analyse the teaching work constitutive elements and perceptions, its insertion context, as well as the articulation with the expression and constitution of experiences. The research covered: a descriptive and inferential quantitative stage, using a socio-professional questionnaire and a psychosocial work dimensions evaluating instrument; and a clinical qualitative stage, which made use of the Instruction to the Double (clinic of activity), promoting the dialogue with professional practice. Within this research, it has been identified a high percentile of teachers who experience loneliness at work (30.2% of the sample), as well as the connection between this perception and feelings of dissatisfaction regarding available time, pedagogical planning meetings and little familiarity with School's Political Pedagogical Project. Two 1st grade municipal school teachers participated of the research clinical qualitative stage. Different features in regard to the relation with the teaching work activity were observed: an experience established in the logic of production and class control, revealing obstacles to action and feelings of solitude; and another focused on student intellectual mobilization, expressing dynamism and job satisfaction, as well as access to resources of activity enrichment. The study concludes that it is necessary to create and reinforce working collective dimension at schools aiming at the development and construction of activity references, besides political mobilization in view of better working conditions.

Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Sa?de, Sociedade e Ambiente, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2013. / ABSTRACT This was a study that aimed to unveil the work activity process underlying the implementation, or not, of the activities related to Health Surveillance, prescribed in the Final Audit Report of the Municipal Health System/2009, based on the meanings produced by a Technician of a municipality audited by the team of the Jequitinhonha/Minas Gerais Healthcare Audit Macroregional Center. Likewise, it was the objective of this work to define, together with this subject, strategies to face the factors that hinder the implementation of the prescribed activities. The study scenarios were three municipalities audited by this team between June/2009 and December/2010. Seven subjects participated, namely: four Technicians who carried our Health Surveillance activities and three Municipal Health Managers. However, just one of these subjects had all of his information interpreted in this dissertation. The epistemological assumptions guiding the study were some categories of Socio-Historical Psychology and of the Activity Clinic. The techniques used for collecting information were: Documentary Analysis, Semi-structured and Centralized / Thematic Interviews (both recurrent), Interviews based on Life Story Narratives, and the Culture Circle. The information was analyzed using the Meaning Cores and an adaptation of the analytical strategy adopted by Murta (2008). Six Meaning Cores were systematized, as follows: I) Family relationships, work and the love of study: constituent elements of the current identity; II) Career-related conflict: idealized career aspirations versus actual work activity. III) The challenges of the work activities in the context of the actual SUS (Brazilian Unified Healthcare System); IV) The activity conducted in the context of the municipal SUS; V) The Work Activity and the Health Surveillance Strengthening Project in Minas Gerais; VI) Resignifying Audit and experiencing the meanings produced by it. Elements such as happiness for the social recognition achieved through his professional career, belief in his good professional background and problem-solving capacity at work, his dedication, and affective involvement with the community constitute the subjective meanings attributed by the Technician to his work activity. These help him overcome the elements deriving from a conflict in his career (a sense of frustration, a feeling of powerlessness, and absence of autonomy), as well as the poor working conditions at SUS (remuneration, type of employment relationship, heavy load of activities, deficiency in the training of professionals, and normative and organizational aspects of the service), which also constitute subjective meanings. The Technician believes in the proposal of the Health Surveillance for the implementation of actions at a local level, as well as in the Minas Gerais State Project, which has this aim. This experience with healthcare audit made it possible to resignify it. Elements such as the restlessness, nuisance and anxiety gave way to contentment, interest, and peace of mind. The audit represented an opportunity for self-analysis in his activity. However, it also gave rise to frustration, inasmuch as shortcomings were identified in it. It was observed that the degree of social orientation of the Technician was rather inconsistent in his working relationship with the healthcare team. Just on a few occasions, the professional presented, in his narratives, strategies to tackle the barriers in his work activities. The concluding remarks from this research indicate that greater care should be taken in training Health workers, so that they can increase their power to act through the development of possibilities to use creative and feasible strategies to deal with the real situation of their activity at SUS.

