Modersmålslärare : klarspråk eller tunghäfta? / Mother tongue teachers : quite clear language or tounge-tied?

This research is about different perspectives, offered by three mother tongue teachers, one principal and also featuring a representative from Skolverket, on the subject: teacher legitimation for mother tongue teachers, mother tongue teachers opportunity for competence education and the future of mother tongue education in Sweden. The theoretical framework is mother tongue language, globalization, the post-colonial theory, power and social inequality. A qualitative approach was used including five interviews taken place in Stockholm, the results does not however represent the whole country nor the community of Stockholm itself. The result shows that mother tongue teachers thinks the teacher legitimation does not mean anything regarding their already low-status. Even principal and representative from Skolverket express their concern towards the 'non-demand' for mother tongue teachers to get their legitimation and they feel there is a lack of ambition from decisonmakers to include the mother tongue teachers. As per today there is no higher education for mother tongue teachers leading towards an exam. Mother tongue teachers are worried about their future although principal and representant takes a bright outlook.

O desenvolvimento desta pesquisa focaliza as questões relacionadas ao ensino superior de enfermagem, mais especificamente no que se refere à formação de competências gerenciais do enfermeiro. O estudo tem como objetivos: identificar as competências gerenciais propostas nos planos de ensino das disciplinas que abarcam conteúdos de Administração em Enfermagem, reconhecendo a relação entre um Projeto Político-Pedagógico (PPP) e o perfil do egresso proposto nas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais; analisar o PPP de uma escola de enfermagem em face das expectativas de dirigentes de serviços de enfermagem do mercado de trabalho local em relação às competências gerenciais do enfermeiro ingressante nesses serviços; e, problematizar as convergências e divergências das expectativas do mercado de trabalho em relação às competências gerenciais e as priorizadas na formação, favorecendo intervenções no âmbito do ensino. A sustentação teórica recuperou conceitos de competência no contexto da Administração Geral e da Educação, desencadeando, a partir destes, uma discussão sobre as Políticas de Educação e as Políticas de Saúde no país, como determinantes dos modelos de formação na Área de Enfermagem e do ensino de Administração em Enfermagem. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa do tipo descritivo-exploratório, composta metodologicamente em três etapas: análise documental de um PPP; análise das entrevistas realizadas com onze gerentes representantes do mercado de trabalho de enfermagem em Curitiba, PR, e interpretação hermenêutico-dialética das competências gerenciais esperadas nos âmbitos do ensino e do mercado de trabalho, explicitadas na primeira e segunda etapas. A análise e a interpretação dos dados foram subsidiadas por duas grandes vertentes. A primeira vertente abarca as categorias analíticas: totalidade, práxis, historicidade e dinamicidade, que se complementam a partir da crítica dialética com a análise hermenêutica. A segunda vertente de análise é composta pelas seguintes categorias empíricas, advindas dos discursos dos sujeitos entrevistados: perfil do enfermeiro, para atender às necessidades institucionais; expectativas dos gerentes, quanto às competências gerenciais dos enfermeiros; e bagagem gerencial, que os enfermeiros trazem da formação para a instituição, segundo a percepção dos gerentes. A análise interpretativa norteou-se pelos eixos dos determinantes estruturais, que abrangem as políticas de saúde e as políticas de educação; pelos determinantes da dimensão particular, representada pelo mercado de trabalho local em enfermagem e pela instituição de ensino; e pelos determinantes da dimensão singular, pertinentes ao âmbito do ensino de Administração de Enfermagem. Os resultados apontam a necessidade do ensino estreitar as relações com o mercado de trabalho no sentido de ampliar a valorização das competências gerenciais do enfermeiro para além da dimensão técnica, contemplando estas dimensões: comunicativa, ética, política e de desenvolvimento da cidadania. / The development of this research focuses on the questions related to the nursing education, specifically related to the formation of a nurse\'s managerial competences. The objectives of this study are: (i) to identify the managerial competences proposed at the plans of education of disciplines that contains administration in nursing, recognizing the relationship between a Pedagogic-Politics Project (PPP) and the profile of the National Curricular Guidelines; (ii) to analyze the PPP of a nursing school towards the expectations of nursing services´ managers; (iii) to discuss the convergences and divergences of the work environment expectations towards the managerial competences and those prioritized at nursing school. The theoretical sustentation recouped concepts of competences in the context of general administration and education, promoting reflection and discussion about education and health politics in Brazil, as a determinative of models of formation in nursing and the education of Administration in Nursing. As a descriptive-exploratory research divided into three stages: documentary analysis of a PPP; analysis of the interviews carried out at by eleven representative nursing managers in Curitiba city, Brazil; and hermeneutics-dialectic interpretation of the managerial competences requested in the scopes of the education and work. The analysis and interpretation of the data had been subsidized into two distinct categories. The first is composed by the following analytical categories: totality, praxis, history, and dynamics. The second is composed into the following empirical categories demanded by the interviewed professionals: profile of the nurse; expectations of nursing managers; and management knowledge. The interpretative analysis was guided by: structural dimension that encloses health and education politics; the particular dimension, represented by nursing school; and the singular dimension,pertinent to the scope of the education in nursing administration. The results point out the necessity to approximate the nursing market of work and its formation in order to expand managerial nurses competences beyond the technical dimension, embracing the communicative, ethical, political and citizenship development dimensions.

