Analýza komunikační strategie uvnitř společnosti TNT Express spojené se změnou identity značky / Analysis of communication strategy within the company TNT Express related to the change of brand identity

Zezulka, Vojtěch January 2015 (has links)
The objective of this thesis is to analyze the communication strategy within TNT Express and its critical evaluation. The theoretical part is devoted to marketing and its tools, the brand and its importance and corporate identity and its ingredients. I introduce the company TNT Express and its strategy in the practical part. It is followed by the SWOT analysis. Then I analyze various communication activities related to the change of the brand identity. Based on identified problems that have arisen with the change in the company I will propose their solution.

Open source PBX Kamailo a OpenSIPs / Kamailio and OpenSIPs open source PBX

Janeček, Václav January 2014 (has links)
Open source PBX Kamailio and OpenSIPS diploma thesis covers familiarization with appointed SIP exchanges and with their power comparing. A detailed installation instructions on the operating system Ubuntu is the aim of this work too. The work includes the historical development of telephone exchanges with a focus on the latest generation. The following is SIP protocol basic description and components that can be composed SIP exchanges. Another part is devoted to the development of exchanges Kamailio and OpenSIPS. The thesis contain the archutecture and configuration file description. The practical part of the thesis deals with high-capacity switches, and comparing it in terms of memory and computational demands. Selected measurements are compared with the Asterisk PBX.

Klarna vs PayPal : En integration och jämförelse mellan Klarnas och PayPals betallösningar

Mårlid, Måns January 2022 (has links)
Describes the creation of an e-commerce store consisting of a client application, a REST API and a database. In this e-commerce store, two APIs containing Klarna's and PayPal's payment solutions have been integrated. These have also been compared in a simpler literature study. An e-commerce store consisting of the three components ordered above has been created. Both payment solutions have been implemented in the store. Based on a literature study, it has been stated that PayPal's API is suitable for better complex applications where you want a lot of freedom to be able to tailor the functions. Klarnas API is better adapted for applications that can be developed fast and are user-friendly.

Comparison of Inheritance Evaluation Algorithms for Express Edition 3.

Greer, Judy Dawn 04 May 2002 (has links) (PDF)
Information exchanged between computer applications is difficult, thus the need for data exchange standards. The ISO STEP project defines data exchange standards using the EXPRESS language, which supports inheritance. Currently there are two algorithms used to evaluate an inheritance hierarchy: the Test and Generate algorithms. In this thesis, enhancements are made to both algorithms to support the Total Over Constraint, which is proposed for the third edition of EXPRESS. A formal algorithm is derived for the Test algorithm. The two enhanced algorithms are compared and shown to be result equivalent. However, it is shown that the Test algorithm is the more efficient of the two.

FPGA Bootstrapping Using Partial Reconfiguration

Ostler, Patrick Sutton 28 September 2011 (has links) (PDF)
Partial reconfiguration (PR) is the process of configuring a subset of resources on a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) while the remainder of the device continues to operate. PR extends the usability of FPGAs and makes it possible to perform design bootstrapping. Just like bootstrapping in PCs, bootstrapping in FPGAs consists of using a small application to initialize basic services and load a larger, more complex application to the device. Bootstrapping allows for unique design applications that can be used to maintain communication services, increase design security, reduce initial configuration time, and reduce nonvolatile configuration memory storage. This thesis presents a generic bootstrap framework that can be used to construct a variety of bootstrap designs. This thesis also discusses necessary PR design rules and techniques for bootstrap design creation. Additionally, this thesis presents two applications that demonstrate the feasibility of bootstrapping. One application is a bootstrap loader featuring a PCI Express endpoint; this loader is capable of reconfiguring a subset of the hardware on an as-need basis. The other application is a prototype designed to demonstrate the bootstrapping for nonvolatile configuration memory reduction in space-bound payloads. While bootstrap design is more complex than standard FPGA designs, bootstrapping increases the flexibility and capability of FPGAs.

Utah Mail Service Before the Coming of the Railroad, 1869

McBride, Ralph L. 01 January 1957 (has links) (PDF)
After making a study of the pre-railroad Utah mail service, I have found it appropriate to categorize certain broad elements. This thesis is divided into eight parts, each part following in chronological order except for the one dealing with the Pony Express and the telegraph. Which covers approximately the same period of time as the chapter entitled "Resumption of the Mail." Though there was a most definite overlapping of time for these two historical phases, it would seem that there was adequate justification for making two chapters. The initial chapter in this thesis pertains to the unofficial mail, beginning in 1847. There was certain communication through and within the area of Utah before this, however; but there was no significant purpose to me in making a study of it at this time. My main objective deals with Utah from the beginning of its permanent settlements. The study deals with the following categories: (1) the unofficial mail between 1847 and 1850; (2) the beginning of the official mail in 1850; (3) the mail service during the middle of the 1850's; (4) the transition period between the early mail years and a more reliable service; (5) the resumption of the mail after certain significant difficulties; (6) the Pony Express and telegraph service; (7) the improvement in the transcontinental mail service through Utah as the routes from East to West were consolidated; (8) and finally, the concluding years up to the driving of the last spike of the first transcontinental railroad on May 10, 1869.The chief sources of information were government documents, contemporary newspapers, and miscellaneous materials from the archives of the Historian's Office of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City, Utah. Much general and specific information was also obtained from reliable historians, past and present. There are maps, charts, tables, and portraits included in this thesis for added informaiton and interest.
