1	Hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti AGRALL, s.r.o. / The Evaluation of the Performace of AGRALL Ltd. Příbramská, Nikola January 2014 (has links) The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the performance of the company AGRALL Ltd., which sells agricultural equipment. This thesis is split into two parts. The first part describes the theoretical assumptions and used methods. The second part applies theoretical knowledge to the data of the selected company. At first, the performance is evaluated by traditional indicators of profitability and then by using the economic value added which is calculated according to the methodology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Czech Republic. The company data are compared with values of indicators for the sector and with the data of the selected competition to ensure better explanatory capability. At the end of thesis the findings are evaluated and improvements are recommended.

Proposals leading to the improvement of the company’s financial situation are suggested based on the financial analysis of the company and on comparison of basic financial indicators with another rival breweries.
3	Ekonomická analýza společnosti Actherm, s. r. o. / Economical analysis of Actherm s.r.o Pavlíček, Tomáš January 2009 (has links) The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency using contemporary methods of economical analysis. The preamble includes brief history of the company, description of the technical aspect of rising the profit and value added by prosecution of the power plant. In analytical part I evaluate the company using analytical indicators quantified from financial statements. I describe the indicator itself and comment results and eventually propose improvements. At the end I apply comparative methods using data from statements of competitors in the sector.

The thesis is conceived for managers (owners), who are involved in a further growth of the firm. Not only standard quantitative methods are used in the paper (percentage analysis, ratios, horizontal and vertical analysis of account statements, cash flow, working capital, economic value added and financial leverage calculation), but also methods for complex assessment of the company: Index IN05, Quick Test. A part of the work is also an intercompany and industry comparison. Proposals for improvements are defined in the conclusion.
5	Ekonomická analýza / The Economic analysis Jeřábek, Martin January 2009 (has links) The aim of this thesis is to perform an analysis of MODUS ltd. which will be based on evaluation of its economic performance and finding out the causes of the current situation. In the first part, there is basic theoretical determination of the analysis and all of its appurtenances. The second part emphasizes on an extensive characteristics of the chosen company, so that it is possible to perceive the calculated determinants from the right perspective. The third part includes the performance of the analysis of a given company and a well-arranged recording and subsequent evaluation of the results obtained. The thesis is concluded with the evaluation of the economic situation of the company based on the results of the analysis and with the recommendation of particular measures which would increase the economic efficiency and effectiveness in the future. Furthermore, there is a summary of models and determinants used with an indication of their advantages and disadvantages.