De mänskliga resurserna kan ses som den viktigaste beståndsdelen inom organisationer, på grund av att medarbetarnas arbetskraft är den ursprungliga orsaken till effektivitet, kapital och upprätthållning av maskiner. Medarbetarnas arbetsmotivation är på så vis väsentlig att studera eftersom arbetsmotivation är ett av de viktigaste verktygen för att medarbetare ska kunna uppnå ett gynnsamt arbetsresultat. Omotiverade medarbetare skulle troligtvis bidra med en ytterst liten eller ingen ansträngning alls i sitt arbete. Det kan i många fall vara en utmaning för arbetsgivare att upprätthålla en hög arbetsmotivation, eftersom medarbetare efterfrågar olika behov för att upprätthålla en hög arbetsmotivation.Studien tar utgångspunkt i yttre symboliska och yttre materiella motivationsfaktorer eftersom yttre arbetsmotivation är av betydelse för medarbetares prestanda på arbetet som utförs. För att kunna besvara studiens problemformulering har studien tillämpat en kvalitativ metod där intervjuer genomfördes på medarbetare från fallstudiens två olika avdelningar. Den organisation som studeras är en industriorganisation, vilket är intressant att studera eftersom det är en bransch som växer sig större i Sverige och framförallt inom Västra Götalands län. Därmed vill studien beskriva vikten av att upprätthålla medarbetares arbetsmotivation och hur den kan skiljas åt mellan olika avdelningar. Resultatet i studien presenterar vikten i att känna till medarbetares olika behov eftersom de visats sig uppstå skillnader både inom efterfrågan på olika motivationsfaktorer och även medarbetarnas syn på definitionen av arbetsmotivation. Dock är det viktigt att ha i beaktning att studiens resultat endast är en indikation på hur medarbetare kan få ökad arbetsmotivation utifrån yttre symboliska och yttre materiella motivationsfaktorer, samt hur medarbetarnas arbetsmotivation kan skiljas åt inom olika avdelningar tillhörande samma organisation. / Human resources are probably one of the most important component within organizations, due to the workforce of employees is the original cause of efficiency, capital and maintenance of machines. Employees' work motivation is the essential to study since work motivation is one of the most important tools for employees to achieve a favorable work result. Unmotivated employees would probably contribute little or give no effort at all in their work. In many cases it can be a challenge for employers to maintain a high level of work motivation, because the employees seems to have different needs to keep their motivation at the highest level.The study has been based on external symbolic and external material motivational factors, since external work motivation is important for employees' performance in the work accomplished. In order to give answer to the study's problem formulation a qualitative researching method has been used, in which interviews were made on employees from the case study's two different departments.The study was made on an organization within the industry. This industry is growing larger in Sweden and especially in Västra Götaland County, where the study took place. The study wants to describe the importance of maintaining employees' work motivation and how it can be different between departments. The results of the study showed the importance of knowing the different needs from employees since it has been found out there have been differences in both the demand for different motivational factors and also the employees' views on the definition of work motivation. However, it is important to keep in mind that the study's results are only an indication of how employees can gain increased work motivation based on external symbolic and external material motivation factors, and how employees' work motivation can be differentiated within different departments belonging to the same organization.
