This dissertation analyzes the Education for the Development spread by the AED Education Agency for the Development through the Course of Qualification and Leveling for the Multiplying agents responsible for the qualification of the involved communities with DLIS - Integrated and Sustainable Local Development. Our objective is to verify where the knowledge on Education for the Development was reflected and conceived by the enabled development agents in the State of Alagoas, and, how the methodology used for qualification of these agents was perceived by the participants of the analyzed course. Supported by an analysis and database constructed from the reflection and publications of the Institution, the depositions of capable multiplying agents and the inquiry of the specific and related bibliography to the study object, we tried to understand within the perspective of communitarian education, the effectiveness of this action of the AED. With this work, we try to offer to a contribution in the understanding of the relation between the used methodology and the constructed knowledge, verifying the real understanding of the agents regarding the Education for the Development after their qualification. The collected data points to at least two central elements offices to be considered, so that we have a joint more effective enters the initiatives of public investment in courses of Education for the Development. The first of them, the differences of cultural and social capital of the participants, since they seem determinative of the degree of effectiveness of the promoted educational activities. Second, joint enters generality of projects of formation in Education for Development and specificities local need to be considered with more well-taken care of and persistence, since it is in relation to the same ones that the didactic activities will be lived, as well as in references they them involved actors in the courses, workshops, seminaries and other modalities, will go to exercise the gotten knowledge. / Fundação de Amparo a Pesquisa do Estado de Alagoas / Nesta dissertação se analisa a Educação para o Desenvolvimento disseminada pela AED Agência de Educação para o Desenvolvimento através do Curso de Capacitação e Nivelamento para os agentes Multiplicadores, responsáveis pela capacitação das comunidades envolvidas com DLIS Desenvolvimento Local Integrado e Sustentável. Nosso objetivo é verificar em que medida o conhecimento sobre Educação para o Desenvolvimento foi refletido e concebido pelos agentes de desenvolvimento capacitados no Estado de Alagoas, e, como a metodologia utilizada para habilitação desses agentes foi percebida pelos participantes do curso analisado. Apoiada por uma base de dados construída a partir da reflexão e da análise das publicações da Instituição, dos depoimentos dos agentes multiplicadores capacitados e da investigação da bibliografia específica e relacionada ao objeto de estudo, procuramos entender dentro de uma perspectiva de educação comunitária, a efetividade dessa ação da AED. Com este trabalho, procuramos oferecer uma contribuição no entendimento da relação entre a metodologia utilizada e o conhecimento construído, verificando o real entendimento dos agentes a respeito da Educação para o Desenvolvimento após sua capacitação. Os dados recolhidos apontam pelo menos dois elementos centrais a serem considerados, para que tenhamos uma articulação mais efetiva entre as iniciativas de investimento público em cursos de Educação para o Desenvolvimento. O primeiro deles, as diferenças de capital cultural e social dos participantes, já que elas parecem determinantes do grau de efetividade das atividades educacionais promovidas. Segundo, a articulação entre a generalidade dos projetos de formação em Educação para o Desenvolvimento e as especificidades locais precisam ser consideradas com mais cuidado e empenho, já que é em relação às mesmas que serão vividas as atividades didáticas, bem como em referências a elas os atores envolvidos nos cursos, oficinas, seminários e outras modalidades, irão exercitar os conhecimentos obtidos.
