Gestão da inovação e desenvolvimento da criatividade : um estudo em indústrias moveleirasRamos, Claudia Lisiane Oro Ribeiro January 2013 (has links)
A gestão da inovação e o desenvolvimento da criatividade nas indústrias moveleiras do Brasil, em todos os tamanhos e portes, tem sido alvo de diversas discussões, o que demanda pesquisas sobre abordagens que atendam às características típicas deste tipo de indústria. A necessidade de inovar conciliando o desenvolvimento humano e crescimento econômico destas, bem como a ausência de publicações mais específicas e detalhadas a este respeito, dificultam e até impedem, um diagnóstico mais apurado sobre o tema. O objetivo principal desta pesquisa foi diagnosticar e analisar os processos de gestão da inovação e do desenvolvimento da criatividade nas indústrias moveleiras do município de Nova Mutum, localizado na região central do estado do Mato Grosso. Após o estudo de caso mencionado, foi investigada a existência de fatores de estímulo e bloqueio à criatividade por parte dos funcionários das indústrias numa perspectiva macroergonômica e identificado e analisado os fatores de estímulo e bloqueios que podem estar afetando os processos de criatividade e inovação na visão dos gestores das empresas. Como principais resultados encontrados pode-se afirmar que os problemas que afetam o processo de gestão da inovação estão relacionados ao nível de qualificação da mão de obra e a reduzida capacidade de investimentos e competências voltadas à gestão administrativa. Além disso, percebe-se que entre os funcionários, os subsistemas organizacional e técnico tem uma maior influência que o ambiente externo e social e, na perspectiva dos gestores, a falta de treinamento e capacitação, a falta de recursos financeiros e materiais e a falta de organização administrativa, são fatores determinantes no desenvolvimento da criatividade e da inovação. / The management of innovation and creativity in the development of furniture industry in Brazil in all shapes and sizes has been targeted of several discussions, which requires research about approaches that meet the typical characteristics of this type of industry. The need to innovate reconciling human development and economic growth of these, as well as the absence of more specific and detailed publications in this regard, make it difficult and even impede a more accurate diagnosis on the subject. The main objective of this research was to detect and analyze the processes of innovation management and the development of creativity in the furniture industry in the municipality of Nova Mutum, located in the central region of the state of Mato Grosso. After the mentioned case study it was investigated the existence of factors stimulus and blocking creativity on the part of officials of the industries in a perspective macroergonômica and identified and analyzed the factors of stimulus and blockages that may be affecting the processes of creativity and innovation in vision on corporate managers. As main results can be stated that the problems that affect the process of innovation management are related to the qualification level of the workforce and reduced investment capacity and skills geared to administrative management. Moreover, it is clear that among the employees, organizational and technical subsystems has a greater influence than the external environment and social and managers' perspective, the lack of training and qualification, lack of financial and material resources and lack of administrative organization, are determining factors in the development of creativity and innovation.

Experience and perception of deaf teenagers is different from their pairs. These differences may have an impact on the learning process, behaviour and artistic expression of deaf teenagers. Deaf teenagers usually perceive the meanings specifically and literally.They lack the flexibility of imagination and creativity. At the same time traditional, directive education does not disclose deep creative powers of deaf teenagers, which are characteristic of spontaneity and impetuosity. The purpose of this study is to explore the possibilities of using non-directive art methods in the development of deaf teenagers. Objectives of the study are the following: to study literary resources of pedagogy, psychology and art therapy that examine the problems of deaf teenagers; to research characteristics of pedagogical interaction in the development of creativity of deaf teenagers; to analyse the impact of art therapy process for the emotional change of deaf teenagers, and to reveal the possibilities of art as a means of artistic communication in the development of creativity of deaf teenagers. The research object is the creativity of deaf teenagers. Hypothesis: using art in the development of creativity of deaf teenagers is effective if a safe psychological context is created in the educational process during which they can freely express emotions and share experiences by artistic means. The main topic of the diploma thesis is creativity and its function in CIE Automotive company in Valašské Meziříčí. Creativity is the integral part of personal and working life of each person. It influences the ability of the company to react to possible changes and it can also dramatically influence the existence and prosperity of the whole company. CIE Automotive is an important supplier in automobile industry. In a long term the company faces lack of support and development of creativity of its employees. The main aim of the thesis is to explore the relation of CIE Automotive employees to creativity and on the basis of this information formulate a suggestion of new project for creativity development in CIE Automotive. The theoretical part is dedicated to specification of essential definitions associated with creativity and its function in the company. In the thesis are used two main methods for necessary data finding - interview and questionnaire. On the basis of received information are suggested recommendations to CIE Automotive and created entirely new program to support the development of creativity among employees in the above mentioned company. In the practical part the emphasis is placed on weakness identification resulting from the interview with HR manager and mentioned questionnaires. Weaknesses are considered to be insufficiently creative atmosphere, lack of team support, inefficient communication in the company and vague program for creativity support. Considering the weaknesses, there are recommendations suggested how to focus on improvement of weaknesses and also created a new program to support creativity - REGIA IDEA.

The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on characteristics of children in the preparatory grade age from a development perspective, methods and techniques of drama education, whilst another chapter is devoted to the curiculum education system, a further chapter covers project education. The practical part of the thesis endeavoured to compare the level of social skills between agroup of children which had integrated disabled children and another group of ordinary children in prepatory grade. Another objective of the thesis was to motivate children to creatively collaborate with respect to the creation of a tactile book and a CD entry.

The aim of this study was to compare the methods used in terms of their impact on human development, teamwork, communication, creativity and degree of its development. This research showed, that the development of creativity in the teamwork brings a lot of advantages. Especially the level of cooperation, inspiration and humour, that is lived in the group together. In this research is showed that different methods for the development of creativity are developing the components of creativity in different degrees.
