This thesis is aimed at the Military Museum in Kraliky. This construction made on the basis of the initial design of the designer. For this reason, it was necessary to deal with during the processing work some technical problems, transport of materials to the construction site or purely site layout itself. The whole area of the museum consists of several buildings. The largest and main building of the exposition hall with steel supporting structures, then there is the Administration building, which in turn is a brick workshop that has as Exp hall steel structure. There is also a replica of the First Republic Military cottage, which has a wooden frame and demonstration area, where there will be live demonstrations of military equipment.

Schließringbolzen ohne Sollbruchstelle für wartungsfreie Verbindungen im Nutzfahrzeug- und Stahlbau

Die Auswahl einer zweckmäßigen Verbindungstechnik hat großen Einfluss auf die Kosten für die Herstellung und Wartung von Gütern. Das mechanische Verbinden von Bauteilen mit Schließringbolzen gehört zum umformtechnischen Fügen. Damit werden kostengünstig unlösbare und mechanisch hoch beanspruchbare, punktförmige Verbindungen erzeugt. Die vorliegende Arbeit hatte das Ziel, in umfassender Form den Nachweis zu erbringen, dass mit Schließringbolzensystemen ohne Sollbruchstelle wartungsfreie Verbindungen hergestellt werden können. Diese Wartungsfreiheit bezieht sich auf den Erhalt der mechanischen Eigenschaften der Verbindung und des Korrosionsschutzes bis zur beabsichtigten Grenznutzungsdauer. Aus einer Analyse des Standes der Technik wurde der Forschungsbedarf hinsichtlich der Wartungsfreiheit von Schließringbolzenverbindungen aus mechanischer und korrosiver Sicht abgeleitet. In einem mehrstufigen Prüfprogramm, unterteilt nach Anwendungen im Nutzfahrzeugbau und Stahlbau, wurde nach maschinenbaulichen und stahlbaulichen Konzepten die mechanische Leistungsfähigkeit der Verbindungen untersucht. Die Forschungsergebnisse aus diesem Programm und der Test neu entwickelter Beschichtungssysteme für die Bolzen und die Schließringe bestätigten die Eingangsthese über die Wartungsfreiheit. Metallografische Analysen und FEM Rechnungen ergänzen die Arbeit. Sie ist in sechs Abschnitte unterteilt und enthält 135 Abbildungen, 25 Tabellen, 3 Anlagen. Es wurden 118 Literaturquellen berücksichtigt. Mit der Arbeit steht dem Ingenieur ein umfangreiches Auskunftsmaterial zum Vergleich von Schließringbolzenverbindungen mit anderen Fügeverfahren, besonders jedoch zur Verschraubung zur Verfügung. Die durchgeführten Untersuchungen und Aussagen sollten in zukünftiger Forschung zu einem ganzheitlichen Konzept für die rechnerische Auslegung und Dimensionierung von Schließringbolzenverbindungen nach dem Vorbild der VDI 2230 und der EN 1993 weitergeführt werden.

The Study of Behavior of Passenger Car-Semi-Autonomous Trailer Connections under Load

<div><p>A variety of passenger car-trailer connections exist on the market. One specific type of the connections provides a tensile force measurement capability for the purpose of providing feedback for the semi-autonomous trailer’s control system. Semi-autonomous trailer is an innovative technology that can encourage drivers to use smaller vehicles for towing, which will contribute to restoration and improvement of urban infrastructure (NAE Grand Challenges for Engineering, 2020). The vehicle-semi-autonomous trailer connection’s safety concerns depend on multiple factors, but start with either a mechanical, or an electrical failure. The topic of safety of passenger car-semi-autonomous trailer connections is not well present in literature. The connections’ mechanical failures under load are in the focus of this work. The author addressed the following research question and the sub question. How do the existing “passenger car-trailer” connections with tensile force measurement capability compare to one another under load in terms of the possible failure? What is the failure mode of each of the compared connections? The author selected three prototypes from the literature, built three-dimensional (3D) models in SolidWorks 2018 and simulated the tests in the program’s add-on in accordance with the requirements of an industry standard on real-life testing of specific vehicle systems. The author compared the three prototypes by a number of different parameters. The research showed that none of the three existing prototypes are public road-ready in terms of safety. The study can be useful for future designers of passenger-car-semi-autonomous trailer connections.</p></div>

