Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att undersöka framgångsfaktorer vid införandet av ERP-system i olika företag. Både kundernas och leverantörens syn på framgångsfaktorer vid införandet har klargjorts. Min empiriska undersökning har utförts på fem olika företag och jag har intervjuat totalt fem personer som samtliga haft mycket centrala roller vid ERP-införandena. Vid intervjuerna har jag använt mig av kvalitativ ansats där informanterna har fått berätta relativt fritt om vad de uppfattat kunna påverka framgången med införandet av ERP-systemen. Jag analyserade det insamlade materialet med hjälp av empirinär kvalitativ bearbetning, i form av innehållsanalys. Undersökningens resultat visar att kunderna och leverantören inte ser helt lika på vilka faktorer som bidrar till framgång. Det finns dock några tydliga samband mellan leverantörens och kundens syn på framgångsfaktorer. Samsyn ligger i att kunden ska göra en dokumenterad processmappning av verksamhetens före och efterläge vilket leder till att leverantörens arbete underlättas och implementeringen av systemet kommer igång snabbare. Vidare samsyn finns kring det faktum att kunden ska förbereda sig på den kommande förändringen genom att utbilda personalen i handhavandet av systemet samt ge personalen ökad förståelse kring förändringsproblematiken. Detta leder till större engagemang hos kunden och snabbare acceptans av systemet i företaget. / The purpose of this report has been to investigate successfactors when implementing ERP-systems in different companies. The opinion of both the supplier and the customer’s point of view about the successfactors has been explained. The empiricalstudy has included five different companies and a total of five persons. I have used a qualitative approach during the different interviews. The material from the interviews was analysed with the qualitative method content analysis. The study shows the supplier and the customers both have and have not the same opinion about which successfactors to consider when implementing. There are a few obvious connections between the supplier and the customer’s point of view. They agree about the importance of linking business processes and information to the system in the feasibility study. This will lead to an easier and more rapid implementation phase. They also agree about the importance of educating the personal, both in practical skills of the system and also information of the reactions of change in the organisation. This will lead to a greater engagement from the customer and quicker system acceptance.

När företag ska implementera ERP-system är det viktigt att företaget ser till att få kvalitet på implementeringen. Ett ERP-system är ett informationssystem som ska hantera alla funktioner inom ett företag på ett integrerat sätt. För att få kvalitet på implementeringen krävs att budgeten hålls, att implementeringen blir klar i tid, att processerna i företaget optimeras, att kraven tillfredsställs och att integreringen med andra system klaras av på ett bra sätt. Examensarbetet har undersökt om Business Blueprints kan vara en hjälp för företag när det gäller att säkra kvaliteten på implementeringar av ERP-system. Business Blueprints är en modell som guidar företag genom hela systemutvecklingen. Undersökningen har genomförts med hjälp av intervjuer och en litteraturstudie. Resultatet av undersökningen som detta arbete omfattar kan sammanfattas med att Business Blueprints är en hjälp för företag när det gäller att kvalitetssäkra implementering av ERP-system.

Introduction: The Enterprise  Resource  Planning system is  an  emerging  technology  that belongs to the scientific discipline of information systems. In simple words the ERP system integrates an organization’s resources and also involves business processes and organiza-tional changes. With the ubiquitous growth of IS investment, ERP systems implementation grows strongly. More and more companies introduced ERP systems. However many ERP implementation success stays at technical perspective. Users’ acceptance of ERP system is the key to the ERP implementation. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate and research factors that have affected the  end-users’ acceptance of the ERP  system  during  post-implementation  phase  of  the ERP implantation lifecycle. Method: In  order  to  understand the ERP  system  acceptance  in practices,  this  study  will collect data from two Chinese companies. Employees from two Chinese companies will be selected as  target  group  for  user  acceptance research.  With the  analysis  of  collected  data, user acceptance of the ERP system in those two Chinese companies will be studied. Inter-views and questionnaire are used in this study. This study will interview with ERP export and  generate  the  factors that could  have possible affected users’ acceptance. Hypotheses will  be  deduced by  those  factors. Based  on  the  primary  data  of questionnaires regression analysis is used to test those hypotheses to identify those factors.  Results: Research results show the factors that influence end-user acceptance of the ERP system. The factors are: Business process adoption, ERP system performance, ERP com-munication, ERP  functionality, Computer nervousness, Technological  innovation, Social impact and support, ERP support. Organizations need to pay attention to those important factors in order to improve the ERP system acceptance among end-users.

