The research arises from the need to understand and systematize the ethical dimension of gestalt therapy, this ordinarily, subliminally in theoretical elaborations of the gestalt approach. It is proposed, originating in perspective philosophical hermeneutics of Hans-Georg Gadamer, conduct a survey of theoretical. It is understood the Gestalt Therapy as a psychotherapeutic approach eminently comprehensive and experiential, starting from the prejudice that in gestalt therapy is an ethical placed upon understanding and acceptance of the Other, in it´s essential difference, which can be understood as the ethical encounter, dialogical, epistemologically rooted in dialogical philosophy of Martin Buber. Looking up, too, walk the paths trodden previously by Freire (2000), with reference to Levinasian ethics, in which ethical condition succeeds in opening the Other, originally given as a condition of possibility of all subjectivity, making it necessary to understand the centrality of the concept of the Other for the ethical discussion. It proposes a dialogue between gestalt therapy, dialogical philosophy of Martin Buber and the Philosophy of Emmanuel Levinas radical otherness. It is considered the end of the research that gestalt therapy, in the form as expressed in their theoretical and epistemological, not aware of the ethical requirements that bring the thought of Martin Buber, and especially that of Emmanuel Levinas. It is understood, however, that such requirements are not entirely foreign to the set of beliefs and values that make up the perspective of gestalt approach. It is noticed that gestalt therapy brings in their theoretical and epistemological elements that allow conjecture with these ethical approaches. / Busca-se compreender como ocorre a dimensão ética da gestalt-terapia, em seus referenciais teórico-metodológicos, entendendo-se que tais referenciais orientam a atitude que o terapeuta desta abordagem exerce em seu trabalho de escuta do outro. A pesquisa surge da necessidade de compreender e sistematizar a dimensão ética da gestalt-terapia, presente, de ordinário, de maneira subliminar nas elaborações teóricas da abordagem gestáltica. Propõe-se, com origem na perspectiva hermenêutica filosófica de Hans-Georg Gadamer, realizar uma pesquisa de cunho teórico. Entende-se a gestalt-terapia como abordagem psicoterápica eminentemente compreensiva e experiencial, partindo-se do preconceito de que em gestalt-terapia se encontra uma ética que se lança à compreensão e acolhimento do Outro, em sua diferença essencial, podendo ser entendida como ética do encontro, dialógica, enraizada epistemologicamente na Filosofia dialógica de Martin Buber. Busca-se, também, percorrer os caminhos trilhados anteriormente por Freire (2000), tomando como referência a ética levinasiana, na qual a condição ética sucede na abertura ao Outro, dada originariamente como condição de possibilidade de toda subjetividade, fazendo-se necessário entender a centralidade do conceito de Outro para a discussão ética. Propõe-se um diálogo entre a gestalt-terapia, a Filosofia dialógica de Martin Buber e a Filosofia da alteridade radical de Emmanuel Lévinas. Considera-se ao fim da pesquisa que a gestalt-terapia, na forma como se expressa em seus fundamentos teórico-epistemológicos, não dá conta das exigências éticas que trazem o pensamento de Martin Buber e, principalmente, o de Emmanuel Lévinas. Entende-se, todavia, que tais exigências não são totalmente estranhas ao conjunto de crenças e valores que compõem a perspectiva da abordagem gestáltica. Percebe-se que a Gestalt-terapia traz em seus fundamentos teórico-epistemológicos elementos que permitem conjecturar aproximações com estas exigências éticas.

Etická dimenze multikulturality (S využitím poznatků reálií a kultury Německa) / Ethical Dimension of Multiculturalism (Using the Knowledge of German Realia and Culture)