Para a coleta de informa??es, utilizamos question?rio semiestruturado, entrevistas centralizadas, semiestruturadas e entrevistas de narrativa de hist?ria de vida. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram os trabalhadores de Vigil?ncia Sanit?ria de vinte e quatro munic?pios da jurisdi??o SRSD. Para an?lise das informa??es dos question?rios foi utilizado o software Epiinfo?6.04d, sendo calculadas frequ?ncias absolutas e relativas, medianas e desvio padr?o. As entrevistas foram analisadas ? luz de n?cleos de significa??o. Como facilitadores ? execu??o das a??es de Vigil?ncia Sanit?ria foram apontados: a parceria de outros profissionais, o apoio de gestores e da popula??o, recursos materiais e humanos e treinamentos/capacita??es. Os dificultadores apontados foram: insufici?ncia de recursos humanos, de equipamentos e recursos materiais, aus?ncia ou d?ficit na legisla??o, profissionais n?o capacitados ou pouco capacitados. Observamos que a atividade de trabalho na Vigil?ncia Sanit?ria ? constitu?da por sentidos de des?nimo, impot?ncia, negocia??o e pela dial?tica satisfa??o/frustra??o. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Tecnologia, Sa?de e Sociedade, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2013. / ABSTRACT This work is based on qualitative research, the objective of which is to examine, analyze, and unfold the process that constitutes the activity of Health Surveillance workers in the municipalities under the jurisdiction of the Regional Health Superintendency of Diamantina, Minas Gerais state - Brazil, and specifically in the Ara?ua? Health Microregion. We seek to reveal the factors hindering and facilitating the implementation of Health Surveillance actions, as well as the meanings attributed by workers to this implementation process. Socio-Historical Psychology and Activity Clinic are adopted as the theoretical and methodological framework. Socio-Historical Psychology conceives man based on the idea of the ?human condition?, wherein subjects are regarded as ?historical?, dated, concrete, creators of ideas and awareness, and when such subjects dialectically produce and reproduce social reality, they are, at the same time, produced and reproduced by it. The Activity Clinic, in turn, proposes a method for analyzing work activities, where the subjectivity of workers takes center stage. A semi-structured questionnaire, centralized and semi-structured interviews and life-story narrative interviews were used for data collection. The research subjects were people who work with Health Surveillance in the twenty-four municipalities under the jurisdiction of the Regional Health Superintendency of Diamantina. The information in the questionnaires was analyzed using Epi Info? 6.04d software. Absolute and relative frequencies, medians and standard deviation were calculated. The interviews were analyzed in the light of meaning cores. As factors that facilitate the implementation of the actions as appointed: partnerships with other professionals, the support of health managers and of the population, material and human resources, and training and qualification activities. The hindering factors appointed were: absence of human resources, of equipment and material resources, failure to apply the legislation concerned or shortfalls in the enforcement thereof, and unqualified or poorly trained professionals. We observe that the work activity in the Health Surveillance service is constituted by feelings of dismay and powerlessness, as well as by negotiation, and the satisfaction/frustration dialectics. The concrete conditions, combined with the meanings attributed by workers to their work activity, indicate the need to implement heath and Health Surveillance policies that provide workers with the power to act, as concrete subjects, in the defense and promotion of collective health.

