The thesis analyzes the area of enterprise content management (ECM), identifies its relation to other business applications and defines various stages of the life cycle of documents. It also describes individual components of ECM, including the technologies covering these components. A tool for managing and storing documents (DMS) in ABC company is presented in more detail in the practical part. The Exact Synergy Enterprise software demonstrates its advantages and disadvantages affecting document management and operational problems that this kind of software may carry.

Работа содержит следующие положения научной новизны. Выявлены особенности осуществления деятельности предприятий животноводства, оказывающие непосредственное влияние на процесс калькулирования себестоимости продукции, и требующие совершенствования методов учета затрат. Усовершенствованы методические подходы к калькулированию себестоимости продукции молочного животноводства, объединяющие в себе принципы финансового и управленческого учета (управленческой бухгалтерии) через систему бюджетирования. Разработаны дополнения к стандартному калькуляционному процессу и системе документооборота с учетом фактора сезонности и специфики отрасли, что позволит более равномерно распределять затраты по отчетным периодам и оптимизировать взаимосвязь между нормативной и фактической себестоимостью. Интегрированная система учета позволит повысить аналитичность информации с одновременным сокращением трудоемкости учетных работ и излишнего документооборота на бумажных носителях, а также усилить контрольную функцию центров ответственности. / The work contains the following provisions of scientific novelty. The features of the implementation of the activities of livestock enterprises that have a direct impact on the process of calculating the cost of production, and require improvement of cost accounting methods. Methodological approaches to calculating the cost of dairy products have been improved, combining the principles of financial and managerial accounting (managerial accounting) through the budgeting system. Additions to the standard calculation process and document management system have been developed, taking into account the factor of seasonality and the specifics of the industry, which will allow for more evenly distributing costs over the reporting periods and optimizing the relationship between regulatory and actual cost. The integrated accounting system will increase the analyticity of information while reducing the complexity of accounting work and excessive paperwork on paper, as well as strengthen the control function of responsibility centers.

Document management system in owner companies during project execution / W. Wilson

