Statistické hodnocení výstupů kontrolního systému při výrobě požárních automobilů / Statistical classification exit checking system at production fire car

Nikl, Michal January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of the control system outputs in the production of fire car. In the first part of thesis is evaluated control system by company THT, Ltd.. The second, theoretical part, describes the seven basic quality tools, which represents tools for detection and analyzing of quality problems. In the third, practical part, is describes the proposed program, which serves as a simple tool for identification of the most frequent disagreements in the fire engines. In the final part is evaluated implementation of the proposed program in the company.

Snižování nákladů společnosti za použití nástrojů kvality / Cost Savings in Company with Tools of Quality

Koláček, Luděk January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with application of quality tools in production plant. Theoretical part deal with history of quality, current situation in quality management and describe some of quality tools. In practical part will be applied some of described quality tools. Some of them are already implemented in production but only partially and they are not used in full for more flexible and efficient production. Conclusions and results of this diploma thesis should prove that if we are using these tools in full, we can decrease extra cost in production.

Pístový parní motor / Piston steam engine

Hrbáček, Jaroslav January 2008 (has links)
Object of this document is possibility of using piston steam engine (later only SE) in steam boiler plant, heating plant and steam reduction station. There is implemented a thermodynamic suggestion of SE for defined parameters of mechanical power 20 kW, frequency 1500 cpm, input steam pressure 1,5 MPa and warmth inside steam condenser 105 °C. There are implemented the main construction segments of SE with a view to steam distribution system. For determine a shape of work diagram SE (p-V diagram), there was created a supportive programme in Excel. The programme serves as the basis of determination of motor stroke volume and basis of determination of main dimensions.

Cellularity of Twisted Semigroup Algebras of Regular Semigroups

Wilcox, Stewart January 2006 (has links)
There has been much interest in algebras which have a basis consisting of diagrams, which are multiplied in some natural diagrammatic way. Examples of these so-called diagram algebras include the partition, Brauer and Temperley-Lieb algebras. These three examples all have the property that the product of two diagram basis elements is always a scalar multiple of another basis element. Motivated by this observation, we find that these algebras are examples of twisted semigroup algebras. Such algebras are an obvious extension of twisted group algebras, which arise naturally in various contexts; examples include the complex numbers and the quaternions, considered as algebras over the real numbers. The concept of a cellular algebra was introduced in a famous paper of Graham and Lehrer; an algebra is called cellular if it has a basis of a certain form, in which case the general theory of cellular algebras allows us to easily derive information about the semisimplicity of the algebra and about its representation theory, even in the non-semisimple case. Many diagram algebras (including the above three examples) are known to be cellular. The aim of this thesis is to deduce the cellularity of these examples (and others) by proving a general result about the cellularity of twisted semigroup algebras. This will extend a recent result of East. In Chapters 2 and 3 we discuss semigroup theory and twisted semigroup algebras, and realise the above three examples as twisted semigroup algebras. Chapters 4 to 7 detail and extend slightly the theory of cellular algebras. In Chapter 8 we state and prove the main theorem, which shows that certain twisted semigroup algebras are cellular. Under the assumptions of the main theorem, we explore the cell representations of twisted semigroup algebras in Chapter 9. Finally in Chapter 10, we apply the theorem to various examples, including the three diagram algebras mentioned above.

Solid-Liquid Equilibrium in Multi Solute Systems

Kurosawa, Izumi 18 May 2004 (has links)
Solid-liquid equilibrium in isomorphous amino acid systems has been investigated as a model for systems that form solid solutions. Solid- and liquid-phase compositions in L-valine + L-leucine, L-valine + L-isoleucine, and L-isoleucine + L-valine in water were measured over the entire range of solid composition, and it was shown (from mass balance and phase rule considerations) that these systems form solid solutions. The solid- phases resulting from isothermal and cooling crystallization experiments were also investigated using powder x-ray diffractometry which showed that homogeneous solid solutions could only be obtained in cooling crystallization experiments, whereas isothermal experiments generally produced inhomogeneous solids. This suggests that data reported in the literature from isothermal experiments may not represent true equilibrium values. Solid-phase activity coefficients were estimated using binary and ternary equilibrium data and the UNIFAC-Kuramochi model for liquid-phase nonidealities. The solid phases in the three systems investigated exhibited significant nonidealities that were correlated using the Margules model. The model parameters exhibited a linear relationship with the ratio of binary solubilities of the two solutes. Such simple relationship may be advantageous when solid-liquid equilibrium of thermally unstable solutes or components with unknown physical properties are crystallized.

Model and Analysis of Transmission Lines on Flexible Printed Circuit for the Video Driver Circuit

Huang, Ming-chieh 02 August 2010 (has links)
With smaller electronic devices and higher transmission speeds, a digital circuit will cause potential electromagnetic interference (EMI) and signal integrity (SI) problems. Nowadays, the flexible printed circuit board (FPC) is widely used in electronic systems, especially in the video circuit. In this thesis, we used transmission line model to explain effect of the structure of the flexible printed circuit board transmission lines. Eye-diagram is a fast and convenient tool to analyze the quality of the high speed transmission, and we can use the equivalent model to substitute for the electromagnetic (EM) model to simulate the performance. We used differential circuit and the reflection gain to increase the height and width parameters of Eye-diagram, and make the quality of signal transmission higher. For video driver circuit, since the terminal resistance is different depending on whether the IC is on or off, the standard probe cannot measure mixed-mode S-parameter directly due to the connectors. Thus, we provided a de-embedding method to remove the effects of high speed interconnect line on the test board. Finally, we use a simple structure to verify the method, and it can be used to measure mixed-mode S-parameter on the standard of Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) for D-PHY, v0.90.00.

UML: A Study for Transforming Class Diagram to Object-Relational Model

Liao, Han-Chun 31 July 2002 (has links)
After well-known structured technology, object-oriented technology has become another paradigm of system development and a hot topic in the field of software engineering. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) has become a standard means for the analysis and design of object-oriented after it passed the certification of the Object Management Group (OMG) in 1997, and it was widely used in many industries. Although it becomes a standard of object-oriented modeling language, UML hasn¡¦t provided principles or guidelines for mapping classes to tables. The purpose of this study is to investigate the guidelines for transforming UML class diagram to object-relational model. The transferring methods include both static structure transfer and dynamic behavior transfer. An example of automobile ordering system is used to illustrate the guideline and application. With these guidelines, analysts can easily use the UML class diagram to express database designing and thereby improve the efficiency and effectiveness of UML modeling.