The presented dissertation deals with the ethical aspects of inconsistent view on the contemporary world, which can be seen as a philosophical, political and multicultural problem. Since the Federal Republic of Germany can be considered an example of open multicultural society, the author presents in the work a rich factual history, culture and realities of the country with the aim to clarify the understanding of its foreign policy relating to the immigration. The dissertation addresses the issue of the ethical dimension of multiculturalism in connection with migration and multicultural coexistence in a culturally diverse and often turbulent environment, including their practical impacts. The research carried out at the university environment of multicultural Germany in 2014-2016 detects present cultural diversity of the country, confirms the importance of the education in the process of integrating newcomers into mainstream society and searches for opportunities to improve the coexistence of people of different races, ethnicities, cultures and religions. In the conclusion, the author tracks the future developments and expectations with respect to the topic of multiculturalism and its ethical dimension both, on the territory of immigration Germany and in European and world context. The purpose of this research is to understand the meanings disclosed by the voices that make up the scientific discourse on this field, pointing toward its course of development, the ethical position that is peculiar to it and how this position is represented in its scientific practice. The scientific discourse typical of the production of knowledge of Applied Linguistics is now construed as leading to practices that define the production of this field of learning whose object is to study man and man s relationship to language. Theoretical groundwork is anchored on the work the Social Sciences have developed on the paradigmatic crises of science and the social changes resulting from modern and post-modern times, on Applied Linguistics researches on the identity of the field of study, its courses and ethics, and on the bakhtinian theory that supports a view of language as a social practice built under the aegis of the subject s ethics and responsibility. The corpus of this work comprises qualitative and quantitative data made into articles presented at the CBLA. The research methodology conforms to the interpretive paradigm and has the concept of social voices as its category of analysis. Results point towards the progress of Applied Linguistics that, from its role as a mediator discipline between linguistic theory and practical applications, is assuming a position in a field of study of its own, independent, with transdisciplinary characteristics, pursuing through its quests and redefinitions to get closer to the dimension of life and assuming the ethical position of taking on responsibility for its doings and sayings / Esta pesquisa trata da Ling??stica Aplicada e de sua constitui??o como campo cient?fico, em acordo com o conhecimento produzido no ?mbito dos Congressos Brasileiros de Ling??stica Aplicada (CBLA). A ética no trabalho do assistente social : análise das particularidades das denúncias em Sergipe

The present study had as objective to analyze the origin and cause of complaints about ethical irregularities on the professional practice of social worker, submitted to CRESS 18ª region. In this sense, the debate went around the operational dimension of ethics guided by the principles and ideals that consubstantiated each professional Code of Ethic. Concerning to methodological procedures, it’s a documental and bibliographic research with and qualitative approach, utilizing as technique the analyses of complaints filed in CRESS Sergipe, as well as the laws that govern the ethical dimension of Social Work. The research universe consists of 18 complaints filed in CRESS in time frame of 14 years. This study initially presents a reflexion about social work historical journey and the ideals which guided seizure of professional ethics. Then, it shows the place of ethics in contemporary Social Work with the backdrop of the Political Ethics Project, a result from the process of maturity and professional position from the ethical principles such as democracy, liberty, equality and citizenship and uncompromising defense of social rights. inally, it was found that the complaint as a public instrument of defense of the "interests" of the user and the profession, is presented as a possibility to observe the ethical and technical working conditions, guarantee the quality of provision of social services critically and zeal in the defense of human rights. / O estudo em foco teve como objetivo analisar a origem e motivo das denúncias acerca da irregularidade ética quanto ao exercício profissional do assistente social, apresentadas ao CRESS 18ª região. Neste sentido, o debate transcorreu em torno da dimensão operacional da ética norteada pelos princípios que consubstanciaram cada Código de Ética profissional. Em relação aos procedimentos metodológicos trata-se de uma pesquisa documental e bibliográfica com abordagem qualitativa, utilizando como técnica a análise as denúncias protocoladas no CRESS Sergipe, bem como as legislações que norteiam a dimensão ética do Serviço Social. O universo da pesquisa é constituído por 18 denúncias protocoladas no CRESS em recorte temporal de 14 anos. O estudo apresenta inicialmente uma reflexão sobre a trajetória histórica do Serviço Social e os ideários que nortearam a apreensão da ética profissional. Em seguida, apresenta o lugar da ética no Serviço Social contemporâneo tendo como pano de fundo o Projeto Ético Político fruto do processo de amadurecimento e posicionamento profissional a partir dos princípios éticos como a democracia, liberdade, equidade e cidadania e a defesa intransigente dos direitos sociais. Por fim, constatou-se que a denúncia como instrumento público de defesa dos “interesses" do usuário e da profissão, é apresentada como possibilidade de observação das condições éticas e técnicas de trabalho, garantia na qualidade da prestação de serviços sociais de forma crítica e do zelo na defesa dos direitos humanos.

Filosofie výchovy a otázka možnosti výuky etiky / Philosophy of education and the question of teaching ethics

The Thesis deals with possibility of teaching ethics. It explores philosophy of education and ethics. Basic question is whether it is even reasonable to teach ethics. Thesis also reflects the essence and nature of upbringing and education. In final chapter the thesis comes to synthesis of philosophy of education and ethics. Points of focus from previous chapters are merged together and author tries to show a path with elementary starting points. Author concludes that ethics can be taught by philosophical discussion, thinking and by combined discovery of theoretical philosophy. Ethics that grows from philosophical thinking and thinking process itself may develop the ability of students to pose important questions and deeply reflect ethical issues. They establish ethical outlook and inner understanding. They aim for uplifting the listeners, to shake their human psyche, to stir unrest in their souls. Goal of teachers of this subject is to challenge current certanties. Teachers have the possiblity to teach their students to think philosophically by introducing them to philosophical thinking, where thinking is defined as "Thinking in bigger picture".
