Recommendations for the Selection of Methods for the Analysis of eCollaboration based on a Systematic Literature Review

Rietze, Michel, Lenk, Florian, Hesse, Moritz 11 March 2019 (has links)
Learning Analytics plays an increasing role in the analysis of virtual learning activities. This article addresses the gap between educational needs and technical supply. By means of a Systematic Literature Review of the LAK conferences the authors extracted observations, methods and tools which represent potential solutions for a given eCollaboration scenario. Based on three prioritised examples of an observation sheet, methods are derived and recommendations for the use of Learning Analytics tools are given. The result is a catalogue that enable users to select suitable methods and tools for an implementation. The (semi-) automation can increase the efficiency of Community Managers in monitoring the participants and hence make real-time intervention feasible.

Newsjacking, publicidad minuto a minuto / Newsjacking, minute to minute advertisement

Ego-Aguirre León, Alberto Andrés 25 January 2018 (has links)
Users of social media are going through a transition stage where they can now walk with them anywhere. The more hardware technologies develop, the better the phones and innovative web tools, creating more creative sites on the web; the more closely we will have to investigate those consumers. This research aims to analyze the perceptions regarding the content that community managers prepare and the viral communication in networks that brands seek to do to converse with their consumers. As it is correct to assume that the need for community managers continues to grow, it is also however difficult to persuade more directors, managers and other clients who need to be trained with mobile communication elements around them, how important it is for their future consumers, that the brands communicate with them. With newsjacking I intend to help the publicist and profesionals in advertisement to return to their journalistic roots, where living day to day, coexisting with the comments of the people and achieving his fidelity is crucial for their training as a specialist in positioning and growth of the companies in the networks social. Newsjacking is the basic method of training for the online community management career. The rules of the game for advertisers have changed and will continue to do so as communication facilities continue to develop. So, how can a brand know its customers without investing in market research? / Tesis