Owner companies should consider all elements of Document Management during a project’s life cycle, identify shortcomings and address them successfully to ensure successful completion of projects and ultimately to also ensure legal compliance as stipulated by contractual agreements. Proper governance during the execution of projects involves, amongst others, the establishment of structures and processes, with appropriate checks and balances built into these structures and processes, to enable all stakeholders to be in a position to have access to relevant documentation. Executing projects makes a huge demand on the flow and management of project related documentation through the different phases of these projects. The research, as documented in this dissertation, investigates and evaluates whether Sasol Technology, as the project execution agent for the Sasol Business Units, has efficient governing Document Management processes and procedures in place to support the successful execution of capital projects. Sasol Technology uses a stage gate model, associated with project life cycles, as a systematic approach for the execution of capital projects. Document Management is a new business function that was established in 2008. Not all the functions involved in the life cycle of project execution are fully aligned with the central function managing documentation. There is thus a need for a fully integrated Document Management System, involving all the functions of Sasol which are involved during the different phases of project execution. The literature study analyses existing world best document management and records management practices and procedures and points out that meticulous and strict document and records management practices form the backbone of organisational authentic evidence compliance. The research design method that was chosen to authenticate the research question is an Exploratory Qualitative Approach, combined with a Descriptive Approach. Results are obtained from a combination of three methods. Published and available existing data of how documents are managed in Sasol was gathered and secondary findings are established. Focused and structured interviews were then conducted with experienced team members from the different functions involved in project execution and lastly, e-mail administrated questionnaires were developed and distributed to relevant project team members within Sasol Technology to assess the current system and to determine additional requirements for an enhanced Document Management System, specifically applicable to owner companies in the project execution environment. Whereas the scrutiny of the secondary sources provides a background and the progress iii made with regard to setting requirements for a standardised Document Management System for the execution of projects in the Sasol Technology and some of the other Sasol Business Units, the primary data findings indicate how the project team members perceive the existing Sasol Technology Document Management System to be. Key findings include, that documentation life cycle management is not fully developed and needs to be addressed in the Sasol Technology project execution environment. Furthermore, integration of the documentation management of the various departments, functions and structures in Sasol will enable better and improved management of project documentation. The specific output of this dissertation is the recommendation of an improved Document Management System to allow the different functions within Sasol Technology and some other Sasol Business Units to have access to an integrated system, included in it all relevant documentation requirements during the life cycle of projects. Test av mjukvara görs i syfte att se ifall systemet uppfyller specificerade krav samt för att hitta fel. Det är en viktig del i systemutveckling och involverar bland annat regressionstestning. Regressionstester utförs för att säkerställa att en ändring i systemet inte medför att andra delar i systemet påverkas negativt. Dokumenthanteringssystem hanterar ofta känslig data hos organisationer vilket ställer höga krav på säkerheten. Behörigheter i system måste därför testas noggrant för att säkerställa att data inte hamnar i fel händer. Dokumenthanteringssystem gör det möjligt för flera organisationer att samla sina resurser och kunskaper för att nå gemensamma mål. Gemensamma arbetsprocesser stöds med hjälp av arbetsflöden som innehåller ett antal olika tillstånd. Vid dessa olika tillstånd gäller olika behörigheter. När en behörighet ändras krävs regressionstester för att försäkra att ändringen inte har gjort inverkan på andra behörigheter. Denna studie har utförts som en kvalitativ fallstudie vars syfte var att beskriva utmaningar med regressionstestning av roller och behörigheter i arbetsflöden för dokument i dokumenthanteringssystem. Genom intervjuer och en observation så framkom det att stora utmaningar med dessa tester är att arbetsflödens tillstånd följer en förutbestämd sekvens. För att fullfölja denna sekvens så involveras en enorm mängd behörigheter som måste testas. Det ger ett mycket omfattande testarbete avseende bland annat tid och kostnad. Studien har riktat sig mot dokumenthanteringssystemet ProjectWise som förvaltas av Trafikverket. Beslutsunderlag togs fram för en teknisk lösning för automatiserad regressionstestning av roller och behörigheter i arbetsflöden åt ProjectWise. Utifrån en kravinsamling tillhandahölls beslutsunderlag som involverade Team Foundation Server (TFS), Coded UI och en nyckelordsdriven testmetod som en teknisk lösning. Slutligen jämfördes vilka skillnader den tekniska lösningen kan utgöra mot manuell testning. Utifrån litteratur, dokumentstudie och förstahandserfarenheter visade sig testautomatisering kunna utgöra skillnader inom ett antal identifierade problemområden, bland annat tid och kostnad. / Software testing is done in order to see whether the system meets specified requirements and to find bugs. It is an important part of system development and involves, among other things, regression testing. Regression tests are performed to ensure that a change in the system does not affect other parts of the system adversely. Document management systems often deals with sensitive data for organizations, which place high demands on safety. Permissions in the system has to be tested thoroughly to ensure that data does not fall into the wrong hands. Document management systems make it possible for organizations to pool their resources and knowledge together to achieve common goals. Common work processes are supported through workflows that contains a variety of states. These different permissions apply to different states. When a permission changes regression tests are required to ensure that the changes has not made an impact on other permissions. This study was conducted as a qualitative case study whose purpose was to describe the challenges of regression testing of roles and permissions in document workflows in a document management system. Through interviews and an observation it emerged that the major challenges of these tests is that workflow states follow a predetermined sequence. To complete this sequence, a huge amount of permissions must be tested. This provides a very extensive test work that is time consuming and costly. The study was directed toward the document management system ProjectWise, managed by Trafikverket. Supporting documentation for decision making was produced for a technical solution for automated regression testing of roles and permissions in workflows for ProjectWise. Based on a requirement gathering decision-making was provided that involved the Team Foundation Server (TFS), Coded UI and a keyword-driven test method for a technical solution. Finally, a comparison was made of differences in the technical solution versus today's manual testing. Based on literature, document studies and first hand experiences, test automation provides differences in a number of problem areas, including time and cost.

