[EN] Due to the European Higher Education Area, an education system where a cross-cutting issue of every university degree will be given, enhanced and assessed by the teachers, substantially changing the current educational model is proposed. This new model is based, not only on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, but in the acquisition of cross-cutting skills which are a set of knowledge, skills and attitudes common to all professional profiles. The competency-based curriculum is the currently most demanded by the companies. This Project seeks several aims. On the one hand, to know which of this skills are the most required by the business environment. And on the other hand, which are acquired by the graduate and which are given by the teachers. Through a survey system to this agents involved (teachers, graduates and organizations) it aims to know the transversality of the educational model and to determine if the current study plans weighted these skills in the same way that the industrial environment. Additionally, it should be shown that the needs of the companies and the teaching given go back down the route and don't differ on their interests. In order to focus the project, just one degree of the Universitat Politècnica de València is considered. The degree analyzed is Aeronautical Engineering, recently changed to Aerospace Engineering Degree. The results of the survey to the graduates in Aeronautical Engineering, the companies which accept them and the teachers means to be the subject of study and analysis in this project. Regarding to the conclusions of this report, they should conclude and determine that the given, learned and required skills are equal. Also, they have to be appreciated by the three agents in a similar way. / [ES] Con motivo de la Convergencia Europea en Educación Superior, se plantea un sistema educativo en el que aspectos transversales a todas las titulaciones deberán ser impartidos, potenciados y evaluados por el profesorado, cambiando sustancialmente el modelo educativo actual. Este nuevo modelo está basado, no solo en la adquisición de conocimientos teóricos, sino en la adquisición de competencias transversales que son el conjunto de conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes comunes a todos los perfiles profesionales. El curriculum basado en competencias es el modelo actualmente más demandado por las empresas. Los objetivos perseguidos en esta tesis, serán varios. Por un lado, conocer cuáles de estas competencias son las más requeridas por el entorno empresarial. Cuáles son las adquiridas por el titulado y cuáles son las impartidas por el profesorado. Qué tipo de relación existe entre las empresas y la universidad a la hora de plantear los planes de estudio. Cuál es la tipología de empresas en las que se integran los egresados de la Universitat Politècnica de Valencia. Para centrar el trabajo, se ha escogido una única titulación de la Universitat Politècnica de Valencia. La titulación objeto del estudio es Ingeniería Aeronáutica, la cual ha cambiado recientemente a Grado en Ingeniería Aeroespacial. Mediante un sistema de encuestas a estos tres agentes implicados (profesorado, titulados y empresas), se pretende conocer la transversalidad del modelo educativo, así como determinar si los actuales planes de estudios ponderan de igual manera que el entorno industrial estas competencias. Debería así mismo, quedar demostrado que las necesidades de las empresas y la docencia impartida sigue el mismo camino y no divergen en sus intereses. Los resultados de esta encuesta entre los titulados de Ingeniería Aeronáutica, empresas que los acogen y profesorado que imparte las asignaturas que conforman la carrera, serán objeto de estudio y análisis durante el presente trabajo. Las conclusiones del mismo deberían confluir y determinar que se imparten, se aprenden y se requieren las mismas competencias. Este nou model està basat, no sols en l'adquisició de coneixements teòrics, sinó en l'adquisició de competències transversals que són el conjunt de coneixements, habilitats i actituds comuns a tots els perfils professionals. El currículum basat en competències és el model actualment més demandat per les empreses. Els objectius perseguits en esta tesi, seran diversos. D'una banda, conéixer quines d'estes competències són les més requerides per l'entorn empresarial. Quins són les adquirides pel titulat i quins són les impartides pel professorat. Per mitjà d'un sistema d'enquestes a estos tres agents implicats (professorat, titulats i empreses), es pretén conéixer la transversalitat del model educatiu, així com determinar si els actuals plans d'estudis ponderen de la mateixa manera que l'entorn industrial estes competències. Deuria així mateix, quedar demostrat que les necessitats de les empreses i la docència impartida seguix el mateix camí i no divergixen en els seus interessos. Per a centrar el treball, s'ha triat una única titulació de la Universitat Politècnica de València. La titulació objecte de l'estudi és Enginyeria Aeronàutica, la qual ha canviat recentment a Grau en Enginyeria Aeroespacial. Els resultats d'esta enquesta entre els titulats d'Enginyeria Aeronàutica, empreses que els acullen i professorat que impartix les assignatures que conformen la carrera, seran objecte d'estudi i anàlisi durant el present treball. La formación profesional del estudiante es importante para poder insertarse en el mercado laboral. Según Pedro (2020), la situación se ha agravado con la llegada de la covid-19 ya que desde inicios del 2020 los estudiantes han tenido que llevar sus cursos teóricos y prácticos de manera virtual. Esto ha ocasionado muchas dificultades como la eficiencia en el aprendizaje del estudiante, problemas de conectividad y problemas económicos. Esta situación ha afectado a los egresados ya que al momento de enfrentarse a la inserción laboral tendrá que afrontar múltiples desventajas como la dificultad de encontrar trabajo o en caso encuentre no se verá preparado para asumir el cargo. Esta investigación tiene por objetivo indagar en las experiencias de los egresados de la carrera de Comunicación Audiovisual de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas al insertarse al mercado laboral. Para ello, se conoce el diseño curricular de la carrera y la relación de los estudiantes con el mercado laboral. Asimismo, se identifica las vivencias de los recién egresados al enfrentar la pandemia y se indaga en las decisiones que buscan para insertarse en el mercado laboral. / The vocational training of the student is important in order to be able to enter the labour market.
