Entre os pressupostos teóricos deste trabalho, destacam-se a estética da fragmentação pós-moderna, o capital cultural e as vertentes paródicas, irônicas e fantásticas do texto. / This study aims to examine the work O triunfo da morte (1981) Augusto Abelaira in light of some postmodern concepts, establishing between the corpus and the neglected theoretical notions inferred, a bibliographical study of comparative order. Among the guiding concepts in this work are privileged to methodological tools known as the aesthetics of postmodern fragmentation, cultural capital, and the slopes parodic, ironic and fantastic text eluded.
