Networks of actors and competitiveness of territories.

Menage, Pierre 01 December 2011 (has links)
This thesis examines the action of the networks of actors on the competitiveness of territories. It develops the theoretical assumption that a territory facilitating the creation of actions' networks supports the competitiveness of the actors participating in these networks and can, in return, benefit from this competitiveness. This implies that the networks created mobilize some territorial resources and contribute to the enrichment of these resources. To test these hypothesis, we have made a survey about I.C.T. enterprises in Vannes, Lorient and Rennes territories.
