Nesse período, a economia brasileira conviveu com uma abrupta abertura comercial e financeira, altas taxas de juros, crescimento econômico modesto, desemprego elevado e precarização crescente do mercado de trabalho. Imersa nessa realidade, a grande empresa do setor industrial enxugou o quadro de funcionários diretos, terceirizou funções, desverticalizou a produção, relocalizou espacialmente as unidades produtivas e flexibilizou a organização da produção e do trabalho. Porém, verificou-se uma evolução distinta do nível de emprego e do nível de salários nessas empresas, quando se compara a década atual com a década anterior. De fato, houve uma recuperação parcial no emprego industrial, nos últimos anos, ao passo que a remuneração média nessas empresas se reduziu. Em suma, como resultado das mudanças ocorridas nos anos 1990 e na década atual, constatamos que boa parte do ajuste verificado na grande empresa industrial no País foi repassado para a classe operária, ora predominando o maior risco de desemprego, ora predominando a maior insegurança nos rendimentos. Ao contrário do que pregava o canto da sereia das reformas neoliberais e da reestruturação produtiva, os empregados em grandes empresas industriais não vêm registrando melhores condições de trabalho e remuneração / Abstract: The aim of this dissertation is to investigate how the job was affected in the big industrial company in Brazil starting from the years 1990, period that it includes, in different intensities, the hegemony of the neoliberal thought and the moment of larger diffusion of the productive restructuring of character toyotist. In that period, the Brazilian economy lived together with an abrupt commercial and financial opening, high interest rates, modest economical growth, high unemployment and the job market became more precarious. Immersed in that reality, the big company of the industrial sector reduced the direct employees, outsourced functions, deverticalized the production, relocalizated the productive units and relaxed the organization of the production and of the work. However, an evolution different was verified from the job level and of the level of wages in those companies, when the current decade is compared with the previous decade. In fact, there was a partial recovery in the industrial job, in the last years, while the medium remuneration in those companies was reduced. In short, as a result of the changes happened in the years 1990 and in the current decade, we verified that good part of the adjustment verified in the big industrial company in the country was reviewed for the working class, now predominating the largest unemployment risk, now predominating the largest insecurity in the incomes. A difusão dessas ações e a respectiva materialidade são seletivamente dispostos e organizados nos lugares para servir aos interesses dos agentes econômicos. Esse uso seletivo e privilegiado do meio geográfico impõe uma dinâmica desigual e uma vida de relações de intensidades distintas entre os lugares determinando as mais profundas desigualdades sociais e territoriais. Uma tal dinâmica econômica, ritmada pelo novo modo de desenvolvimento do capitalismo hoje, impõe a formação de verdadeiros circuitos espaciais de produção. O Circuito Espacial de Produção do Café no Brasil é exemplar dessa nova dinâmica que se impõe ao território brasileiro. Os sistemas de objetos e sistemas de ações que a Cooxupé (Cooperativa Regional dos Cafeicultores em Guaxupé Ltda) comanda no Circuito Espacial de Produção do Café mostram-nos como são impostas verticalidades na área de atuação da Cooperativa, criando nos lugares onde atua, relações de solidariedade organizacional, muito ritmada e organizada segundo uma racionalidade econômica, razão pragmática e capitalista, no mais das vezes cega para tudo o mais que não seja o cálculo, o uso eficiente dos meios para atingir uma única finalidade: a riqueza de alguns. / The work is aimed to elucidate as the Brazilian territory, in the current scientific-technician-informative period is, according to a rhythm imposed by the system of hegemonic economy and politics actions. The diffusion of these actions and the respective materiality are selectively arranged and organized in places to serve to the interests of the economic agents. This selective and privileged use of the geographic environment imposes a different dynamic and a life of relations from distinct intensities between the places determining the deepest social and territorial dissemblances. Such economic dynamics, measurable by the new way of capitalism today’s development, imposes the formation of true production space circuits. The Production Space Circuit of Coffee in Brazil is exemplary in this new dynamics imposed to Brazilian territory. The object systems and action systems that Cooxupé (Cooperative Regional of the Cafeicultores in Guaxupé Ltda) commands in the Production Space Circuit of Coffee shows us the uprights in the performance area of the Cooperative, creating in the places where it acts, relations of organizational solidarity, really measurable and organized according to an economic rationality, pragmatic and capitalist reason, sometimes blind for everything else that is not the measurement and the efficient use of tatics to reach an only purpose: the wealth of some.
