<p>Through a thorough analysis of the current situation, we have highlighted differences in</p><p>working methods for the various workshops and drew up proposals for improvements in</p><p>combination with a practical work description that can be implemented in the company.</p>

V diplomové práci je představena strategie vstupu na geograficky nový trh pro nedávno založenou společnost. Misí společnosti je skrze ukázky pražení kávy, ochutnávky kávy přiblížit svět kávy, a zároveň poskytnout zákazníkům kvalitní čerstvě upraženou kávu. Cílem práce je na základě kritické analýzy nového trhu navrhnout strategii na jeho vstup. Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky, analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí (Porterovu analýzu pěti sil, PEST analýzu, SWOT analýzu a marketingový výzkum) a návrhy řešení.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of nature close to the flood protection of the city Prostějov at the confluence of the watercourses Romže and Hloučely and the flow Valova (Romže). In canculations there was solved capacity of individual sections and canculation of levels for one-year, five-year and twenty-year flow. For canculations there was used one-dimensional mathematical model HEC-RAS 5.0.3. Determination of roughness of bottom and slopes was based on personal visit. The result of this diploma thesis is evaluation of current state and proposal of a nature close to the flood protection in the individual streams in the city Prostějov. The thesis contains the calculation part and the drawing part documenting the proposed measure.

The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the passage contract now at ABB s.r.o. and propose solutions that will lead to the optimization of the production system. The first part focuses on the theoretical aspects are important for understanding the basic principles. The second part of the analysis is completed passage of the contract now. The following sections are submitted its own proposals for solutions that will lead to more efficient processes and evaluate the design itself.

The aim of this dissertation is to propose adjustments of five chosen locations leading to increase safety and to improve financial requirements. Problematic locations can be found in the region of Ústí nad Orlicí. The work contains three variants to improve every area.

This Master’s thesis deals with an analysis of the cosmetic company Mary Kay (Czech Republic), s.r.o. In the theoretical part, basic terms and analyses are described and afterwards used in the analytical part. To determine the current functioning state of the company, the Porter five forces analysis, the SLEPTE analysis, SWOT analysis, and analyses 7S are used. Results of the mentioned analyses provide suggestions and recommendations regarding improvement of the functioning of Mary Kay (Czech Republic), s.r.o. company.

Achieving a sustainable production has become more important in the same phase as the environmental focus grows. Sustainable production means that you take into consideration the economical and environmental life cycle, that can be analyzed and measured with help from LCC (Life Cycle Cost) and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment). The purpose of this study has been to increase the understanding for how LCC and LCA can be used in order to improve the economical and environmental sustainability within manufacturing processes. The goal has been to identify weaknesses and improvement potential in order to strengthen sustainability. There has also been a purpose to create a template with the purpose to promote other companies to identify which factors need to be improved. Data has been collected through structured interviews and other documents from the studied company. Results and conclusions present that the studied company’s production is economically and environmentally sustainable but there is room for improvement.  The improvement suggestions that the authors have come up with is following: - Reduce costs by improving the flow within the production - Shorten the distance of transportation by choosing local suppliers - Choosing more environmentally friendly transportation. / Att uppnå en hållbar produktion är någonting som blir viktigare och viktigare med de ökade miljökrav som ställs. Hållbar produktion innebär att man tar hänsyn till den ekonomiska och miljömässiga livscykeln, som kan analyseras och mätas med hjälp av LCC (Life Cycle Costs) och LCA (Life Cycle Assessment).  Syftet med denna studie har varit att ge en ökad förståelse för hur LCC och LCA kan användas för att förbättra den ekonomiska och miljömässiga hållbarheten inom produktioner. Målet med studien har varit att identifiera svagheter och förbättringspotential inom produktionsprocesser för att stärka hållbarheten. Det har även funnits ett syfte att skapa en mall med syfte att främja andra företag att identifiera vilka faktorer som behöver förbättras. Data har samlats in genom strukturerade intervjuer och annan dokumentation från det studerade fallföretaget. Resultat och slutsats presenterar att företagets produktion är ekonomiskt och miljömässigt hållbart men att förbättringspotential finns. De förbättringsförslag som författarna kom fram till var följande: - Reducera kostnader genom att förbättra flödet - Minska transportsträckan genom lokala leverantörer - Välja miljövänligare transport / <p>Digital presentation som följd av Covid-19.</p>

This thesis is based on critical analysis of office development to determine the development potential of this real estate segment and therefore also predict the future evolution of market characteristics (supply, demand, vacancy rates, investments, rents, yields and prices) and a model scenarios of development towards an optimistic, realistic or pessimistic. The work includes a theoretical part, which defines the basic concepts needed to understand the problem. Furthermore, the development and current situation related to that topic and the actual forecast of the market for office space.

This master’s thesis solves the lean production’s methods implementation in the steps assembly department at the company IFE CR, a. s. The first part of the thesis describes the material and information flows and the most serious problems are identified in this part. On the basis of the analysis the optimized future state is designed and possible proposals of solutions are recommended to do for achieving this state. The solution of implementation of a new steps assembly line is solved in detail in the last part.

The Diploma Thesis focuses on the assessment of the current state of VD Tesetice to convert KPV parameters Q1000. Based on this evaluation, the thesis proposes corrective actions on waterwork constructions for the purpose of protection of their functioning during floods. Proposed corrective actions consist of designing new or additional safety features, mainly security spillway in abutment terrain.