A observa??o in loco permitiu comprovar que as duas unidades avaliadas, se encontravam instaladas em im?veis adaptados n?o estando em conformidade com as normas do Minist?rio da Sa?de. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Sa?de, Sociedade e Ambiente, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2015. / ABSTRACT The Primary Health Care is the main strategy of the federal government to strengthen the Unified Health System. The Family Health Strategy (FHS) and the Community Health Agents Program are the gateway in the system. In many municipalities the BHUs where teams are allocated, do not offer adequate working conditions, compromising the quality of service and the personal satisfaction of the workers. This research was guided by Social-historic Psychology and Clinic of Activity. The aim of this study was to identify, analyze and unveil the factors that hindered or prevented the activity of nurses working in the FHS at Diamantina/MG, and also to evaluate the meanings that the nurses attributed to their own activity. Specifically, we intended to: 1) observe and describe the physical structure and materials of the BHUs in which were allocated two FHS teams, and verify if the Ministry of Health recommended standards have been there fulfilled; 2) observe, analyze and unveil the factors that hindered or prevented the nurses activities; 3) observe, analyze and reveal the strategies used to overcome these factors, attending to the occurrence of catachresis; 4) raise, analyze and reveal the meanings that the participating nurses attributed to their own activities. The methodological steps of the work was: 1) a questionnaire to 10 nurses who worked in FHS teams; tabulation of the obtained information and selection of two nurses to the other stages; 2) interview with the two selected nurses; 3) in loco observation of the physical structure and materials of the involved BHUs; 4) observation of two nurses working in health care of women. The informations was recorded in audio and written in a field diary. The analysis was performed by using Epiinfo 6.04d?, comparative descriptive analysis and analysis of meaning cores. The questionnaires unveiled that most nurses considered their working places not appropriate regarding the physical structure, permanent material and supplies, and many admitted to use strategies to overcome the problems. In loco observation revealed that the two units assessed are installed in adapted facilities, in disagreement with the Ministry of Health standards. Among the strategies used by the nurses to overcome the problems, was observed several examples of catachresis. By analyzing the interviews, it was possible to assess many meanings assigned by the nurses concerning their own activity, such as: animation, excitement, desire, frustration, lack of motivation, devaluation, helplessness, loneliness, anguish and sadness. Our results suggest that it is necessary to made aware the local system managers about the problems in the working conditions, as well as the meanings assigned by the nurses. The knowledge of these factors could enable them to seek ways to improve the working conditions, driving changes in the meaning attributed by nurses to their own activity.

Previous studies showed that one of the central discussions concerning DE refers to the role that the teacher is called to perform. The present research, based on theoretical and methodological assumptions issued from Clinic of Activity, analyzed the impact referred above. This central aim was operationally executed along three main stages: 1) survey study for description of socio-professional profile of teachers working in DE in two universities from Natal (RN-Brazil), 2) clinical analysis of professional activity of teachers working in DE, taking into account four simultaneous levels of psychological constitution and development of human activity: personal, interpersonal, transpersonal and impersonal; 3) analytical focus on transpersonal context in order to understand the influence of pedagogical practice in DE on professional gender of teaching. Documental research, audio recorded voice data and a multiple choice Likert scale questionnaire concerning socio-professional information were used as procedural tools. The qualitative-clinical procedural tool of instruction to the double , firstly proposed by Clinic of Activity research group, was used in order to obtain oral productions concerning professional activity. Data issued from stage 1 (n=70, 28 men and 41 women) was submitted to descriptive and inferential statistical analyzes. 65.7% of the sample worked in a public institution, 30% in a private institution, and 4.3% in public and private institutions. 