La audición nos ofrece la posibilidad detectar y conocer el mundo, siendo la puerta de entrada y el punto de partida de la comunicación lingüística oral, por esto es importante que exista una detección precoz de los déficits auditivos que se pueden presentar, ya que éstos podrían generar grandes repercusiones en el desarrollo de los niños, particularmente en la adquisición de las habilidades lingüísticas y comunicativas, permitiendo que la implementación de ayudas auditivas y la posterior intervención, sean llevadas a cabo en los tiempos óptimos para su mejor rendimiento y obtención de mejores resultados. En Chile existen diferentes entidades de intervención y comunicación para niños con problemas auditivos, pero no existe actualmente un catastro de lo que se realiza en ellos, de las metodologías utilizadas, cantidad de niños atendidos, el enfoque de su intervención, entre otras cosas. Por este motivo, el propósito de este seminario es disponer de información actualizada y detallada sobre las diferentes entidades de intervención y educación que llevan a cabo rehabilitación auditiva en niños con hipoacusia, para conocer el estado actual de ésta en la Región Metropolitana y aportar información relevante para terapeutas y familiares de los niños. Para la realización de este estudio se invitó a participar a 15 entidades de intervención y educación que llevan a cabo rehabilitación auditiva en la región Metropolitana, de éstos 14 accedieron a participar del estudio. Se les aplicó una pauta de entrevista para obtener la información más relevante, estableciendo de esta manera una caracterización de la realidad actual de la Región Metropolitana sobre la rehabilitación auditiva. / Hearing gives us the possibility to detect and know the world, being the starting and ending point of oral linguistic communication, it is important that there be early detection of hearing deficits that may appear. Said deficits could generate larger repercussions in a child’s development, especially in the acquisition of linguistic and communicative abilities which let the implementation of auditive correction and later intervention to be given at the correct moment in order to obtain better results. In Chile there are different entities that focus on intervention and communication for children with hearing difficulties but no formal records of what they have achieved their methodology, the number of children that have used their services, the focus of their interventions currently exists. For this reason, the aim of this seminar is to offer up to date and detailed information regarding the interventional and educational entities that offer auditive rehabilitation to children suffering from hearing loss and the current state of the Metropolitan Region regarding the matter as well as to give relevant information to therapists and the children’s family members. In order to complete this study, 15 of the aforementioned entities where invited to participate in the study, out of which 14 accepted. Through a series of interviews, the appropriate information was obtained and thus permitting to have a better understanding of the current state of auditive rehabilitation in the Metropolitan Region.

Si bien ha estado tradicionalmente asociado al acceso a espacios físicos, el concepto de accesibilidad comprende también la integración social y cultural de las personas con discapacidad. Una manera de lograrlo es mediante la accesibilidad a productos audiovisuales. En países como Estados Unidos, España o Finlandia, se han registrado propuestas y estudios de subtítulos para personas con discapacidad auditiva tanto en la televisión, el cine y los videojuegos, pero muy pocas en el teatro. En el Perú, tanto las propuestas como los estudios de traducción para la accesibilidad en cualquier ámbito son escasos. Recientemente, en el año 2019, el Teatro Británico ha empezado a ofrecer funciones de teatro inclusivas para personas con discapacidad auditiva. La difusión de productos culturales accesibles en el Perú es un servicio nuevo y no existen estudios al respecto. Por ello, el presente estudio busca analizar la recepción de los subtítulos para personas sordas de la obra teatral Hedda, producida por el Teatro Británico. Nuestra investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, pues busca describir la recepción de esta obra accesible por un grupo de diez participantes con discapacidad auditiva. A través de una encuesta, se conocerá su perfil sociocultural y sus reacciones y comprensión frente a la obra subtitulada. De esta manera, se busca establecer un diálogo entre las perspectivas de la teoría sobre el estudio de la recepción del subtitulado para sordos de obras teatrales y los resultados de su aplicación en la práctica desde la perspectiva de la comunidad sorda. / Although it has traditionally been associated with access to physical spaces, the concept of accessibility also includes the social and cultural integration of people with disability. One way to achieve this is through accessibility to audiovisual products. Proposals and studies regarding subtitles for the hearing impaired have been registered in countries such as the United States, Spain or Finland, both on television, movies and on video games, but very few in theater. In Peru, both the proposals and the studies of translation for accessibility in any field are limited. In 2019, El Teatro Británico has started offering inclusive theater performances for people with hearing impairment. The dissemination of accessible cultural products in Peru is a new service and there are no studies on it. Therefore, the present study seeks to analyze the reception of the subtitles for the hearing impaired of the play “Hedda”, produced by El Teatro Británico. Our research has a qualitative approach, as it seeks to describe the reception of this accessible play by a group of ten participants with hearing impairment. Their sociocultural profile, reactions and understanding of the subtitled play will be known through a survey. In this way, it seeks to establish a dialogue between the perspectives of theater subtitling for the deaf theory and the results of its application from the perspective of the deaf community. / Trabajo de investigación

