ABSTRACT Small and medium enterprises have a great connection with Taiwan¡¦s economic development in modern times. If an enterprise can utilize its own resources to find out the factors that could affect its competitive advantages by systematical analysis and find its competitive foundation and position to expand and strengthen its own core competitiveness plus effective strategy exerting, then it can definitely create and enhance its competitive advantage. However, how an enterprise constructs the competitive advantages that are irrelevant to its scale, how it takes the advantage of the flexibility as a small organization, to break through the barriers it encounters when growing up, and thus rank in the group of high competitiveness, would be great concerns. This case being studied in this research has only a two-year history in Taiwan¡¦s international transportation market, yet it is assured that the enterprise has made ends meet. Therefore, there must be something worth learning from and worth going deeper penetrating considering its competitive advantage. This case study will arrange and analyze the data and information collected in terms of the resources foundation, source of competitive advantages, and application of strategies to conclude whether the case¡¦s experience in the international transportation market corresponds with the theories.

Work is dealing with market of radio stations in Liberec with focus on analysis of the competition in this region. Theoretic base include structural analysis of branches, BCG matric and Porter's five forces model. Practical part is dealing with analysis of local radio station "Dobrý den" and suggests strategy and goals for years to come. One of the partial part is marketer research, whose point is to ascertain the most objective measure of quantity of radio listeners in Liberec. This indicator does not exist in official form, but this indicator is essential for local radio station on small market. Diploma work confront official measure of quantity of radio listeners measured in whole Ústecký and Liberecký region and measure of quantity of radio listeners measured in Liberec done by marketer research.

Title: Business plan of founding a tennis school Target: Target of the work is to set up a business plan for founding a tennis school in Prague, which should with using methods mentioned below bring the answer for essential question about space on the trade for this kind of business and it's potential rentability. Method: During processing thesis were used this methods: description (document analysis), interview with methodist of Czech Tennis Association Mrs. Jana Srnisková, written inquiries on candidates of second grade of tennis coaching, Porter five forces analysis, PESTEL analysis, competition analysis and SWOT analysis, which has helped to detect strenghts and weaknesses of tennis school and on the other hand provided evaluation of opportunities and threats analysed from external point of view. Results: The results should approach the problematic of founding tennis school in real conditions of TJ Sokol Horní Počernice. In final evaluation we can state, that in terms of exclusivity, courts will be used only with one tennis school - tennis school of Hroní Počernice. Despite the large amount of competition of tennis schools we could consider this business as profitable business. Keywords: Trade business, analysis, competiton, SWOT analysis, marketing mix.

Transfer of delictual liability in competition law The issue of delictual liability for anti-competitive practices and subsequent identification of party which is to be penalized for them is, with regard to effective protection of competition, a crucial one. However, it is also a topic which is, with a few notable exceptions, often addressed only superficially. This work therefore aims to perform thorough analysis of rules applicable to transfer of delictual liability both on European and Czech national level. For this purpose, it is divided into two major and comparatively separate parts. First of them is devoted to a detailed analysis of the European court of justice case-law related to the possibility of transfer of liability from the original infringer to a different legal entity. The aim is not only to identify particular criteria, which may affect such transfer of liability, but also to illustrate the direction in which the case-law of the European court of justice evolved and in which it is probable to continue heading in the future. In this thesis, I present the now non-existent company Liberecké automobilové závody. Based on available sources, I describe the circumstances surrounding its creation, gradual development into one of the most important enterprises in socialist Czechoslovakia, and the reasons for its unsuccessful adaptation to the transformation of a centrally planned economy in a market economy, which gradually led to its eventual demise. By combining the method of oral history and the study of written sources, I capture the daily working life of witnesses - the former employees of the plant in Mnichovo Hradiště, and find out how, from today's perspective, they remember this period of their lives. Além disso, visou-se observar o comportamento e o processo de interação entre os inimigos naturais T. remus, T. pretiosum e D. luteipes. Em nenhuma das datas de avaliação estudadas detectou-se diferença significativa no número médio de adultos e posturas de S. frugiperda. Quanto ao número de lagartas/planta, as áreas de vegetação não diversificada apresentaram maiores valores. Os predadores apareceram em maior número geralmente após os 30 DAE e preferiram as áreas de vegetação não diversificada. Já os parasitóides concentraram-se na cultura até os 25 DAE e preferiram as áreas de vegetação diversificada. Quando foi avaliada a competição entre T. remus e T. pretiosum não constatou-se multiparasitismo. Entretanto, quando as fêmeas de T. remus e T. pretiosum foram colocadas juntas sobre a mesma postura, T. remus predominou. Já quando T. remus foi colocado com D. luteipes observou-se que quando as posturas de S. frugiperda foram expostas primariamente ao parasitóide, D. luteipes as consumiu, mas somente até o terceiro dia após o parasitismo. T. remus parasitou ovos de D. luteipes com até 48h de desenvolvimento embrionário, mas apenas quando as fêmeas do predador estavam ausentes. / Abstract: This work aimed at evaluating the population dynamics of S. frugiperda in maize culture with high and low vegetal diversity around. And objectified to observe the behavior and interaction between the natural enemies T. remus, T. pretiosum and D. luteipes. Was not detect significant difference in number of S. frugiperda adults and egg masses throughout the time and at the areas of diversified vegetation or not. No diversified areas presented a higher number of larvae/plant. The predators had appeared in higher number after 30 days plants emergence and generally they preferred the areas of no diversified vegetation. The parasitoids were concentrated in the culture until the 25 days after plants emergence and had preferred the areas of diversified vegetation. When S. frugiperda eggs were exposed to either parasitoid previously, there was no emergence of the other parasitoid. And, when the T. remus and T. pretiosum females were placed together with S. frugiperda eggs, it was observed a greater parasitism by T. remus. The results showed a lack of multiparasitism by both species. When S. frugiperda eggs were exposed to T. remus previously, D. luteipes eat the eggs until three days after parasitism. T. remus parasitized D. luteipes eggs until 48h they were laid, but only when predator females were absent. / Doutor

