Konstrukční návrh portálové CNC frézky s posuvným stolem / Design of the gantry CNC milling machine with sliding table

Kolář, David January 2017 (has links)
This master’s thesis is focused on design of gantry CNC milling machine with sliding table. Thesis includes the review of components of this machines and comparsion of their options. Servo motors , ball screws and linear guides parameters are calculated. Also the suitable software and hardware for the machine control is chosen. Main parts of the machine were analysed using finite elements method. 3D model, drawings and documentation of machine build are included.

Návrh malé modelářské CNC frézky s pevným stolem / Design of small hobby CNC milling machine with fixed table

Hanzal, Jiří January 2020 (has links)
The topic of this work is the design of a small model CNC milling machine with a fixed table for machining wood, plastic, or light alloys (Al, Zn, etc.). It also includes a calculation report and drawing documentation of selected nodes. The beginning of this work consists of an introduction to the issue of milling machines, their distribution and subsequent market analysis. Subsequently, the input parameters are designed on the basis of market analysis and in the last part there is a calculation report, the design of the milling machine itself and a short economic evaluation.

Technologie výroby součásti / Technology of production part

Straka, Jiří January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis is developed within my Master’s degree studies, branch mechanical engineering (M21 K), and specialization in M STM. The aim of this thesis is to solve the technology of mechanical production (machining, tooling) for the machine component called ‚shape lid‘. I execute the analysis of this technology from the perspective of the conventional machining process, and alternatively, some of the non conventional machining process, too. Conventional machining process is so far used for manufacturing of this sort of machine’s element. It‘s implying laborious work difficulties, even it’s economically disadvantageous. I suggest a new technology of manufacturing. At first, a semi-finished component could be sized by conventional machining process, and then it could be finished by the CNC (computer numerical control) milling machine. By the non-conventional machining process assume the usage of an electro-erosive machining, plasma machining, or water jet machining.Conventional technology suppose the usage of CNC milling machines. Thereinafter, feasibility aspects of this brand new technology are considered in technical and economical perspective.

Výroba přírub s využitím postupu PPAP a normy ISO 9001 / Production of flanges using the procedure PPAP , and ISO 9001

Prokeš, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
In the first part of this thesis is described implementation of quality management system in a small company according to ISO 9001. Next part is about production process by method PPAP. In this section is solved primarily ISO 9001 standard, statistical control of production and certification company according to requirements of ISO 9001. Second part is focused on mass production of flange by using the company facilities Kovobrábění Sobotka. In the end of thesis are reflected weaknesses of production. In the conclusion is described technical and economic evaluation of implementation QMS and machining sample parts.

Návrh a implementace řídícího programu pro CNC obráběcí stroj prostřednictvím B&R Automation / Design and implementation of control program for CNC machine via B&R Automation

Vavrík, Michal January 2020 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis is the robotization of a conventional milling machine to a CNC milling machine using a programmable logic controller. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a description of machine tools and industry 4.0, an overview of Optimum Maschinen and B&R Automation companies, including products, and a description of the G code programming language. At the beginning of the practical part, the selected hardware, its connection and tuning of motors are described. Furthermore, the practical part explains the method of motor control and processing of CNC programs in G code. The following chapters discuss the creation of industrial visualizations for machine control and digital twin for testing purposes. The conclusion describes the evaluation of the results and indicates the possibilities for future expansion of the machine and its implementation in an automated cell in the sense of industry 4.0.

Responsive Textile Geometries : Vanadisbadet Revised

Aidas, Nina January 2011 (has links)
How can principles found in textile behaviour be translated into architectural expression? With water as a program in context of a new bath in Vanadislunden, Stockholm, this project studies how a rigid material can be percieved as soft and flexible.