El presente trabajo reflexiona sobre las condiciones que deben cumplirse para que las personas con discapacidad auditiva tengan acceso a contenido audiovisual en las salas de las cadenas de cines de Lima Metropolitana. Se requiere profundizar en el tipo de métodos que podrían ser utilizados para que las personas con discapacidad auditiva puedan disfrutar de una película en las salas convencionales. Este trabajo medita sobre las posibilidades que tienen las películas peruanas con accesibilidad audiovisual de ser comerciales. También, se analizará cómo afecta los principios del diseño universal a los agentes de la industria audiovisual en el cine peruano, a que se le denomina discapacidad y cuáles son las barreras que puede haber por utilizar métodos de accesibilidad audiovisual para personas con discapacidad auditiva en las salas de cine. / This work reflects on the conditions that must be met so that people with hearing disabilities have access to audiovisual content in the cinemas of the cinema chains of Metropolitan Lima. It is necessary to delve into the type of methods that could be used so that people with hearing disabilities can enjoy a movie in conventional theaters. This work meditates on the possibilities that Peruvian films with audiovisual accessibility have of being commercial. It will also analyze how the principles of universal design affect the agents of the audiovisual industry in Peruvian cinema, which is called disability and what are the barriers that may exist due to the use of audiovisual accessibility methods for people with hearing disabilities in the cinemas. / Trabajo de investigación

El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo demostrar la viabilidad del proyecto de mascarillas transparentes, ya que durante la pandemia existen personas con discapacidad auditiva que se han visto afectadas por el uso de las mascarillas tradicionales. Actualmente no se está explotando el comercio de este tipo de mascarillas, por lo que existe una gran oportunidad de fomentar la compra y uso de estas mascarillas por medio de campañas de concientización, sobre los efectos de las mascarillas tradicionales para personas con discapacidad auditiva. Para comprobar la viabilidad del proyecto se realizarán investigaciones de mercado por medio de entrevistas y se medirá la intensión de compra a través de pruebas en las redes sociales. Estos análisis son dirigidos a personas de Lima Metropolitana que se encuentran en el nivel socioeconómico A y B. Del mismo modo, se trabajarán los análisis financieros necesarios, que permitirán obtener rentabilidad desde el primer año. Asimismo, para cada uno de los primeros cinco años proyectados para la empresa, el crecimiento será de 10% con respecto al año anterior. Para el inicio de operaciones se requerirá una inversión de S/. 69, 193.00 que comprende los activos tangibles, activos intangibles y el capital de trabajo. El 50% de esta inversión correrá por cuenta de los accionistas y el otro 50% será financiado por una entidad bancaria. Esta inversión se recuperará en un corto plazo, obteniendo un VAN de S/. 58, 416.00 y una TIR de 77% para los inversionistas. / The research work aims to demonstrate the viability of the transparent mask project, since during the pandemic there are people with hearing disabilities who have been affected by the use of traditional masks. Nowadays this type of masks is not currently being exploited, the company has a great opportunity to promote the purchase and use of these masks through awareness campaigns about the effects of traditional masks for deaf-mute people. To verify the viability of the project, market research will be carried out through interviews and the purchase intention will be measured through tests on social networks. These analyzes are aimed at people from Lima city who are in socioeconomic level A and B. In the same way, the necessary financial analyzes will be carried out, which will allow obtaining profitability from the first year. Likewise, for each of the first five years projected for the company, growth will be 10% compared to the previous year. For the start of operations we need an investment of S /. 69, 193.00 which includes tangible assets, intangible assets and working capital. 50% of this investment will be granted by the shareholders and the other 50% will be financed by a bank.