This thesis focuses on design of document exchange solution used between Stavební spořitelna České spořitelny a.s. (SSČS) and its external sales network, which is outdated and doesn't meet the needs of SSČS or sales network. The thesis also includes the identification of suitable basic principles used in the service-oriented architecture (SOA) concept and their application in design solutions. The aim of the thesis is a conceptual solution design, based on the principles of SOA and the following technological design of changes in existing environment, so that on this basis could be created a functional and technical specification for suppliers of these applications. Stated objective is achieved through an initial analysis of the current environment, which identifies the possibilities of existing applications, and identifies weaknesses in the process that will be changed in the new solution. The analysis covers as the environment of external sales network as the related environment in SSČS, which together figure in the process of documentation exchange. As the results of the analysis and based on theoretical knowledge and consultation with experts in the field of SOA is then formulated a proposed solution at the conceptual level, which is further elaborated in the description of the proposed changes in individual components of the new solution. The outputs of this thesis will serve SSČS both in terms of describing the existing and the new environment, and as an input for the specifications of the proposed amendments to the supplier concerned applications. Structure of the thesis consists of introduction, devoted to the characterization of SSČS and providing an initial framework for solved domain. This is followed by a description and the analysis of external sales network, particularly in terms of application equipment and communication flows, followed by a description of the environment in SSČS, which contains the components processing sent documents. Next part of thesis is devoted to the formulation of the basic concepts of SOA and selection of appropriate principles that are followed in the subsequent section to draft the solution itself, first at the conceptual level, followed by a detailed description of the necessary changes. Everything is then evaluated in the final part.

The aim of web modular system is to allow creating universal web presentation without necessity of creation new systems. Diploma thesis is devided into couple parts. Advantages of modular solution of web systems are highlighted in the first part and after that is analyzed the current situation of this problem. In the next part is designed own web modular system above all its kernel, modules and data model. In the final part is described own implementation of own designed system. The most stress is layed on security of the system. In the conclusion is summed up own solution and its most advantages.

The aim of this thesis is not only to characterise the key terms related to this field, but also to analyse the possible solutions to the area in a particular industrial enterprise in the Czech Republic by means of a case study which is a reliable method of qualitative research. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the terms such as information, electronic data, know-how, enterprise information systems, cybercrime, and cyberterrorism are defined. The practical part drawing on the theoretical part gives a thorough analysis of the initial state of an industrial enterprise in food industry. Furthermore, it deals with the implementation of the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) which is considered a possible solution to the security of work with electronic data in industrial enterprise.

Метод исследования - основан на применении классических научных методов и приемов, на основе особенностей информационно-документационные технологии кадровой работы в органах местного самоуправления. Вместе с тем, в процессе выполнения магистерской диссертации были использованы различные подходы: экономический, индексный, сравнительный, экспертный, статистический, дедуктивный, т. д. Таким образом, проведенная работа подтверждает актуальность развития информационно-документационные технологии кадровой работы в органах местного самоуправления и демонстрирует возможность широкого практического применения разработанных методов по внедрению новых модулей в 1С 8 Предприятие, позволяющих не только оценивать текущую ситуацию, но и осуществить повышение эффективности информационно-документационных технологий кадровой работы Администрации города Екатеринбурга. / The author carries out a theoretical and legal analysis of information and documentary technologies for personnel work, identifies the specifics of their application in local authorities (LSGs) and develops a project aimed at improving them. The research method is based on the application of classical scientific methods and techniques, based on the peculiarities of information and documentation technologies of personnel work in local governments. At the same time, in the process of completing the master's thesis, various approaches were used: economic, index, comparative, expert, statistical, deductive, etc. Thus, the work carried out confirms the relevance of the development of information and documentation technologies for personnel work in local governments and demonstrates the possibility of wide practical application of the developed methods for introducing new modules in 1C 8 Enterprise, allowing not only to assess the current situation, but also to increase the efficiency of information and documentation technologies of personnel work of the Administration of the city of Yekaterinburg.