La libéralisation du transport aérien et maritime a entrainé, à l'instar des autres secteurs, la transformation des infrastructures respectives afin que la libre concurrence soit assurée. Or, à côté des autres conséquences entrainées sur l'exploitation des infrastructures, l'évolution majeure a été le déploiement d'une concurrence entre elles. Malgré les missions particulières de satisfaction de l'intérêt général qui peuvent peser sur les infrastructures de transport et même si chaque infrastructure prise isolément détient un pouvoir de marché considérable, les infrastructures aéroportuaires ou portuaires sont susceptibles de subir une pression concurrentielle. En effet, les caractéristiques de monopole naturel des aéroports et des ports ont été relativisées sous l'effet de la mobilité dans l'économie de transport. Tant les aéroports que les ports deviennent souvent des maillons dans les stratégies concurrentielles des transporteurs, qui constituent leurs interlocuteurs puissants. Le droit a réagi à ce phénomène économique avec le démantèlement des monopoles étatiques, par leur privatisation ou décentralisation, et la restructuration des infrastructures. Par conséquent, il a entrainé une concurrence entre les opérateurs qui ont émergé, qui s'exerce pour et dans le «marché des infrastructures». Il s'agit certainement d'un marché «hétéro-déterminé», c'est à-dire hautement dépendant de la concurrence des transporteurs. D'une part, la délimitation du marché pertinent prend en compte le marché du transport, d'autre part, les formes que peut revêtir la concurrence entre infrastructures ou leur coopération éventuelle sont dictées par les stratégies des transporteurs. / The liberalization of air and maritime transport has resulted in the transformation of the respective infrastructures, in order to facilitate competition between transport operators. However, the most remarkable change has been the development of competition between them. In spite of the particular tasks of general interest assigned to the infrastructures of transport and although each infrastructure taken separately holds a considerable market power, airports and ports are susceptible to competitive pressure. Indeed, the natural monopoly characteristics have been relativized due to the mobility in the economy of transport. Both airports and ports often become simple links in the competitive strategies of carriers, which constitute their powerful counterparts. The law responded to this economic phenomenon, by dismantling state monopolies, proceeding to their privatization or decentralization. Therefore, this tendency has led to a competition between emerged operators, for and within the "market of infrastructures". This market is certainly "hetero-determined", which means that it is highly dependent of the competition in the market of transport. Thus, the definition of the relevant market takes into account the market of transport. Besides, the possible forms of competition or cooperation between infrastructures are determined by the carrier strategies.

The diploma thesis focused on issues of counting scores in handball matches in the Central Bohemia region, specifically on the system of competition for U13 category. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the sport, handball, youth sports training, the system of competition of younger students in the Central Bohemia region, sports performance and also marginally deals with attitudes and their formation. The research part is primarily focused on the processing and interpretation of results from a guided interview with experienced coaches of the Central Bohemia Handball Association, where the aim will be to determine the main purpose for removing the public score indicator from e U13 category competition system. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the interpretation of results based on questionnaires for players, parents and coaches who have dealt with the issue and preferences of the system of competition for younger players in the Central Bohemia region. Through the analyses of questionnaires and interviews with experienced coaches they'll be able to specify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the established competition system without a public score indicator in connection with the emphasis on...
