Mokyklos audito rezultatų panaudojimas efektyvinant mokyklos vadybą / The usage of the results of school’s audit in making school’s management effective

Misiukevičienė, Rasa 16 August 2007 (has links)
Pirmajame skyriuje pristatomi teoriniai tiriamojo darbo pagrindai: audito samprata, klasifikavimas. Antrajame skyriuje apžvelgiamas švietimo įstaigos vertinimas . Trečiajame skyriuje pateikiama vidaus audito, atlikto mokykloje, analizė. Apžvelgtos trys vertinimo sritys: ,,Mokyklos valdymas ir kokybės garantavimas”... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The topic of the research is „The usage of the results of school’s audit in making school’s management effective“. The author of the paper is Rasa Misiukevičienė, the student of Management of Education and Social Psychology, in Education Faculty, the Department of Extramural Studies. For a long time the main school assessment’s criteria were considered student’s academic achievements and the number of the students that entered high schools. However, school’s objectives are much wider than just preparing students for university: the objectives are also to educate an independent, public-spirited and fair personality. From now on schools can evaluate themselves according to the methodology of audit of comprehensive school. According to it, every school has a chance to check quality, realize disadvantages and anticipate perspective of development. The hypothesis of the paper is that internal audit reveals inner advantages and disadvantages of school. The aim - to get acquainted with the methodology of audit and to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of school’s management according to the basis of results. The tasks: • To ascertain if audit is one of the most important and reliable sources of economic information • To evaluate present situation of school and ascertain both advantages and disadvantages. Research methods: observation, questionnaire, conversation, interview, the analysis of documents. In the first part the theoretical research work’s bases... [to full text]

Příprava projektu Současný literární život pro I. ročník čtyřletých gymnázií / Preparing the Project Contemporary Czech Literary Life for The 1st Grade of Four-Year-Grammar School

Fiřtová, Kristina January 2011 (has links)
Résumé Students of the 1st grade of four-year-grammar school are not well-informed about contemporary literary life. They think that only books that are currently being published should be classified as literature, knowing only the world bestsellers from all of the books that have actually been published. Students have almost never visited any reading or literary fairs. They know nothing about the various Czech literary awards. Some Czech writers, to them, are no longer relevant, for example Arnošt Lustig or Karel Šiktanc. In their minds, the success of an author is measured by the volume of sales and value of money. The severely marginalized authorial status, by viewing the writer not as a "prophet", but instead as an entertainment producer. People generally prefer special effects which offer immediate gratification, because they don't want to spend the time and concentration it takes to read. As far as the students are concerned, reading is boring and difficult. Czech students aren't tought to see value in reading. This could be the result of the methods which are used at Czech schools - suppressing critical thinking and paying more attention to the acquisition of knowledge. A five day project was created for this vary reason. Activities which could be integrated in the domain of literary life are...

Attaining quality education in Mauritius at secondary level : a case study of the Zone 2 (state secondary) schools from the educator’s perspective

Burrun, Shanita 03 1900 (has links)
"Education For All" is the goal which the Ministry of Education and Human Resources, in Mauritius, wishes to attain, based on the recommendations of UNESCO. Mauritius urges for quality education, that is, a world-class education in which each Mauritian child should be given the opportunity to reach high educational success. Education must be the privilege of all and not the sole right of a few elites. This study analyses, from an educator‘s point of view, the extent to which Mauritius is proficient in reaching quality education at secondary level. It is mainly based on hypothesis-testing. The research process also includes a case study of the Zone 2, for which a selfadministered questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 90 educators. The study reveals that Mauritius is heading towards a quantified education rather than a quality education. Mass education can be seen as a better rhetoric for its current educational plan. / Sociology / M.A. (Sociology)

Výtvarná výchova a klíčové kompetence. / Art Education and key competencies.

Unique, Elis January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the influence of art education on the development of key competences within the curriculum for the elementary school. The thesis explores the potential of this discipline and the possibility to apply it to the development and strengthening of cognitive functions, self-confidence, social and communication skills in children in the elderly school age. The first theoretical part focuses on the concept of art education and its present currents in relation to both the changing educational content and some of the problems encountered in common school practice. Particular attention is paid to the animo-centric approach to which the author reports, and at the same time he feels the need to define the boundary between developing competencies and solving specific problems of individual pupils or classroom dynamics, between artefiletics and activities that approach their approach to artetherapy. The second part elaborates the findings of in-depth interviews with experts in pedagogy and psychology that describe the experience with artefiletics, artetherapy and pedagogical work in school and their potential to develop key competencies. The aim of the thesis is to investigate and describe the tools of art education in the development of key competences and its ability to prevent and possibly...