Pallar och lastbärare i Försvarsmakten : Ett tvådimensionellt stuvningsproblem av fyllnadsgraden för pallar på rullflak, lastbilsflak, lastbilssläp och i containrar / Pallets and cargo carriers in the Swedish Armed Forces : A two dimensional stowage problem concerning the space efficiency of pallets on cargo carriers of the Swedish Armed Forces

Förnödenheter transporteras i Försvarsmakten på ett stort antal olika pallar med flertalet olikal astbärare. Rapporten svarar på frågorna: Vilken är den mest optimala lastpallen för försvarsmakten sett till tvådimensionell fyllnadsgrad? Går det med enkla medel att öka den tvådimensionella fyllnadsgraden, på rapportens valda lastbärare, genom att välja en väletablerad standardpall? Lastbärarna som rapporten avhandlar är container, rullflak, lastbilsflak och lastbilssläp. Rapporten använder pallens och fyra lastbärares lastyta för att utifrån sju stuvningssätt beräkna det antalet pallar som får plats på respektive lastbärare utifrån samtliga stuvningssätt. Därefter har den maximala fyllnadsgraden av respektive pall på respektive lastbärare tagits fram och presenterats. Fyllnadsgraden som avses är den nyttjade lastytan och rapporten avhandlar endast ett tvådimensionellt lastproblem. Rapportens optimala pall vore 1165x830mm2 stor och uppnår en genomsnittlig fyllnadsgrad på 96%, pallen har tagits fram genom simuleringar baserat på beräkningar. Den tangerar eller överträffar fyllnadsgraden för standardpallar såsom Europapallen (1200x800mm2) och Natopallen(1200x1000mm2) på samtliga lastbärare. Natopallen har högre genomsnittlig fyllnadsgrad, 90%, jämfört med Europapallen på 84%. Natopallen har en jämn fyllnadsgrad medan Europapallen är väldigt effektiv på lastbil med släp. / In the Swedish Armed Forces supplies are transported using a large number of different pallets on a number of different cargo carriers. This report answers the questions: Which is the most space efficient pallet size regarding two dimensional stowage? Is it possible to increase the two dimensional space efficiency, on selected cargo carriers, by transitioning to a well established standard pallet? The report is based on the size of both the cargo carriers and pallets. Seven stowage methods are used to calculate the number of each pallet which can fit on each of the four cargo carrier for each stowage method. Following this the maximum space efficiency of each pallet on all the cargo carriers are calculated. The most space efficient pallet size is 1165x830mm2, a pallet size which has been simulated using the calculations of this report. The pallet has an average space efficiency of 96% which is as high or higher compared to the European pallet (1200x800mm2) or NATO pallet (1200x1000mm2) on the selected cargo carriers. The NATO pallet has an average space efficiency of 90% compared to 84% using the European pallet. The NATO pallet has an even space efficiency on the selected cargo carriers compared to the European pallet which is highly space efficient on trucks with trailers.

This diploma thesis solves the construction technology project of the International Clinical Research Center of the St. Anne’s University Hospital, Brno (ICRC), namely the first stage of the construction of the buildings "B1" and "C1". It tries to design an ideal technological process of construction with respect of local conditions. Technologically it focuses mainly on the issue of special foundation, namely protection of excavation pit with secant pile wall and pile foundation. There are processed technological regulations, time and financial plans, construction budget, control and test plan, plan of heavy equipment and safety or environmental requirements. Everything is supplemented by attachments and drawing documentation.