I en konkurrenskraftig omvärld, finns det ett behov hos företag av väl integrerade informationssystem. Systemen har till uppgift att se till att aktuell information i verksamheten kommer alla till godo när personalen har behov av den. Idag har företag standardiserade affärssystem till sin hjälp för att hantera den information de har behov av i sin verksamhet. Studien har haft som syfte att beskriva hur anskaffningsprocessen kan se ut på olika företag och att besvara följande frågor: ·       På vilka grunder togs beslutet om införskaffande av ett nytt affärssystem? ·       Har ledningen varit involverad i anskaffningsprocessen? ·       Ledde implementeringen till ett system företaget blev nöjda med? Studien har gjorts med en kvalitativ ansats, där halvstrukturerade intervjuer användes för att samla in empiri. Empirin har sedan ställts mot olika teorier med utgångspunkt i affärssystem och anskaffningsprocessen. Studien har visat att besluten på de företag som intervjuats har tagits på ungefär liknande grunder och att ledningens engagemang har varit av stor betydelse för de förändringar företagen har ställts inför i anskaffningsprocessen. Den implementering anskaffningsprocessen ledde till, har gett företagen affärssystem som de i stora drag har blivit nöjda med, trots att ett av företagen ansåg sig ha blivit lurade av systemleverantören vid upphandlingen. Denna missnöjdhet kan tänkas ha berott på bristande kunskap om anskaffningsprocessen.

När organisationer implementerar ett nytt ERP-system innebär det inte bara att en ny mjukvara skall införas utan även att en förändring sker i organisationen. Hantering av människor anses som grundläggande för att nå framgång vid förändringar. Vid en ERP-implementation när kund och konsult skall samarbeta står mycket på spel för de inblandade parterna. Det skapas ett beroende mellan dem vilket gör att förtroende spelar en viktig roll. Genom en litteraturstudie beskrivs villkoren för förtroendeskapande vid en ERP-implementation. Med en kvalitativ undersökning har empiri samlats in från kunder och konsulter för att få en förståelse för utmaningar och svårigheter med att skapa förtroende. Studiens resultat bidrar med tips för hur konsulter kan skapa kundens förtroende i kund- och konsultrelationen vid en ERP-implementation.

ERP-implementationer är en komplex process som ofta stöter på problem. Det är väl känt och beror ofta på den stora komplexitet som verksamhetsförändringen medför. Trots att verksamheter spenderar betydande resurser på att investera i ett ERP ses många ERP-implementationer som misslyckade då förväntade fördelar och mål inte uppnås i verksamheten. Tidigare har ett flertal kritiska framgångsfaktorer identifierats. I denna studie undersöks relationen mellan två av dessa, förståelse för strategiska mål samt utbildning av användare. Studien undersöker hur en verksamhets arbete med strategiska mål inför och under en ERP-implementation kan påverka utbildning av användare. Studiens resultat visar att en verksamhets målarbete kan ha stor påverkan på utbildning av användare.

The master thesis deals with ERP implementation projects, especially in context of post-implementation phase. It examines the impact of user behavior on the realized benefits of the newly established information system. Important point of the thesis is the acceptance of the system by users and their resistance to change. Significant causal relationships with the potential to influence successfull ERP implementation are described. By using system dynamics approach the model is created and simulations are then carried out. Subsequently, the results are presented and analyzed.

This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of an information system for the operational management of small engineering companies with a focus on custom manufacturing. The thesis describes the current state of production control without support of the information system. Based on the identified shortcomings, the requirements and criteria for the new information system were developed. Then the selection of the information system and its implementation during production is dissected. At the end of the thesis there is described the production control with the support of the selected information system and the economic evaluation for acquisition of the information system.

Diploma thesis is focused on the PRINCE2 methodology, which has been developed based on the needs of the British government for project management and after that it is applied to the needs of a private Czech company. There are described the basic features of the methodology, which are major benefits for the project management. On practical preparation is demonstrated the possibility of adapting the methodology on a practical elaboration to the specifics of a certain project and there are attached the drawn up project documents.

This master´s thesis focuses on the integration between ERP system and CRM system on Microsoft´s platform as a part of solution that has been developed by Navertica, a.s. for the use in healthcare facilities. As a part of this thesis the technologies to implement this integration will be evaluated and the integration proposal will be introduced on a chosen entity.