31.4% of the sample of participants was formed by teachers having a master degree, 28.6% were doctors and 26.3% had degrees of specialists. 54.3% of participants acted as remote tutor, and 44.3% were regents teachers. After descriptive multidimensional cluster analysis, two groups emerged (remote tutors and regents teachers), the most important variables in terms of contributions to this distinction being: professional function, level of graduate formation, level of income, activities and forms of entry in DE. Clinical analysis of data produced by two participant-teachers of each group, issued from instruction to the double technique, was performed. This analysis indicated the existence of different models of distance education. A general concern referring to the need of both taking into account information technology and pedagogical attitudes was detected. On the other hand, participant-teachers considered that participation in DE activities could bring relevant contributions to general professional gender of teaching. . Finally, teachers warned against certain formats of organization of teachers professional activity, as found in the domain of DE, since these activities could promote the intensification and individualization of teachers` work activity, and even the worsening of relations, rather than exchanges and shares through collective bargaining. This process could compromise the renew of the professional gender, by losing its historical roots and diminishing activity possibilities of teachers in their labor context / Estudos apontaram que uma das discuss?es centrais na Educa??o a dist?ncia (EAD) refere-se ao papel que o professor ? convocado a desempenhar. A pesquisa, pautada pelos pressupostos te?rico-metodol?gicos da Cl?nica da Atividade, objetivou analisar a din?mica que se estabelece entre a atividade do professor na EAD e o g?nero profissional docente ao qual ele reporta-se em sua atividade profissional. As etapas do estudo dividiram-se em: 1) mapear o perfil socioprofissional dos professores que atuam na EAD em duas universidades da cidade do Natal (RN); 2) analisar a atividade de trabalho dos professores na EAD, em abordagem cl?nica norteada pelos contextos de desenvolvimento da atividade: pessoal, interpessoal, transpessoal e impessoal; e 3) compreender a influ?ncia da pr?tica pedag?gica na EAD sobre o g?nero profissional docente, enfatizando o contexto transpessoal. Para consecu??o dos objetivos, os instrumentos e procedimentos propostos foram: pesquisa documental, registros audiogr?ficos (representados pela t?cnica da instru??o ao s?sia), e um question?rio socioprofissional. As an?lises estat?sticas descritivas e inferenciais do mapeamento contemplou uma amostra de 70 participantes, sendo 28 homens e 41 mulheres. 65,7% vinculavam-se ? institui??o p?blica, 30% ? institui??o privada e 4,3% ?s institui??es p?blica e privada. 31,4% era mestre, seguido de 28,6% de doutores e 26,3% especialistas. 54,3% exerciam a fun??o de tutor ? dist?ncia e 44,3% eram professores regentes. Ap?s clusteriza??o, apontou-se a exist?ncia de dois grupos (tutor a dist?ncia e professor regente), e as vari?veis mais importantes de distin??o foram: fun??o, titula??o, renda, atividades desenvolvidas e forma de ingresso na EAD. Da etapa cl?nica participaram dois professores representantes de cada grupo. A an?lise da atividade de trabalho apontou a exist?ncia de modelos de EAD distintos, que produziam formatos de trabalhos cuja conformidade com o g?nero profissional docente era reflexo das diferentes formas de vivenciar os espa?os de doc?ncia. Quanto ao alargamento das atividades, destaca-se a necessidade do desenvolvimento tanto de compet?ncias t?cnicas para utilizar as tecnologias de informa??o, quanto das pedag?gicas para pensar as concep??es e os modos de concretiza??o do processo de ensino-aprendizagem na EAD. Aponta-se que as mudan?as que a EAD produziu na atividade dos professores os convocaram a um acesso mais profundo das orienta??es gen?ricas da profiss?o, de modo a contribuir para (re)vitaliza??es do g?nero profissional docente, n?o necessariamente atrelado ao uso do modelo presencial como um guia, pois replicar o modelo presencial para a dist?ncia n?o seria garantia do sucesso da atividade do professor na EAD. Destaca-se, ainda, que o insucesso da atividade tamb?m permite o aceso e a transmiss?o do g?nero profissional. Por fim, alerta-se que certos formatos de trabalho, como nos casos da EAD, preveem intensifica??o e individualiza??o da atividade de trabalho, e, at? mesmo, precariza??o das rela??es, em detrimento de trocas e compartilhamentos entre os coletivos de trabalho. Nesse contexto, a pesquisa contribuiu para a discuss?o acerca da natureza de compet?ncias e habilidades requeridas para ocupa??es profissionais historicamente caracterizadas como predominantemente pr?ticas, no sentido