Semotam, Petr January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis concerns issues of predictive and condition based maintenance system of machine tools with using a vibrodiagnostics. It studies and researches its impacts through the basic processes of the maintenance system and characterizes the vibration diagnosis as its tool and mean. There is also described a process of putting condition based maintenance into practice in the practical part of the thesis. The development is realized at Siemens Ltd. Brno with all its requirements and aspects such as a maintenance audit which means the decision on the suitability of condition based maintenance within the current maintenance system, technical analysis as a part of introduction of vibration diagnosis and the practical example of acquiring, recording and assessment of measured vibration. Optimalizace postupů pro kvantifikaci miRNA z tenkojehlových bioptických vzorků karcinomu pankreatu. / Optimization of miRNA analysis in fine-needle biopsy samples of pancreatic cancer tissue.

Čuperková, Romana January 2014 (has links)
Pancreatic cancer (PC) is extremely severe malignant disease with a five-year survival of less than 5%. Currently there is no reliable tool for the diagnosis of PC in its early stages. At the time of clinical symptoms most patients are in an advanced stage of the disease and the treatment does not usually have a significant effect. For these reasons emphasis is gradually shifting to the search for the suitable molecular markers for improvement of the diagnosis and assessment of the survival prognosis with respect to a possibility of surgical treatment. MiRNA represent one of the most promising markers, although, their examination in pancreatic tissue is a complicated process. One of the reasons is the very small amount of the source material coming from a fine needle biopsy. A second cause of problems is the subtle character of the pancreatic tissue resulting in significantly lower yields of molecular genetic analysis when compared to other epithelial tissues. An additional negative factor is heterogeneity of the tissue resulting in disproportionate representation of tumor cells within the sample. A suitable choice of procedures for isolation of nucleic acids (NA) and subsequent analysis including quantification of tumor cells is critical for accurate evaluation of the miRNA levels. This work is...

Strategie diferenciace na počátku školní docházky / Strategies of differentiation on the beging of the school attendance

Klímová, Alena January 2015 (has links)
The outcome of the project is a current trend of equal children education. The trend of inclusion leads to associate students with special needs with non-disabled students. It makes bigger demands on competence of teacher (the teacher on first level of education on elementary school in Czech Republic). The teacher who's applying this project must find the best way how to organize school lessons in heterogeneous classes. The teacher should be able to use entire potential of pupils since the school year has started. The theoretic part of book contains facts and advantages of differentiated instruction - these points were summed up from scientific literature sources. The author gives examples of teaching methods and their utilization. There are chapters dealing with school and family cooperation in the project, this part has very important impact on realizing the inclusion. The cooperation is also important to fulfil individual children needs. The author puts emphasis particularly on 'special education'(the needs of certain groups like socially weak students, Romany students or extraordinary gifted students). The theoretic issues are applied in practical part of book. There's an example of teaching plan, which she used in her class. The plan reveals the main points confronted in everyday reality. At...

Roztroušená skleróza: kortikoidní a biologická léčba, význam pedagogiky v rehabilitaci / Multiple Sclerosis: Corticoid and Biological Therapy, Importance of Pedagogy in Rehabilitation

Rosová, Anna January 2016 (has links)
The submitted thesis deals with the theme of a neurodegenerative autoimmune disease, the sclerosis multiplex. Although this serious disease has become an object of intensive research in recent decades and there is an inexhaustible quantity of literature available, we haven't yet fully identified the causes of this disease as well as we haven't found such kind of effective treatment that would lead to the permanent recovery of patients. I focused my interest on two main spheres: first, the description and comparison of practices in terms of pharmacotherapy giving priority to its benefits to patients, second, the view of another important but not always appreciated part of therapy, physiotherapy or rehabilitation; the main point is studying of processes and actions from the pedagogical point of view.

Povolná, Kateřina January 2017 (has links)
The thesis is devoted to the issue of school readiness and its diagnosis. The aim was to compare the two tests used for the testing of school readiness and to assess whether the comparatively evaluate some aspects of school readiness. In the first chapter of the theoretical part the area of development of preschool children in describe. The second chapter is devoted to major changes in the legislation of our education. The next two chapters (third and fourth) are on school readiness, enrollment in elementary and diagnostics of school maturity. The last, fifth chapter of the theoretical part, deals with immaturity and unpreparedness for entry into school. In the practical part I focused on in-house testing and evaluation of tests used. For testing, I chose two tests used to evaluate school maturity. The results of the two tests I tried using statistical methods to determine whether these tests evaluate comparatively. Key words: school readiness, school preparedness, diagnostics of school readiness, child of preschool age, preschool education, postponement of school attendance, school immaturity
