Postupy vedoucí k propojení komunikační, jazykové a literární výchovy na 1.stupni ZŠ / Methods leading to the connection of communicative, linguistic and literary component at primary school

Šušmáková, Anna January 2015 (has links)
TITLE: Methods leading to the connection of communicative, linguistic and literary component at primary school AUTHOR: Anna Šušmáková DEPARTMENT: Czech literature department SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Ondřej Hausenblas ABSTRACT: The aim of this thesis is to map and suggest procedures leading to connection of communication, linguistic and literary education at lower primary school. I find inspiration in both existing and potential procedures. The work helps in orientation in connections of three educations, makes clear how each education helps the other two and how they in pupil`s natural communication and reading belong together. The work considers possibilities and benefits and identifies demands, which such integrating conception and procedures make on teachers and pupils. In the theoretical part the thesis analyses conception and relation of the three educations in Framework Education Programme (RVP) and explores how differently they are understood and used at some schools and by some teachers. The practical part presents semi- structured interviews with the school representatives. The goal of this was creating an exploratory probe, which reveals how realistic are the proposed outcome and lesson changes. The probe also shows desired changes with teachers and the project itself. Finally, the work proposes initial...

Effektiva metoder och resurshantering i offentliga förvaltningar / Effective methods and resource in public administrations

Jönsson, Johanna, Klasson, Sofie January 2014 (has links)

Role učitele a rodiny ve vzdělávání školně neúspěšných žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ / The role of the teacher and family in primary school education of unsuccessful pupils

Rakovanová, Anna January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the role of the teacher and family in primary school education of unsuccessful pupils. The first and, at the same time, the most extensive chapter of the theoretical part is concerned with the definition of school failure and its different concepts. Moving on, it focuses on the causes of school failure as their determination is absolutely necessary for teachers to be able to work effectively. Causes of school failure, may, inter alia, be related to the pupil's family, whose role is described in the second theoretical chapter. This chapter is focused on the relation between the pupil's family and their success at school and defines the factors that influence the pupils' performances and results in connection with their family environment. The third and last chapter of the theoretical part deals with effective methods of working with the pupils who are unsuccessful at school and provides a comprehensive set of areas that are significant for the support of unsuccessful children and that, at the same time, help prevent potential failure. The empirical part of this diploma thesis is based on qualitative research. The goal of the thesis is to determine how primary school teachers approach school failure and what effective methods they utilize based on their approach. The...

Effectiveness of facilitation methods to motivate adult learners to participate in ABET programmes : a case study of the adult centre at Ekurhuleni

Dhlamini, Joyce Phikisile 11 1900 (has links)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the facilitation methods used in the adult centre to motivate adult learners to participate in Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET) programmes, as the majority of South Africans have a low level of literacy. The illiteracy could not be viewed independently of the apartheid policies that were in place before democratisation in 1994. After the democratisation the African National Congress (ANC) policies, prioritised the provision of ABET. The policy was for ABET provide education including basic literacy, numeracy to a level equivalent to the General Certificate of Education to adults who have had little or no formal schooling. ABET is viewed as a means to educate and train adults and is regarded as a force for social participation and economic development. The researcher was prompted to investigate the effectiveness of the facilitation methods to motivate adult learners to participate in learning or not. Adults’ participation in learning programmes will help them towards social participation and also to develop them economically. If adults are economically developed, South Africa will not be facing such huge rate of unemployment, poverty and illiteracy. As there are a number of development programmes that are offered at Ekurhuleni to equip adults with relevant skills required for development and equipping them with the skills to face economic challenges of the country, motivation becomes essential because if learners are not motivated to participate, they are not going to be involved in them and get the necessary education. The focus is also on the facilitation methods that are used in the learning centre. Qualitative research has enabled the researcher to gather enough data through employing interviews. Individual interviews, focus group interviews as well as observation were the tools used in this study. It reveals that facilitation methods that are used are not effective enough to motivate adult learners’ participation in ABET programmes. Thus recommendations and suggestions were made to assist the i facilitators in rendering effective facilitation methods for the benefit of the adult learners. / Educational Leadership and Management / D.