de fundadas em saberes pr?ticos, extra-acad?micos e pragm?ticos (saber-fazer), em contraste com compet?ncias simb?lico-formais fundadas em saberes formais-conceituais (saber-dizer). A tese encontra-se fundamentada na perspectiva da psicologia hist?rico-cultural e amparada pela proposta te?rico-metodol?gica da Cl?nica da Atividade. A pesquisa foi realizada com egressos, professores e gestores do Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Constru??o de Edif?cios. Para atingimento dos objetivos esperados adotou-se a combina??o de m?todos quantitativos e qualitativos de produ??o e an?lise dos dados. Na etapa quantitativa, aplicou-se um question?rio socioprofissional, obtendo-se o retorno de 41(quarenta e um) participantes. A an?lise dos dados quantitativos foi realizada atrav?s de estat?stica descritiva uni e multidimensional, complementada por an?lise estat?stica inferencial. Na etapa qualitativa, realizou-se consulta a documentos oficiais de natureza pedag?gica, entrevistas semi-dirigidas com professores e gestores do curso e, por fim, as entrevistas de Instru??o ao S?sia (IaS) com egressos. Esta etapa foi executada atrav?s de an?lise cl?nico-interpretativa, tendo por base a perspectiva hist?rico-cultural vigotskiana e a abordagem social das compet?ncias e habilidades. Os resultados analisados permitiram constatar que os profissionais s?o, na maioria jovens (m?dia de idade de 26 anos e 06 meses), 58,6% do sexo feminino, 58,5% solteiros e somente 19,5% tem filhos. Tamb?m averiguou-se que a profiss?o de tecn?logo em constru??o de edif?cios tem servido como est?gio preliminar ou caminho de passagem em dire??o a outra forma??o e ocupa??o profissional, ?quela de engenheiro civil. As principais compet?ncias requeridas do tecn?logo em constru??o de edif?cios recobrem os dom?nios da gest?o, projetos e or?amento. Por esta raz?o, percebe-se que h? uma necessidade de consolida??o da identidade profissional do tecn?logo em constru??o de edif?cios junto ?s entidades regulamentadoras da profiss?o e ao mercado de trabalho. / The present doctorate research aimed to investigate competencies in training and professional practice of technologists in building construction. The research contributed in this context to the discussion about the nature of competencies and skills required for professional occupations historically characterized as predominantly practical, founded on practical, extraacademic and pragmatic knowledge (know-what), in contrast to symbolic-formal competencies based on formal and conceptual knowledge (know-how). The thesis is based on the perspective of the historical-cultural psychology and supported by theoretical and methodological proposals of Clinic of Activity. The survey was conducted with certified professionals (former students), teachers and managers participating in the Course of Technology in Building Construction. A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods of production and data analysis was adopted for achievement of expected goals. A socioprofessional survey was applied in the quantitative step, 41 (forty one) participants having returned the on-line questionnaire. The quantitative data analysis was performed using descriptive uni and multidimensional statistic methods, completed by inferential statistical analysis. Official pedagogical documents were inspected in the qualitative stage, what was completed by semi-structured interviews with teachers and managers and Instruction to the Double interviews with professionals. This step was based on clinical and interpretative analysis, based on the cultural-historical Vygotskian perspective and the social approach to competencies and skills. Results allowed verifying that professionals are mostly young (average age of 26 years and 06 months), 58.6% of participants being female, 58.5% single and only 19.5% having children. It was also verified that the profession of technologist in construction of buildings is considered as a preliminary stage or passageway toward other training and professional occupations, especially civil engineering. The main competencies required from technologist in construction of buildings encompass areas of management, project and budget. Final conclusion stresses that the occupation of technologist in construction of buildings has a solid background in terms of formation, connected to demands of the labor market and based on theoretical and practical knowledge issued from previous training process, according to the evaluation of participants. However, this professional occupation is still referred to civil engineering. For this reason, a need for consolidation of professional identity of technologist in building construction by the regulators of the professional activity and by the labor market is required.
